Always a good stay and friendly staff. It was pretty noisy the night I stayed there, lots of running in the hall and upstairs above me. I just needed to sleep.

Met someone here that was in town for the weekend. Facility was well maintained and the room and public area we're comfortable and quiet. I only spoke to the staff to find the room but they were helpful in that task.

Being handicap, my room was clear on the end of the hotel, very long walk. There was a door at the end of the hotel. You could go out but could not come back in. My room was not fully handicap assessable, it had a tub about a foot high to climb into to take a shower. Very friendly staff. They offered help to my room.

I would say the rooms are very nice and the room size was average. Service is great we went to other places and they where rude. The exercising area was small but i could do some what of a exercise.

We had a great overall stay. Our check in with Lynn was welcoming & very helpful from the start.
The room was clean and comfortable.
The pool was great.
The breakfast had lots of different options to choose from

When I first arrived to check in, there was a problem with another guest. The front desk handled it graciously.

My room was very clean. Hall ways where quite. Friendly staff. They had snacks for us and wine that I enjoyed in a patio by the pool. Full breakfast good coffee. I booked future nights.

Overall OK, My room had a small little fridge, no microwave, no elevator, and out of date.

Our stay at your hotel was WONDERFUL!! The room was very clean, elegant, and well arranged in attire. Your staff from your front desk to the dining area was very welcoming and attentive. For our first stay at your facility, we were extremely impressed. We look forward to coming again.

Currently in the middle of renovations. Front guest service lady was very nice. This is our 2nd time there. We will go back again.

The rooms are clean. Wendy helped me and was warm and helpful. The breakfast includes hot food with fantastic pancakes. I've stayed there many times and will continue to do so.

Since 2014, My two kids spent at this hotel more than 3 months in total. They were very happy and satisfied during their staying.
Very friendly staff, clean rooms plus great cuisine! Sometimes busy on Breakfast when having big groups. However, I would like managemant to consider improving the WIFI service as sometimes it was unavailable or very slow.
My kids will come back to California next summer and for sure they will be staying again in this hotel...

We come here from Texas, well once a year, for the last three years, more frequently before that. I love this hotel. Feels like home. Love the furnishings. Love the decor. Love the staff. Love the lobby. But most of all I love my bed here. I drive for 3 days to get here one hotel bed after another. When I finally get here - I'm home! I request the same room every time so I can feel like I'm in my own bed again. Right now the lobby has the Christmas tree up and the fireplace is lit. Normally it would be too early for me, and when I first came in I thought - oh no not Christmas before the Turkey, but now I'm loving it. Just so warm and friendly!

Very nice hotel breakfast was exceptional nice to have a breakfast that is cooked fresh.

Overall stay was good except for a few items. First, this was out of your control but there was a power outage including surrounding businesses - again out of your control but inconvenient. I think a UPS power supply to power essential items such as fire alarm (yes fire alarm was out), telephones and adequate lighting in stairwells could benefit the hotel and its guests. Second, the bath tub seemed to be out of level and felt as if I would slip sideways and the shower head could not be adjusted to direct the stream higher for taller people (uncomfortable and scary to take a shower). Third the carpet was very soiled - numerous stains. I had to make sure my three year old kept his shoes on at all time. There was a time he removed his shoes but left his socks on and within the hour the bottom of his socks were literally black.

Front desk was very friendly at check in,the only thing that was a problem was when we returned to our room late Saturday night the maid had set the A/C down to 66 degrees. While that may have been to their comfort while cleaning it certainly was not ours upon return,it took a good 30 mins to warm the room with the heat set at high. A waste of resources on both parts.
