We were there for an in-line hockey tournament and found the hotel to be clean but small. We had to split the teams to different hotels and that was unfortunate. As a hockey team we usually we end up staying at the Embassy Suites that holds more of our teams in one hotel, has a separate bedroom in all rooms, has a more luxurious breakfast with a happy hour that can make you indeed very happy. It does cost more money to stay there. Happy hour was nice but basic. Ayres keeps happy hour to 2 drinks, nacho chips and salsa; at least the Ayres East Hotel did, the Ayres West where our other teams stayed, were treated to pasta and meatballs one night, and ribs the other for happy hour. Not sure why the difference. Pool is small but clean, beds were comfortable, fridge it tiny. There is a room with a big opening off the hallway with 3 cardio machines. They were clean and worked, but doing a workout with everyone walking down the hallway staring at you is not the greatest. it's also a bid odd to have the washer and dryer in the same room with seats looking straight at the cardio machines. Overall a good stay due to the staff.

Always been a favorite of mine. Nice friendly no nonsense kinda staff. Rooms are above what you'd think. Decent pool area, complimentary breakfast and other eats through out the day. Wi-Fi for the guest. If your ever in the area if highly recommend the ayres as a place to lay my head.

Not ADA compliant, no elevators or accessible. Breakfast does not have pancakes or over easy eggs. No apples or strawberries or blueberries. Just has basic breakfast items, scrambled eggs pork sausage, square potatoes but salsa was delicious, so put enough of that on and it's edible. There was cut up fruit and cereal and (packaged oatmeal? )yup it was packaged. There is Belgium waffles but pre-made so they were not hot. Has a window air conditioner which makes the rooms a bit muggy. Bathrooms had no shampoo and no blow dryer. There is an iron but pillows are filled with air. I had 4 pillows and I could feel the bed underneath my head. There is a refrigerator but didn't get cold. Hallway carpet is very very dirty on the first floor. Decorations are dated and I'm sure the on going fire will be appreciated in the winter. Overall not positive that it was worth $115 +tax.

Wendy checked us in after she had a very long day and needed to be back very early the next morning. Despite this, she was sweet and welcoming, and very much a pleasure to deal with. This was our first time staying at your hotel for the Jehovah's Witness convention, and it was beautiful! Your room was clean, comfortable, and very lovely. Although I have terrible food allergies and am unable to eat 'normal' food, my husband was impressed with amount of options your continental breakfast, and wanted to try the pancakes although the wait time prevented him from doing so. (Not the hotel's fault, there were a ton of us and a Chinese tour bus at the hotel that morning. Also we didn't leave enough time to eat a sit-down breakfast.)
Everything was wonderful, we can't wait to come back next year! Thank you for your hospitable and lovely hotel!

Everything was great.

Everything was great.

One item for improvement would be to change the covers on the ironing boards to covers with a bit more padding. I tried to iron a couple of shirts and it was like ironing on a wood table.

Nice room; good old-fashioned style and everything attractive, clean and well-functioning (except a bad sofa bed).
All of the people at the front desk were very nice and helpful; especially the gentleman on Saturday afternoon.
Very happy with the experience.

Dissatisfied and disappointed. We were there for my husband's father funeral service and did not know the hotel was under construction as there were no signs posted any where nor did the person checking us in advise us. To make matters worst they put us right next door to the room the construction was being completed. We were awaken by the hammering and loud noise the day of the funeral by the construction team. For the inconvenience we were moved to another room and that room was dirty. Not only did we have to endure the pain of the funeral, the pandemic concerns but we could even get a good rest and was treated poorly. I would of never expected this type of service from what is supposed to be a prestigious hotel so we left and decided to drive home tired, exhausted and dissappointed.

Super helpful staff when my daughter became ill and had to be rushed to the hospital. The kindness and help they provided went beyond what was necessary. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Overall enjoyed my stay. The renovated rooms were very nice (and quiet!) and the staff friendly and helpful. The only thing I would say is that I would really enjoy some healthier diet/food allergy friendly breakfast options. Also the wi-fi did not work well enough in our room to use it, but that is usually my experience in hotels so it did not bother me.

I would definitely stay here again.

Clean and fine. Friendly staff. Bed and pillows were very soft. Breakfast was "ok" and somewhat behind-the-times as compared to other hotels today. Eggs are fresh cooked right there but the overall selection of other items was somewhat skimpy.

I have stayed at Ayers Hotel in Corona since my daughter moved here to attend school at CBU. I absolutely love this hotel. The staff is always so accommodating and friendly. The rooms are beautiful and clean.

The Motel was great just very dark in the rooms. The breakfast was also very good but we had a conference and had to be there at 8 am so serving the breakfast at 7:30 was just very inconvenient. We mentioned it the night before but the staff said on Saturday they did not server earlier. I think the motel could be a little more accommodating when you have a large crowd that is all going to the same conference. But it was nice even though quite a few did not get to eat.

The room doors as well as the side exterior doors need to be adjusted so they don't slam shut. I can't recall a stay in a hotel with so many door slamming jolts ever!

There is never a time that I've ever been unsatisfied with any of my stays here at this specific location.
I love the hotel... I love the staff... I love the service... I most definitely love the breakfast.
I will always recommend this hotel to others as well.

I enjoyed my stay. Staff was very helpful. My last stay I had an issue with ants and I reported it. Francisco quickly moved me to another room and went above and beyond to make my stay a memorial one.

We have stayed at this hotel for years over the Thanksgiving holiday and other visits to Riverside and Corona. It's perfectly located for us and the amenities are great. The staff is always friendly and tries to be as accommodating as possible. The husband and I agreed that the bed was a bit hard this time; but not so bad that it would stop us from staying here again.

the staff was nice and the rooms were clean but my major problem was the TV. my tv did not work and i have two small children and they couldnt watch tv and i reported this to the front desk and nothing was done and i was not even compensated for this..i paid 135 dollars for one night and i couldnt even watch tv...

Free hot breakfast. Clean old fashioned room. Mini fridge in room. Hot tub/ pool Free parking / free wifi Odd but good location in a parking lot with Walmart and walking distance to restaurants. Don't drink the bottled water in the room though unless you're okay with $4 a bottle.

This was my first stay at the hotel. It was recommended by my family who have stayed there several times. I had only a one-night stay. I found it to be clean, quiet, and roomy. My only recommendation would be to maybe keep the breakfast a bit hotter. I realize that is difficult as everyone was working quickly to do that as the crowds came in. I would come back again to visit family in Corona.

Pro: Fast check in, Nice room, easy access. Daily breakfast, nothing outstanding, but good basic breakfast with scrambled eggs, pancakes, sausage and cut fruit. Very good coffee, choice of juices. Near shopping and only 10 min to Riverside or Corona.
Con: The 91 work is truly awful.

We travel down to So. Cal. often and when we do we always stay at the Ayers Hotel. We are always pleased with the front desk and their attention to detail. They are professional, helpful and friendly. We highly recommend them.

The freshly made breakfast and happy hour was great. Your front desk staff is helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious and well kept. The one comment I have is you should advise customers if your elevator is down. Some customers are not able to climb stairs but do not require a handicap room. You were able to accommodate our first floor request during our stay, but if you had been fully booked this would have been a problem for us. My parents live in the area and we will continue to book all of our stays with you. I understand why you have pool rules, but it would be nice to be able to use the jacuzzi after 10 pm. Might you consider making the jacuzzi available 24/7 as long as quests using it are quiet and not disturbing other guests?

Last time we stayed here was 10 years ago when my husband and I were dating. This time with 4 kids and Still as perfect as I remember. The room was spacious and comfortable and the front desk staff was wonderful and very friendly. Will definitely be returning when we are in town again

Thank you for making my stay feel just as home. I love the out come of the rooms that have been refurbished great job. I also enjoyed the mirror with the light in the back, great choise, confertable bed for a good night of sleep. Over all from the entrance to the person receiving you with a worm smile and handing your room number and key. I have to mention that the breadfast is fantastic. Furthermore thank you for the full staff for making all this work in a harmonious action. Almost forgot thank you for the gurd great job for keeping our cars safe.
Thank you.

This Ayres Inn has been my home away from home while my kids went to college. On this last stay, I had about 35 family and friends stay at the hotel to celebrate my daughter's wedding, this hotel was clean, comfortable had plenty of space to meet and visit with family. The hotel staff was exceptional and were very friendly and responsive to my party's needs. I will stay at this hotel again and have told many friends about this exceptional establishment.

I'd previously stayed at the Ayres Corona West and had expected similar accommodations, but unfortunately that wasn't the case here. The East is not as nice. Though, the employees were all wonderful and the hotel was satisfactorily cleaned, we did have some small issues. We were fiercely looking forward to a heated swimming pool during our visit, but the pool was cold as ice and my children were unable to use it. We did go in the hot tub for a short bit. Our room had a pull out sofa bed, but there were no sheets on it. When we requested them, they were dropped off to the room instead of put on the bed. While I'm capable of making a bed, I think that should be included in the price of the room. The breakfast buffet had some decent hot food (pancakes and sausage) but every bagel and pastry was sadly stale. I think I was spoiled at the other Ayres and will be sure to book my stays there in the future instead.

Once again the ADA room I requested was a perfect fit for me. Plenty of room. A sofa bed. A large bathroom and easy access to breakfast.
The staff remembers the small details that make my stays easier. Thank you for your hospitality.
One feature missing from the ADA room was a place for my able-bodied companion to hang her clothes.

Stayed here a few weeks woke up one morning to leave and run aprons and go outside to parking lot to find my car being STOLEN from ayres hotel parking lot . They have no surveillance cameras other than the one at the main entrance. No security at night guarding parking lot keeping guest vehicles safe from harm or theifs.no private privacy not a safe place to come and spend a night or few.

Loved staying at this property. It is near the freeway so I was concerned when our room was at that end of the building. Didn't hear a thing and slept like a baby. Wendy at the front desk was amazing -- welcoming, friendly and very knowledgeable. Definitely will stay at Ayres Inn again!!

What I like most of all the room was very clean and the staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was served each morning {not a continental breakfast} a full breakfast. It was the ambiance that created the atmosphere and the environment was perfect at the inn.

First time staying in one of your hotels as we are from out of the area. Pleasantly found your hotel comfortable and clean.
We found a few funny things needing attention and they were taken care of quickly! Wendy had our lamp replaced (missing a knob) rehung our towel rack (missing a screw) and the door plate looked at...thinking some pranksters had been busy. :-) She's the best!
Our reservations were made through a suggestion on the Cal Baptist website, it led us to your website. It mentioned this was a better price because of the connection and I just have to assume so.
In the evening sometimes the TV had receiving issues. My husband likes to catch up on sports and relax watching TV in the evening... also on the Nat Geo channel.
We definitely will return your hotel!

Attended an even held in one of the banquet rooms, it was very nice and all the staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was up to date and professional but home-y feeling. Definitely a nice place!

the hotel was outdated, dirty and lacking the qualities and amenities other hotels offer. The carpet had wet spots and I found a cockroach (thank goodness-dead) in the restroom. The rooms seemed too small or maybe it was all of the dark colors and giant paintings that made the room feel small. The hotel staff was adequate. There were no stand out guest services representative. I was not happy. In addition, I work very hard for my money and although I received a group rate, I expected a lot more.

My stay was nice, the food and staff was great. My problem is, my new-born baby was crying, I rushed over to sooth her. I spilled some juice on the comfortecomforter. Now my deposit is gone.
I feel that was wrong and I should have my deposit back! It's nothing that some TIDE can't wash out.. Thanks a lot . .
MERRY CHRISTMAS

Check-in and check-out was fast, convenient and a very friendly process. The room was amazing and the bed was way too comfortable that we did not want to wake-up. The complimentary breakfast was a perfect bonus for us. Would defiantly recommend this hotel!
Thank you!

As far as the sleeping area, that was clean but when we first arrived my son noticed we had a big puddle of water on the restroom floor. House keeping arrived immediately once called but when we returned and my daughter used the restroom, we noticed that the toilet was dirty as well. Very disgusting and very unsanitary!
