The service is of a good type) well, on 3-ka maybe even 2.5 but they are trying to grow !! It was bad when they tried to give me a new track for a year and the end is bams ... they say like let's stay, we will give you a new truck !! Well, it didn t solve anything (Trying to keep good drivers !! And so nice people are pleasantly common ... without a mat common ... although they are tricky in their own way) !! Before signing docks and taking the truck, read what's below and there will be no problems !! The company is fighting for a reputation so that the grandmother returns to love !! What about the cap there is a promise slave .. service for 1 !! Well, if you need to go to the chef for some questions, he will talk to them at his office in his office !! I've been with inter-land for approximately about 18 months now I'm OTR driver I got to say this is a great company to work for the staff is very friendly the dispatchers get you good loads keep you running the shop is very clean very organizedif you have any issues with your truck they get youin and get it fixed right away so you're back out on the road if you have any trouble with with your logs your hours Monica the lady in logs department is great she'll help you and get it resolved right away I make very good money working with this company I finally found a good company to work for it took me a little over 3 years to finally make the money that I was promised from other companies so I'm very happy at interland
Interland Trucking is a great company, I've been working here for 6 weeks now and it's absolutely the best. Equipment is well maintained, the recruiters Erica J and Cash are excellent, my log administrator Monika is always available to me when I have a problem and my dispatcher Serge is the best. Everyone who works there is very pleasant and extremely helpful. Starting pay is at the top of the industry and I've averaged between 2500 and 3000 miles per week. They even helped me to start my own corporation. If you're a hard working business oriented driver Interland Trucking will help you to be successful. Overall Great Company but it's like anything else in life you get out what you put in.

This company is really good. Everything is in place and organized. They pay you on time. But depends on your luck, if you get a lazy/unprofessional dispatcher, you are screwed up!!!
Normally, dispatchers find loads ahead of time and make you plan according to that. But the one I had will wait until you got empty. As soon as you get empty, you have to text him.( guess what?!. He reads your texts but won't answer. You wait hours and send again asking updates, still no words from that dispatcher. And you call him. Yes, no answer to your calls too. After several call attempts, he will simply reply you Bro I am looking a load for you, believe me it's really busy. I am not ignoring you. Then you think he is looking for a load( yes he is looking for a load but drivers need updates in every 30 minutes or at least an hour.). And its not difficult to send you an update message.
And it happened several times that I got empty in the morning and got stuck there without load. At least 5-6 times during my 2 months work there.
This last week is terrible. In 5 days, my gross was 3550$. Come on bro!!! Now I have to pay for the rent from my own pocket?!. That s bullsh*t!!! Its Friday, guess what?. I got empty in the morning, and still waiting without load. It's already 19:31 so there is no way I will get out from here today.
Tried to call the boss Andy but could not reach him. Will try to reach him tomorrow again. Need to talk about this week s rent and I need to change my dispatcher.( because same company, my others friends got their loads without any issues. And they get next day load confirmation a day before. It never happened to me personally although I asked them several times to find a load for next day or so... I would've gave 5 star to this company but unfortunately they could not manage dispatchers well, that s why my rate would be 3 stars. Company is good but my rate goes to dispatching management.
Who rated 5 stars is all their own people, no one who worked as a truck driver at this company would rate 5 star. They never pay detention, they lie and their dispatches will find good loads for those drivers who give them bribe. And they charge a lot for insurance deductible.
Guys don t work this company because when you stop the job you not get your deposit chack all so the last check they not give you they from east Europe not America company so it fack company
Interland Trucking parks their trucks ILLEGALLY on residential blocks on Grand Central Parkway in Forest Hills Queens NY between 62nd Drive up to 68th Road. They have taken over our beautiful block and made it their Truck Stop and now this street looks like a grimey commercial industrial area. These trucks park here and leave their trucks here for DAYS!! They come back EVERY WEEK! We have a towing initiative in place with the Police Department as we will not tolerate this anymore. WE will also be reporting this to DOT and the Better Business Bureau and are in contact with the Community Board to put a stop to this.
I worked with Fred and John over at Interland. These guys picked up within minutes of getting the load details and delivered early the following day. I hope to work with this company more.

I don t regret my first trucking job because everyone has to start somewhere, but it really put me behind until I got Hired by interland . Scamming company. I never got my $2000 deposit when i left the place. Underpay drivers, cut from owner operators rates and operates under 2 MC numbers which is very illegal. Andy and Erica treat people unfair and laugh in their faces because they know that a poor driver or dispatcher does not have anything else to do in that situation. Total low lives and scum of trucking industry.
I use to work for this company until I got tired of driving OTR it was all good at first until I left they did NOT give me my $1500 deposit back Your first 10 weeks with this company you have $150 deducted from your check & they say it ll be paid back to you 45 business days after you leave. I use to like this company until they pulled this move STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY ..... The people who are commenting giving them 5 stars work for the company as office staff. BOGUS COMPANY.

You called me to comeback promised me a bonus, I gave you the proper two week notice and you NEVER PAID ME MY other half of the bonus!!!! Rumor has it they are about to fold!!!!! In response to their response... I NEVER HAD AN ACCIDENT!!! I had 2 incidents not involving no other vehicles, and this was not stated at the time or written on ANY DOCUMENTATION! Shuhrat, we are very sorry you feel this way about our company. When you are always late to the shippers and receivers with ample time given and expect detention it is impossible. We accept everyone into this company but the outcome is on you. If you are punctual and respectful we always do our best for what is deserved. We do apologize again but we are only as good as our drivers are.
This company does not even deserve 1 star. Their truck busted my windshield. The person I spoke to said " To bad" then laughed and hung up. Very unprofessional. Would recommend using another company.. filing a report with dps at the moment. Would not recommend this company after the way employees talk to others.
