We ordered a children's room 3 months ago. This was also delivered after 5 weeks. Unfortunately faulty. Since then we have been waiting for the missing package to be able to set up the wardrobe. The child should come in 3 weeks. Even after repeated telephone inquiries, I never received a concrete answer to the expected delivery. One is put off, the matter is forwarded and we would get a call back immediately. However, I never got a call back. Unfortunately I made another order. Again, this was only partially delivered to us. And again we don't get any information when the pending delivery arrives. I have never experienced such bad customer service, which does not respond to complaints or complaints at all. Apparently no value is placed on customer satisfaction and the customer is left completely in the dark. I would never buy anything here again !!!
