There is no better service center in town. I have referred many people to Don. No one has been disappointed, ever. We have had a Range Rover, Mercedes Gle and Lexus all serviced there. I highly recommend dons service center. They are so courteous and will go out of their way for special requests and can accommodate and handle almost anything.

Once again a good experience from the scheduling to the actual work.

I have had transmission work done by three separate companies in the Terre Haute area, one was Don's, the other two were businesses that specialize in transmission repair. I had a bad experience with the two transmission specific shops, one of them had my vehicle for a month, give or take. Don's replace my transmission within 24 hours.

My timing belt started to go bad in Terre Haute, four hours from home, I contacted Don's Service Center based on their excellent on-line reviews. Don personally answered my call and provided me a quote within 15 minutes, which happened to be over $400 less than another quote I received from a local dealer. He even adjusted the work schedule for the following day to fit me in, to minimize my time away from my business back home. John provided me door-to-door shuttle service to and from my hotel. I can't express enough my appreciation for the great customer service and quality of work/value I received from Don's Service Center. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to everyone!

Don's is the only place I take my cars when the issue I'm having exceeds my backyard mechanic skills - and I am a meticulous person. Don is an honest guy and always seems to have the best interest of the customer in mind. I honestly don't know if Don's is the cheapest or the quickest, but I've never had an issue with their work, their honesty or their attitude, so for me it doesn't matter.

They are professionals and know their work, but they re expensive.

My Grandfather has used Don's many times in past and recommended that I go to him for repairs. His team, and in particular Jason, was very helpful, explaining in detail the problem and the repairs needed. It has made me feel very confident that this problem I've had is a thing of the past. These guys are great! Very courteous and customer satisfaction driven. It may take you a day or two to get your vehicle in to get checked out, but it's worth the short wait. They will inspect your vehicle and call you that day with your problem and check with you before doing any work. The work they do is quality and you can be sure it's done right! I Will never go anywhere else.

Have taken my vehicles to Don's anytime they need serviced. Jason and the rest of the staff are very reliable. They take the time to tell you about what's wrong with your car and what they can do to repair the car. They go over what it will cost with you and the final price has never been over the estimate. Don's is the best! We drive nearly 60 miles one way to have our foreign vehicles serviced there. We have even been able to do some preliminary diagnostic work via phone. They truly know their stuff, are honest and trustworthy.

I have taken all of my cars to don s. I do most of the work myself at home but when I reach a problem I always give them a call. I recently took my Dodge Charger there to have some work done and Stan was a great help. Whenever I call them I always ask for Stan, but they all are awesome people. Great work, good prices and awesome people! I would recommend Don s to anyone and everyone.

Our daughter attends ISU. She sends me a video of a strange noise under the car, after talking to a few friends they said probably a suspension problem very $$. I call a few shops in the area these guys seemed to have a handle on it, and they'll drop her off at ISU and pick her up. She drops the car off, they gave her a ride back to her dorm. A few hours later I get the bad news, 40 bucks ! It was just an exhaust bracket making all the noice.

Really like Don's Service Center. They are friendly and courteous on the phone and in person. They explain what needs to be done and what the cost will be. They do great work and make sure everything that they fix is fixed correctly. Last time that I was in we thought the alternator was making a noise and needed changed. They changed it but the noise was still there (the car was in their bay and they made the determination, not me), They took the part off and even though it took considerable labor, put the original back in at no charge. They then diagnosed the problem and gave me a range of solutions and prices. Great job guys. Thanks again.

I have been relying on Don's for the last 2 years. They have not even come close to letting me down. It is flat out the most professional place I ever brought my car's to in Terre Haute. They take looking out for my car as important as I do. When they tell you everything is fine with your car then everything is fine with your car. When they tell you may want to consider a repair to avoid problems later. Let them fix it!!.. We all have a lot of concerns nowadays. Allow the really solid professionals at Don's at least remove the concern where can I take my car for service. Did I mention their shop is spotless.

I've taken several different vehicles to Don's multiple times for various reasons and have come to expect excellent attention to detail and outstanding customer service. Everyone on staff is competent and honest. Their prices are competitive, they work quickly and communicate well - you know exactly what is being done to your vehicle and whether the work is needed or can be delayed.

Don's does a great job. The staff is professional and courteous. They keep you up-to-date on the status of your vehicle. They don't do any work not approved by the car owner. They guarantee the work that they do. You can trust that your car will be repaired correctly.

Don,s. I don.t think you fix. I don't I recall the 1986 La Sharro Diesel, My Cobra (kit), to my SL500 MB !! Think you please get all work done at than the shop!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My 1970 Ford F250 highboy had been sitting for over two years. Carburetor issues as well as fuel pump, steering, and braking were all in need of repair. I had asked around town for quite some time before someone had suggested Don's. I have had great service from Don's on other (newer) vehicles but hadn't thought of them when thinking of this 50-year old truck. Don and Jason were exceptionally responsive, polite, and knowledgeable. They had quite a bit of work to over several weeks and kept me updated along the way. Drove it home last night. Nothing but positive things to say about my experience at Don's over the years!

Jason was extremely friendly and helpful. He explained every step of the way and did not make it complicated. Randy was also so kind and conversational when driving me back to where I live. had them work on my 2000 montie carlo put a radiator and oil change i had a budget due to im on disabilty they called and said my hoses were bad and he would hate to see them blow going down the road with my child and wife in the car.they replace those to and kept it right on my budget all i can say is THANK YOU GUYS SOOOO MUCH for the job well done you have my buissness now on . and your waiting romm is the cleanest i have ever seen

All the guys here are SUPER nice and helpful, it's really awesome to have a place that I can trust to take my car to while I'm away from home at college, this place is great!

Don's has an excellent team of mechanics with fantastic customer service. Insurance claim - total engine replacement. After being told by a local dealership that I could not install the engine of my choice, I contacted Don's. Not only did Don's find the engine I wanted, they found it the same day. They worked hand-in-hand with the insurance adjuster and made the process of replacing an engine stress free.

Don s Service Center was the best auto service I ve ever had. My car broke down while traveling from out of town enroute to Cincinnati and Don's was able to check it out, drive me to pick up a rental, get me running the next day and figure out how to get me back in the car with minimal disruption. Both Jason and Randy went out of their way to provide terrific customer service and I would highly recommend them to anyone who lives in the area. Thank you Jason and Randy.

Most honest and helpful car repair place I have used. I have driven a lot of older vehicles. They have helped me get more life out of older and high mileage vehicles. I live out of town now but work in Terre Haute and if i have the option to, Dons is where I still take my car.

Don's was very helpful when I called. Let me know up front that it would be better to take my Mercedes to the dealership for that particular repair and was happy to give me a second opinion on any further repairs.

I had to reserve a week in advance and they lost my appointment. they didn't turn off my idiot lights and broke my phone mount on my dash and didn't even tell me or take it off my bill.

Amazing shop and team! if you have a vehicle that needs to be looked at - they are the very best. Their analysis is "Platinum". I have been a customer for a lifetime and Dons team continues to excel! Congratulations.

I recently purchased an Audi Q3, and am so excited that Don's can service my new vehicle. Not all service stations can service Audi's, just another great thing about Don's Service Center!

I have always been satisfied with the good service. I feel they are honest and dependable. I can't always get in right away because they are very busy. They explain if something needs to be done and how much it will cost. They are very reasonable.

Every person we encountered at Don's was friendly and courteous. They took their time to listen to our concerns and explain their course of action.
