My last visit to the service department at Bannist...
My last visit to the service department at Bannister Cadillac was for a recall on my 2016 CTS-V. Jesse, the service agent that I dealt with, was as usual, friendly, very knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. He explained what would be done and how long it would take. I will continue to use Bannister knowing the quality work that is completed there.
