I ordered 4 items. When they hadn't arrived after a month, I made a phone call. The operator, who was not so nice, referred me to the supplier and pointed out that the item is currently not available. I just wanted to find out if something went wrong. As a leading online shop, an email would be appropriate after at least four weeks. I had to register in the online shop itself, but I cannot see the order status. A lot must still happen if the company wants to assert itself on the market. Above all, customer feedback should be taken very seriously.
Addendum: fairly, you have to say that the company apologized and sent a voucher with the goods.
