We had a late check at 1am after experiencing severe traffic on the road. Front desk attendant was very welcoming and the couch bed had already been opened and prepared for us...a welcome site for the weary travelers. From reservations to morning breakfast everything was A++

This was an absolutely wonderful experience! The room was amazing and so beautiful. The night staff woman when we checked in was so warm and welcoming. She went out of her way to bring us linens, she gave us a room on the first floor even though we were late. The breakfast was amazing as well. The only reason I did not give it a 5 was that the toilet had leaked at some point and the tile directly around the toilet was brown and stained. It was really gross looking and the bathroom floor was wet and sticky. I am not sure if the two were related but I thought you should know.

Everything was good except for an unpleasant smell that was in the hallway areas around the room. Once in the room, you could not smell the odor that was in the hallway. Aside from that one issue, everything was fine.

Wendi at Corona East hotel really had a terrible customer service at front desk! I reserved and prepaid a room with 2 queen beds more than 1 month ago through expedia, Tonight when I checked in at hotel, there was no room with 2 queen beds available, Wendi repeatedly informed me NOTHING she can do, room type is NOT guaranteed when I made the reservation. Wendi told me there was a large tour group staying at the hotel, their rooms had to be close to each other, so I gotta get a room at the very corner on the 2nd floor, which is the farthest one to the lobby. She implied that large group had a priority over me on room type selection, and really didn't care my business. I had to point out that there is no elevator at this hotel, if you get a large heavy luggage, you gotta hand lifted it to the 2nd floor by yourself. I requested to talk to a manager, got denied by her because she told me manager/supervisor is not on duty. She then gave me 2 options: 1. TAKE THE ROOM OR LEAVE, threatened me to call police! 2. Call expedia to cancel the room and get a refund (which is practically impossible). She is really not apologetic or concerned about my situation, she even told me that her manager Scott will offer me the same solution if I get a chance to talk to him. I am a long time Ayres customer, have stayed at its costa mesa, chino hills properties a couple of time and received excellent service from there, but this lady Wendi at Corona East location is really a nightmare. Totally no respect to customers!

I have posted a yelp review on this DISGUSTING, RUDE AND RIP OFF of a Hotel. What a horrible location! Entire staff was rude, the guard accused us of smoking pot, the room was filthy and when we wanted a refuns since we DIDN'T stay because we were tired of being treated poorly, the next day we were yelled at by several managers who refused to give us a refund even though we only left due to lack of quality service. We were cancelling within 24 hours of making our reservation and less than 20 minutes of receiving a hotel room key. The managers called us a liar and took our money for a room we didn't sleep in and for quality service we expect from Ayres as we are returning customers having stayed at a Redlands location which was SUPERB, AND DID NOT RECEIVE. The management staff didn't care about us, nor the Yelp review we posted or the pictures we have or that we are are speaking with corporate. Why and HOW this location is open is beyond me. It isn't hard to clean a room but when I have to wipe grimey fingerprints off the door myself with things strewn about the floor, and water spots from a shower dried on the tile, q tips casually inside the closet and cereal and chips on the carpet, dirty spots on the outside of the fridge...what is in the bedding? No thanks I wanted to go home so we did and now we are being PUNISHED for THEIR bad business. BBB here we come with our report. Thanks Ayres East for ruining my anniversary night.

Have stayed here 3 times now, really love the hotel. Evening staff on arrival was not overly inviting after our long drive, however breakfast staff and gentlemen checking us out all very friendly.

When I enter the lobby of any Ayres Hotel, I feel a warmth and comfort similar to being at home. The Ayres Corona East was particularly inviting and although my one night stay did not allow time for use of the social hour, I know it would have been quite pleasant.

I visit the Corona area annually and will definitely consider the Corona East Hotel next time I'm in the area.

Found the room to be very clean and spacious, the mattress was even better than expected! Overall our stay was great wasn't able to take advantage of the breakfast for we had to leave to early, but it sure smelt good! The front desk help was very nice and concerned with our well being. We will definitely consider this hotel again.

Smooth check-in process and all the staff was very accommodating with any requests that I had. Would like to have had more workout equipment besides the cardio.

The breakfast was actually pretty good!

I always enjoy staying at Ayers. My daughter is at Cal Baptist & it's wonderful to have a nice hotel close by. My only pet pieve is the poor TV station choices. Other than that I was very pleased. Didn't know about van service Web site doesn't mention it.

After a small hiccup with the room at check in late night 12/23, it was quickly fixed and enjoyed our stay with our 2 little ones. Comfortable queen beds, clean, quiet and relaxing. Breakfast buffet was small but plentiful.

I am here for Circkle K week long class. It has been a very nice stay. We love the happy hour wine and full on breakfast with yogurt and fruit. BiG COMPLAINT: We hate the patio chairs that make the horrible sound as the drag along the pavement when getting up out of them.

I was not greeted when I walked into your establishment and was told to bring back the luggage cart and was not offered any assistance. The cart was extremely heavy and after a long 4.5 hour drive it made the inconvenience more difficult. The rooms walls were very thin and was able to hear our next door neighbors. The currents were wide open making the light so bright into the room at 6am until I got up and tackled the current for 15 minutes was able to finally get back to a dark room. Some kind of dripping noise was echoing through the window from outside which was constant for hours. Not too sure what it was but it made my sleep very restless. I have stayed at Corona West and had a very pleasant experience and that is how I was able to compare my stay at Corona East.

I had called to change the room from a King to a double queen because I was traveling with my adult son. I was told that was no problem. When we checked in we still had the King bed and made that work, but it would have been more comfortable to have what we had requested. Everything else was fine. Breakfast was nice, pool in good shape, clean, friendly staff.

I booked a room here for a week. Overall the stay was pleasant and staff was very nice. However during my last few days of the stay was soured by the lady Magarita in the breakfast room. I get breakfast for me and my husband so that means I m getting a few items. On Tuesday she made a sly comment to me and said, oh why you get two? As I was walking away. I let it go. Then again on Wednesday she straight out told me, it s only limit sandwich per person, why you get so many? I was shocked. I politely told her I have been staying here since last Friday and none of the staff has had a problem. In addition I ve stayed at a handful of Ayres and this has never been a issue. As mentioned, this place has been pleasant but I will go look before if the lady Magarita is working and I will stay clear of her.

For my first stay at Ayers, I was pleasantly impressed with the quality of accommodations for the dollar, cleanliness, and cordial staff.
If I could make a single request it would be to have REAL eggs for breakfast, for those of us seeking the real deal and the protein.
Thanks for the great hospitality!

The hotel was beautiful. There were many quality restaurants within walking distance. There was no shuttle or hotel van so had to take Uber. The exercise room is small but adequate, but the laundry area is attached so it was extremely warm. Needs fans or open windows. No elevator to 2nd floor so had to carry heavy bags. Beautiful hotel, clean and breakfast was good.

I like where the location is, my wife and I have stayed here before, we usually come for our bible study assembly and the staff is nice and courtesy, they serve breakfast in the morning which is a plus, rooms are standard size, clean, bed is comfortable for me not to firm or soft, Restaurants are close by, my only thing I wish I could a discount every once in awhile when I make a reservation, but other than that cool spot.

There is no elevator, so suitcases have to be carried up the stairs (a little more difficult for us older folks), but we like this hotel and its location. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Shower, sink faucet, fridge, hair dryer, and TV were all in good working order. Room temperature was easily regulated as desired. A decent hotel breakfast is provided every morning. *The breakfast staff deserve special mention...they work their tails off and are always pleasant!!*

The hotel was beautiful, the staff was very friendly, and the room was very comfortable & clean. The only limitation was the wifi - it kept dropping or wouldn't even show up to connect to. That being said, I don't base my choice of hotel on wifi - it would be nice if it improved, but I would stay here again regardless of that. It was very nice to come back to the hotel after a long, tiring day to a beautiful, comfortable room.

Staff was pleasant and the breakfast was good, but mattresses seemed old and were not comfortable. It felt like you were sleeping on springs alone. If you want a better experience for your guests I would invest in some more comfortable mattresses.

Very clean room and restroom. Nice and friendly staff. We randomly got towels delivered to our room (wrong room) and then front desk called wrong room right after, that was just a slight disruption, but weird. We originally booked two rooms but needed to cancel one. The website would only allow me to cancel entire reservation, so I had to call to get back one room, which was stressful because the hotel was sold out. It worked out though.

We would totally stay there again when returning to Glen Ivy.

Did not like the low quality food served for breakfast

Why is there no elevator in this hotel? It's ridiculous. What if someone has 6 pieces of luggage? And luggage is very heavy.

The Ken and Barbie sized wastebaskets in the rooms are not adequate to do paperwork or office work.

Bathrooms are poorly designed and too close to the entry ways of rooms

Our son just graduated from Cal Baptist, and I wish we had found this hotel his first year down here. Best hotel in the area, by far -- unless you can afford to stay at the Mission Inn, of course! Clean and comfortable, excellent hot breakfast, competent and friendly staff, lovely decor -- you really can't beat it for the price. We ended up staying over a week during our recent visit because our son was in a motorcycle accident while we were visiting, and the hotel staff was extremely accommodating of us during a stressful time. We highly recommend this hotel!
