Attended a conference, and the facilities were adequate. Free convenient parking. Quiet. Lots of different restaurants to eat within a short walking distance. Costco is right across the street, El Torito & Mimi's Cafe restaurants shares the parking lot with the hotel.

My first impression of the hotel was clean and cozy. We were greeted promptly and warmly. Checking in was a breeze as was navigating the hotel. Our room looked exactly like he photos online and did not disappoint. The only sad part, was not having hair conditioner provided.
Complimentary drinks and snacks that evening were fun! The buffet breakfast had a good selection of filling vacation food. The dining area was clean and clutter free.
The staff were all very nice and courteous, friendly to talk with.
The bed was quite comfortable and wonderfully big.
We will definitely look for another Ayres hotel when we are on a getaway!

This hotel is located in a dark corner of a shopping center parkinglot, lighting is almost non existent. When I arrived, 2 men were smoking pot near the entrance. It felt unsafe. I was charged $12.00 more than standard rate, at 1am, apparently because they only had 3 rooms available and any oportunity to take advantage is their protocol. This made NO SENSE but I was tired and desperate for sleep so I paid. There is NO ELEVATOR so be prepared to carry your luggage upstairs with no help from staff(I am a petite woman with sciatica and a limp). This hotel desperately needs updating, the carpet smells and needs changing. Visable grime buildup at all seams on the floors. Breakfast was not up to par at all. Staff seems to be unhappy. I could not believe this was an Ayres hotel. Next time I will use Hampton Inn up the freeway 1 exit.

Ayres is a fancy antique hotel. Our king bedroom was clean and comfortable. It also featured a leather sofa and marble table. Our continental breakfast was better than most with fresh fruit and pancakes.

Clean hotel, slightly on the old side. The front desk was very helpful. I needed to print something for work and the business center was broken, the assistant manager was able to print it for me and I was very appreciative of his help and the friendly service of the staff.

The breakfast could have offered more but otherwise I will be going back. Its victorian style decor is everything. The area is in my former neighborhood and I love it. Everything is there for you.

The pillows were totally uncomfortable for both me and my husband. The bed itself was fine.
Besides the coffee, the breakfast was not tasty.
The potatoes had a odd flavor. The breakfast sandwich was terrible. The biscuit it was made with was super dry and not tasty. Didn't eat it but one bite. The scrambled eggs and salsa is the only thing that was semi okay.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with mini fridge, hair dryer, ironing board and iron. The location was right off the freeway and close to restaurants and fast food. The included full breakfast was excellent and a money saver. I would definitely stay here again if ever in this area. It was a great deal!

Stayed for 2 days. The overall experience was great. Friendly front desk staff, location is kind of hidden away from traffic so it feels a bit safer. Walmart is 2 blocks away, which helped in getting some necessities and snacks. There is no elevator, but for me personally this was not a deal breaker. Breakfast is well tended, good options. Swimming area and jacuzzi area good.

Not a high luxury experience but, frankly it was more comfortable and quiet than the more expensive hotel I recently stayed in in Tacoma, WA.
The plumbing wasn't fastened inside the walls correctly on construction, so there was taping and clicking when showers ran in other rooms. As a plumber I knew what the noise was but others might find it creepy.

Pleasant surprise! Free parking, free WiFi, free breakfast (with scrambled eggs, bacon and more) AND a free "social hour" with your choice of 2 free beers or glasses of wine. Whaaaaasaaaaaaat? Staff was great. Rooms are a little dated, but work just fine. I'll be back.

I want to thank the hotel's staff for providing a truly great experience.

From the moment we arrived everything was pleasant. Though admittedly, the outside appeared a little more dated than some of the more modern hotels the interior is gorgeous and it is also well maintained with a good temperature throughout.

The staff consistently models personable people skills and I am thankful that I am giving them my money for a nice stay.

I had never heard of this hotel but happened to reach out just to see if they had a pool and so glad that I ended up here.

If you're looking at hotels in the area definitely consider this place.

Your staff was very attentive and helpful. When we first arrived, we had problems getting the TV to work. We're use to a cable TV service and found your system very cumbersome and frustrating to deal with. Your LG controller buttons didn't do what they were labeled to do. Your breakfast service was terrific; I thanked your cook for her dedication and service. There was one other thing, in the wall common to the entry and the closet nitch, was a constant noise (room 147). Through out both nights we were with you, there was a constant noise inside the wall. It was more mechanical than a "drip" sound. My wife, being handicapped (in a wheelchair) needs some place to put her toiletries in the bathroom, there was no shelf or counter area on or around the sink to do so.

I liked the rooms...spacious and comfortable and clean. However the breakfast was very unsatisfactory. The fruit was only melon- not even bananas or other fruit. Yogurt choices limited. Not very satisfying.

Good value for the money. Nice facility. The rooms have recently been remodeled and are very nice. The front desk clerk at check in was not very nice and did not treat us nice. You will lose customers if she treats guests like that.

Very nice quiet place to stay. Enjoyed cozy pool area. The hotel was so very clean and I really like that. The breakfast was very good. Same thing provided every day but a good variety I think. Coffee good. Plenty of restaurants to walk or drive a short distance too. We stayed 5 nights and it was great. Staff very friendly and helpful. I would stay again.

Enjoyed our stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed breakfast. The only suggestion I would make is open breakfast on the weekends earlier than 7:30am. Many travelers are trying to get an early start on activities and 7:30am is a little late. We don't go to a hotel to sleep in

It was a most pleasant stay. All of the employees greeted us with smiles and sought to serve in little ways. The cooks were cheery and the breakfasts were superb. Laundry smelled clean (At many places towels smell burnt) It will be our first choice for future trips.

The staff was friendly and welcoming; we were registered and given our key quickly. The room was clean and well-stocked. The breakfast was delicious, and the cooking/serving staff was so attentive, even helped me serve myself, as my hands were full with our 11-month old. My family and I have been to this hotel several times, and we will keep coming back!

Front desk clerk was rude and short with me (Female, did not catch her name. Lynn maybe?). Reserved a room with 2 Queen sized beds but upon arrival was told they only had 1 room left with a King size bed and that I could "take it or leave it". Refrigerator was not working so I had to improvise with buckets upon buckets of ice and ziplocs. I informed front desk about the fridge not working and they said "oh, sorry about that" and that was the full extent of their response/solution. Be aware they charge the full amount upon check in as opposed to other places that charge you at check out. I wasn't informed, she just grabbed my card and swiped it. I thought she was just running the security hold. I was supposed to split the fee between a friend and I but since I wasnt even told she was running the payment the whole thing was charged under my card. Never thought I would have a reason to write such a negative review but I will not be returning to this place.

This hotel does not have an elevator to accommodate our belongings. We had to stay on the first floor, which was not as quiet. Other than that, the hotel has a higher standard than most hotels chains. We do love the Ayers Hotels.

I've stayed at this location twice now. Both times were great experiences.
Our TV didn't work and we were immediately changed into another room.
The woman at the front desk apologized repeatedly, as did the worker they sent to our room.
For our inconvenience, there was a goodie box waiting for us when we picked up the keys to the new room.
Such a nice surprise.
Every employee we encountered during our stay was friendly & went out of their way to provide us with excellent service.
The room was spacious & comfortable.
The hotel close to shopping & restaurants.
I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

Great staff, very accommodating. Wendy and chase were great, very personable. When we walked up to the desk to check in, they immediately noticed we had a young college student with us and gave us the CBU discount which was extremely appreciated. Over the next four years we plan to stay at this Ayres hotel every time we come. Breakfast was awesome! Thank you for great customer service.

After a small hiccup with the room at check in late night 12/23, it was quickly fixed and enjoyed our stay with our 2 little ones. Comfortable queen beds, clean, quiet and relaxing. Breakfast buffet was small but plentiful.
