This hotel is very clean, quiet and efficient. The rooms are spacious and the beds are extremely comfortable. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in the Riverside/Corona area.

Our 18 year old son had ACL surgery and was on crutches. This hotel had no elevator. They were unable to put us on the first floor so he had to go up 2 flights of stairs on crutches. Were told the elevators will be put in when they begin construction.

Overall our stay was pleasant. Staff was friendly, room was clean, check-in and check-out were easy. The breakfast left something to be desired.

Very unhappy , I booked a room which the reception stated they had one room left
Paid , $198 for one room one night only to get there at 10 am and for the receptionist to tell me that they had no rooms available yet and that my room was not ready . I Booked my room Friday
This way I could have a room ready. I had to wait one hour for my room . And still Pay the same
When I arrived why would they lie and want to charge more money only for there benefit to make money on us .
Not happy with this service and the receptionist letting me know to talk with the manager

We were warmly welcomed upon arrival and felt right at home quickly. The hotel was quiet, yet friendly, and the staff were so kind. We will definitely stay here again.

Nice rooms nice staff. Front of hotel newly renovated with addition of new elevator. Rooms need a better plug-in or access for charging other than lamp bases. Beds a little too soft. Bathroom tiles stained.

Enjoyed staying here for 5 nights while bringing our grandson to CBU in Riverside. Only improvement I would suggest is having a gluten-free or dairy-free option at breakfast, such as a GF muffin or bread available, and a non-dairy milk, such as Almond Milk for people to use on their oatmeal or cereal. Many hotels are now making those items available, and for those us of who need them, they are very much appreciated. We are looking forward to staying here again, hopefully in your newly remodeled section.

Convenient for Kaiser visits. Very clean, nice front desk employees, first night had noisy neighbors and was switched to another room no problem. This room was near the freeway so I feared it would be too loud, I travel with a small fan and I ran the a/c units fan and slept ok with the white noise they provided. The best comp breakfast I've ever had. Will return but only in a room away from the freeway.

Always stay here when visiting my brother and his family. This time we were there for his memorial.

We love staying at Ayres hotels. Always clean and up to date. Wonderful staff at every location we've stayed.

Good hotel for a great price. The front desk was very friendly. There is a pool and a hot tub but it's not the type of pool you would want to stay there for. If you are looking for a good hotel at a great price then I recommend staying here.

The hotel stay was okay ran into some problems with the air but maintenance was there to replace it only took about and hour with it being 118 outside that was sufficient or we could have moved to another room. Breakfast was okay. Only other thing is that the pool was quite dirty it needed to be filtered and chlorine didn't seem to be any. Also there was a door stopper in the room to keep bathroom door open location is quite dangerous numerous bangs on the toes placement is going to cause some serious damage to some ones feet I had shoes on and smacked it a couple times. If light outs you can forget it looked to get injured that's actually how we found out. Vending on the upper level didn't work and workout treadmill was not in working condition. My overall 2day stay was not the worst but not the best either.

The location is easy to get to. The staff is friendly and its a very good place to stay a night.

Disappoints me that both times we've chosen Ayres, paid for late check out, that the cleaning lady has come banging on our door at about 1130, disturbing us. We pay for 3PM, but both times had to explain it after being woken up.

Other than THAT...love your place.

Very clean, what I love most is his breakfast buffet and his happy hour from Monday to Thursday, especially for his delicious red wine. And those super cold beers accompanied by some delicious nachos with cheese.

They refused to refund my deposit. They claimed I smoked in the room and I only vaped and the 2 cigarettes I smoked outside I threw the butts into the trash so as not to litter. I explained I merely vaped indoors so they then tried to say that there was no vaping indoors until I pointed out that the paper I signed said nothing about not vaping so they then made the statement that I had smoked inside no ifs, ands, or butts about it and they were not going to refund my deposit! (No pun intended) the manager refused to acknowledge the fact that the room didn't smell like cigarettes but said I must has sprayed the room with something sweet or perfume. Of course it smelled sweet, I was vaping! I will never stay here again and neither will my company. They just lost a potential client that would have brought them considerable business.

Good: Clean, cozy, good breakfast (included), close to plenty of restaurants and shopping.
Bad: No elevator! One entrance (although that might be safer), lackluster workout room.

Called, Wendy answered promptly gave us reservations. Arrived Wendy promptly checked us in. The room was very clean and neat. I do have 1 suggestion: you may need to get more luggage carts. We had to wait for the only 1 you had. Besides that great service!

I have stayed several times here at Ayers Corona East when visiting son at college. Very pleasant staff, helpful when needed. I have absolutely no complaints. Very clean, very happy. Will continue to stay throughout the next 3 years. I didn't have the breakfast this time but has always been a variety and very good. Everyone is very nice and always welcoming.

Check in was smooth! I like it when the staff if very friendly and accommodating. Makes thr stay much nicer! If we ever travel back to the area, that is the hotel we would choose!

I was not happy with my stay. I was not advised at the time of my reservation that they had no elevators. Staff was not friendly and hotel was not as clean as I expected.

We love Ayres Hotels. Stayed at East Corona many times before this time at West Corona. Hotel decor is beautiful; love the room size, style, amenities and full breakfast. However, after 3 nights stay, both my husband's and my back were killing us! The mattress was horrible, you could feel the coils. The breakfast was the least favorite this time with quality. Change those bad mattresses and the Ayres Hotels would be our favorite!

Hotel is very nice, the rooms were very comfortable and larger than expected. Loved the fact that we had a mini-fridge in our room.Room was clean. Wifi could use a little work, not sure if it was because we were at the end of the hall, maybe too far from the router/server that we had intermittent service. Having breakfast available was great, and the breakfast was better than some of the places we've been to. Would definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

Friendly staff in the morning/afternoon, large rooms, very comfy beds! The evening staff was a bit less friendly than I had previously experienced with your chain; I passed the first encounter off as just a bad day but the stand-offish aura was present the next working day that I saw her. That was the only thing that stopped the 5 star rating.

Considerably nice location compared to Home Gardens a mile south of it. Lots of restaurants around it. Good service and considering how old the location is, it's been maintained well enough. I wish the restaurants and shops closest to the hotel were nicer, but there's plenty better stuff within a short walk.

I had a VERY unpleasant experience with front desk worker, Lynn. She doesn t understand the meaning of customer service. She is way too focused on saying no and NOT helping to resolve issues. She needs major customer service training. Another female front-desk supervisor that I spoke with was not much better than Lynn. They both reveled in saying no prior to even LISTENING to my request. Their obstinance was shocking. They could both use some help learning to deal with patrons in a helpful, service- oriented manner, with TRUE hospitality. I would not stay at this hotel again or recommend it, due to their lack of customer service.

Beautiful, very clean, kind staff and comfy beds... nice room. Walking distance to fast food and Walmart. Across the street are more stores.

As stated prior, I enjoyed my stay immensely. The hot water was perfect for a late night salt bath with a good night sleep in the most comfortable bed ever. Your dream mattress is heavenly, if it were possible, I would love to acquire one for my own personal use.

I know as a fact that I can depend on Ayers Hotels to deliver the best. Thank you so much for being there for me. I appreciate your excellence.

As long as Wendy and Lynn are there I will be coming back for years. They are truly what a positive customer experience feels like. I felt like I was talking with my neighbors and they treated me like family making sure all my needs were immediately attended to. Keep up the good hiring practices Ayres Hotel!

We loved it! Will definitely stay again. We liked the Victorian charm and how it was so close to everything! The staff was wonderful.

We love staying here. The staff is so pleasant and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and clean. The location is perfect for our corporate guests. We especially appreciate the professionalism, kindness, and genuine care we always receive from Debbie.

Its good they have free brkfast but the whole place smelled like oil and it stick to your skin and clothes

We stayed at your hotel recently with several families from my son's basketball team. Everything was great and I really appreciated the early check in you allowed for our family. The room was clean and modern and the breakfast was good. The reason I didn't rate 5 stars is because breakfast was not until 7:30am on Sunday and many times including the day when we were there teams have 8am games, so they could not eat prior to their game. It would be nice for the breakfast hours to be expanded to accommodate the teams that stay there.

Good place. It always reminds me smile - thinking that Mary-Todd Lincoln had a field day decorating this place.

I can't say enough amazing things about this hotel. We had a group stay here during a movie shoot. From start to finish we had multiple changes in guest lists, rooms needed, guests in certain rooms...every day I had to make at least one change, it seemed. Darlene was more than accommodating every single time. The hotel staff was great with our group and seemingly went over and beyond for our crew. The rooms weren't modern/swanky, but they were clean and well maintained. After 12 hours of shooting, all you want is a clean shower and clean/comfy bed, and that's exactly what we received here. If we are ever in the area again we will absolutely be staying here. Thanks again to the amazing staff for helping our trip go smoothly!

The girl is located just off the 15 freeway near the 91 & 15 . Lots of shopping and fast food within walking distance. A few restaurants as well

Older hotel that gives off the haunted, horror movie vibe. Our sink was leaking onto the floor, so we had to be quick with the hand washing and keep a towel on the floor. The shower was super clogged, so that was gross.

The only negative feed back I would say is I had a KING bed room equipped for Handicapped, and I'm not that, nor was my lady. It just was a surprise upon arrival. Everything else was great. I'll definitely be staying again.

WE BEEN COMING BACK TO THIS HOTEL BECAUSE IT IS CLEAN.& AND THE STAFF IS FRIENDLE .

I checked in and the room was very old school. The TV was not working when asked for help employees did not seem to be helpful at all. Was not happy at all. I travel with my son soccer team and I did not chose this hotel and after the service I received very likely that I would not choose this hotel in the future. We did stay at the Huntington Beach location and everything was very different. Customer service was better the rooms were very clean and spacious.

Satisfactory stay. Hotel service member unlocked my door and walked into my room unannounced. I then received a phone call from staff within the first hour of my stay asking if I had small kids in my room because a guest below us was complaining of noise. Evidently, the guest is a "regular" and staff wanted to appease him. How were we less of an important guest over a regular?

So, within a few minutes a staff member actually came up to our room and essentially accused our children of jumping off the bed and onto the floor. Unbelievable. All 4 of us were merely walking, but the hotel floor vibrates and sound resonates; it's a hotel issue, not a guest issue. However, the staff member insisted on asking repeatedly if we were sure our kids weren't jumping off the bed. Wouldn't we know? Needless to say, within the first hour of a 2 night stay we felt very unwelcomed and uncomfortable.

The bathroom fan was so loud it was like a small lawnmower operating in the ceiling. Later that night the second floor hallway smelled of marijuana. Guests loitered and smoked cigarettes directly out front of the main entrance doors, which were the only ingress/egress for hotel guests.

Overall this was a satisfactory to poor stay. I was disappointed due to the fact that I have stayed at other Ayres hotels previously and found my stay to be pleasant. I'd want to say this stay must be a fluke but too many negative events transpired during this stay to warrant any justification. I had the choice of staying at other hotels but I stayed here. I'm not sure if I made the right choice.

Fair hotel; great staff and weird location. It's "hidden" behind a shopping mall next door to a sketchy Walmart. Clean, quiet, lots of parking, the room amenities are solid.

When I called there was nothing available. But the lady offered to take my number just in case anything opened up! Not many would do that. And 15 minutes later she called me back!

I have stayed at this hotel for about 10 years and never have I slept in a bed that was so bad. The bed in room 130 was absolutely awful. If I had slept in this terrible bed 10 years ago I would never have returned. Someone missed checking this off the list.

Stay is always great except our military discount was not honored. We have stayed here numerous times over the years and have never been denied the military rate.

After a small hiccup with the room at check in late night 12/23, it was quickly fixed and enjoyed our stay with our 2 little ones. Comfortable queen beds, clean, quiet and relaxing. Breakfast buffet was small but plentiful.

It has great rooms, big flat screens, and good showers. No elevator, which is a let down, but the employees are very kind. Breakfast is pretty great, but the pool is outside.

We stayed here for a month while looking for a new home. ALL the staff was wonderful - housekeeping, maintenance, kitchen, front desk, manager... We were made to feel welcome, and our small requests were dealt with quickly, nicely, and beyond expectation.
The bed was comfortable, the amenities were, well, amenable. My only complaint is that the wifi is a little sketchy, but not worth a whole star. Would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to others. And there's a Joann's in the same area!

Roaches, ac doesn't work well, noisy, it smells haunted. Near a lot of amenities.

I travel a lot and the rooms here were excellent ! The bed was amazing the water hot and loads of pressure. The staff ! Wow the ladies at the front desk are so nice ! We chatted it up and I enjoyed that they really seemed interested in me ! The gentlemen who works the graveyard shift made coffee for me even at 430 am ! The only thing is the pricing structure. I am aware, believe me, ( 22 yrs in Hospitality/Restaurant/Casino Industry ) that as occupancy goes up the rate also does. A guest has booked and received a rate for 2 nights and then gets spanked on the 3rd? Well that left me w a sour taste BUT overall I will stay there again and tell others to do the same

We're always beyond satisfied with our experiences at Ayres. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff has consistently been attentive, helpful, and friendly!

There are great restaurants nearby and the complimentary breakfast is delicious. The rooms are always clean and the wifi is always good.
