My experience with Bannister has always been extremely positive. They have gone out of their way to ensure my satisfaction from purchase to service. The service representatives are patient and willing to explain every detail. I am notified when it is time for a service and am accommodated with the appointment date I require and the transportation I need. I am from out of town so this is important to me. Friendly, efficient and respectable service seems their priorities.
