Beautiful hotel! I shared a room with my mom, there was a privacy wall separating the beds, that made me feel like I was in my own room. The room was huge, hotel immaculately kept, hot breakfast delicious. Definitely recommend this hotel.

As always been; the hotel is very tidy, consistant in all aspects as my favorite place to stay in southren Cali.

In general the hotel was very nice. Found the refrigerator in the bathroom a little awkward. Also, there were some splatter marks around the toilet (possibly from a previous male guest?) that hadn't been cleaned. Front desk was very helpful and personable.

Stopped overnight here. Nice clean hotel and super friendly staff. A bit expensive, for just a one-night stay. It's California though.

Check was exceptionally easy. The breakfast was the best my family and I have had. It was a real breakfast. So tasty. I have already recommended your hotel to my friends and family. I am looking forward to another stay.

A very lovely and spacious hotel. My husband and I stayed one night with two of our kids. We had a spacious double bed room that was clean and comfortable. Beds and pillows were great. The shower head had a nice water stream. Our kids especially liked the hot breakfast. We'll definitely stay here again! Thank you.

It was our first time here and we were impressed. We did not have any issues, hotel was clean.
I liked the beverages of your choice from 5-7pm. We don't see that in other hotels

Ayers Hotel, Corona East is a great family owned location to stay for the single night or for several days. Cost is not too prohibitive and the ammenities are plenty. Excellent facilities for a small group training event, as well. Has a pool, sauna, exercise room and several other things not usually found in a local hotel. Staff is cooperative and professional in every way.

Old family owned establishment and has a charming nostalgic feel to it. However, poor water pressure in shower is something I can't deal with.

We've stayed here before and will likely stay here or another Ayres next year. We're always pleased with the rooms and i understand they will be installing an elevator in the next year which will be welcome (our room was at the far end of 2nd floor hallway and we had a bunch of luggage). Every staff member we met was friendly and greeted us. Refrig a bit smaller than other hotel mini's that we've seen. They could improve on the pillows. The housekeeping staff is exceptional, room was very clean each day and I never felt uncomfortable walking barefoot,

The refreshments period in the evenings was nice and very convenient for our busy schedule during our stay. We appreciated a nice glass of wine served during this period as well.

Rooms are big and spacious but need to be upgraded. Service is very good, staff is attentive. Breakfast is excellent and the evening socials are a nice touch. If I work all day and want to come back to the room and relax, I like to stream Netflix and Amazon programming, WiFi here is terrible. Connection is very slow and drops constantly. The bed in my room was old and has the sunked in indention of an old mattress. Other than that, it's pretty nice.

***BEWARE*** ***BEWARE*** ***BEWARE*** ***BEWARE*** USED CRACK/METH PIPE was found behind my curtain the next morning after check in. When I told hotel staff, they put the blame on me and only offered to switch my room, when I simply asked to be moved to another property. Left that day!

POOR MANAGEMENT AND EVEN WORSE COMPANY. STAY AWAY FROM AYERS HOTELS!!!!!!!

The bed was surprisingly comfortable!!! I was appreciative that they let me have a very early check in. The back doors had a key slot but wouldn't open with it. So our room was near the back of the hotel, but when we ran out to our closely parked car, we had to go back in through the front door of the hotel.

The rooms are spacious and quiet, and I had a good nights rest, but the hotel needs updating throughout as it suffers from typical, bad mix of furniture type, colors, materials and arrangement for anything beyond a few days stay. It also sucks if your room is all the way at the end of either side of the hotel because other than having a slightly different view out your window, you're right next to that very popular and often used and left ajar all night, side-entrance. Sure it's great if you can park right by it, and your first out for emergencies, but I witnessed this property had a door that could be, and was propped open for extended periods; day or night doesn't matter because the door doesn't tell time, it just does what it has been designed to do, open or close.

Besides that gripe, the breakfast buffet is horrible for anything beyond $99, regardless of location. Like most express stay hotels, this one offers the standard eggs that look like powdered eggs, pork sausage-links, biscuits made by and reheated by someone whose breakfast diet never consisted of a biscuit, and biscuit gravy. Topped off by some a few pastries, bread, normal juice selection of apple, orange, guava or passion fruit; the entire setup seemed to be left up to someone they'd given $50 and a dirty look, and this was the end result that morning. This is where the price started bothering me.

Our experience at the Ayres Corona east was quite good. I have never stayed there before and was pleased with the hotel and the service provided. The breakfast was better than I expected it be which really contributed to our satisfaction with our stay. For the price I was pleased.

Attended the CALPASC meeting here, the room was perfect for the size of our meeting. I didn't utilize any other area of the hotel.

The lights in the room upon checking in were insufficient hoping there was a centralized button to press. Value for the room including amenities were satisfactory but the road noise facing the freeway was a negative. Hope that road noise was disclosed upon booking.

We made are reservation over 6 mons before my stay and when I checked in the lady was VERY RUDE I can't even believe it she had no manners. Or customer service what so ever I wanted to take my bags a leave my room was not what I was promised when I booked or in the email I got to confirm my reservations I would have reather slept in my car of I wasn't there for my brothers wedding and sence I was a part of the wedding party I couldn't leave but was ready too I spent a Lil over 200$ to be treated like crap.....

Decent room at a decent price! There's an included hot breakfast that's pretty decent. The toiletries were okay, but no conditioner. The staff is friendly and attentive. Would have given a 4 but there was a slightly smoky/musty odor in the room and we had to air it out for a bit.

Hotel is very clean. Employees always visible cleaning. Check in process was smooth. Room on 2nd floor was spacious - huge! Bathroom was clean, towels fresh, plenty of soap, shampoo and lotion available. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. Coffee was good - just right strength. Not sure why the negative reviews here. Our room was dated but clean and had all the amenities listed on their website. Hair dryer, refrigerator, single serve coffee maker. Bed was so comfortable, pillows felt new and fluffy. Cleaning service each day was thorough. Downside for me was the tiny plastic cups in the room. Prefer glass and regular coffee cups. But that s not a deal breaker. Just a personal preference. there is no elevator-seems they ve been telling people for over a year that the elevator is coming soon. We were told the same thing. Stairs weren t an issue. There aren t that many. Parking lot was clean and I felt safe. Didn t use the pool or hot tub. Would stay here again.

I stay at your hotel on holidays (Christmas, Easter, etc.) when I visit my grandchildren in the area. Your hotel is conveniently located, comfortable and very "homelike" on these occasions. I am especially appreciative of your breakfast, which is outstanding.

Nice rooms with happy people to help with any concerns. The only issue was the pull out bed. As much as people pay for a room you would think they could upgrade the mattress.

This hotel looked like a haunted house! The carpets were the worst! Breakfast wasn't that great. And if you have kids it's stressful to stay here. I felt like I was in a library the whole time and my kids weren't allowed to make ANY noise! Definitely a hotel for old people. Would have rather stayed at a Hilton.

The room smelled of cigarette smoke and now after I came home, all my clothes smell like that room and I realize how bad it was. Also, there was a used band-aid on the floor in the room when I arrived.

Other than that, the customer service was always very pleasant and I had a great time.

Hotel was great. The only issue is we booked a suite and paid for a suite and we're given a room with 2 full beds, not a suite.

The customer services provided at The Ayres Suites Corona East is Professional and Exceptional above Standard in Every category from the front desk agents , and the housekeeping and maintenance staff! This place I consider home away from home !Great job to everyone on staff here !

Hotel was very clean and nice. Everyone I encountered was pleasant and helpful. Free breakfast was good too. I used the wifi several times with no issues. The only drawback is the lack of elevator. If you can not go up stairs, reserve a room on the first floor. Also, if you have a lot of luggage you should stay on the first floor.

Other than that it was a great experience and I would stay there again!

The best hotel in town and surely will come back again

We enjoyed our stay at Ayers Inn in Corona. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and well-decorated. The lobby sitting room was cozy and inviting. The breakfast provided was a true English breakfast with many choices, all delicious. We will definitely come again when we are attending events at CBU in Riverside.

Bad experiences at Ayres.
Last visit I turned light on in bathroom and saw roaches all over floor. I was disgusted and shocked. Bathtub was stopped up. Never go there again.

Wow what more can I say about this hotel, first off I want to say a big thank you to Lynn at the front desk. On today's check-in she went above and beyond to make my stay and check in an easy process. this hotel always have good customer service clean rooms, making it a comfortable two-day stay. I will continue using this hotel on my monthly and bi-monthly visits..

Comfortable accommodations. Appreciated the staff being flexible with our need to check out early due to a family member being discharged from the hospital. With the remodeling of the building and elevator being out of commission it would have been nice to have some help getting our bags to the second floor. I'm sure they could have come up with some creative way to make this happen.

After a small hiccup with the room at check in late night 12/23, it was quickly fixed and enjoyed our stay with our 2 little ones. Comfortable queen beds, clean, quiet and relaxing. Breakfast buffet was small but plentiful.

Your property in Corona is always in great shape and excellent value for the money. One of my favorite business hotels
