Axiom Eco-Pest Control Reviews

Bill and I have used Axiom for years. We actually have standing contract for them, BUT I can call them anytime if we see something we don't like (like ants where they shouldn't be). We have had a rat problem, but Ryan, Kevin, and Joe were out here today and solved several problems for us. We actually caught a granddaddy size rate today thanks to them. I highly recommend their service. Always professional and respond quickly to any calls I generate.

Yeah ryan came by my door got rid of the ant infestation and I signed up it is totally worth it give them a call if you have any pest problems they will take care of it.

Axiom takes pride in their work. I had ants come back and they were back the very next day. Easy to work with and talk to. They will talk you through everything that they are doing! Super safe for animals! Would reccomend them if you quality service at a great price!

Axiom is a fantastic service. They got rid of a mouse problem we had in our 1969 home amd also tackled the huge spiders. The products leave no strong odors and are safe around our dogs and kids. We have moved and the quarterly service contract easily transferred to or new home in Clackamas. I love Axiom.

Axiom guys are always very nice (they have been great with my pets and I have 6!) and have been very timely showing up. This last treatment I forgot to unlock my backyard gates while I was away at work. They were willing to come back the following week and did not charge me additional for the return visit. They seem to do a more thorough treatment. Going 5'+ out into the yard from the foundation of the home. We've been happy with our service and very rarely do we see a bug these days!

I've been using Axiom quarterly for over 2 years to control box elder beetles and stink bugs and have been very happy with the results.

A couple of days ago my wife noticed there were a few small ants on our kitchen counter and then I spotted a trail of them along the edge of a patio door next to the kitchen so I called the Axiom office. The woman I spoke to was pleasant and helpful, scheduling a site visit for the next day.

When their technician Bobby arrived we went over where I'd seen the ants and he started treating the floor area and inside a couple of electrical outlets that were in the same area which impressed me. He explained that ants can be attracted to the warmth of wiring and also condensation moisture on plumbing so he then treated pipes under the kitchen sink.

That was a couple of days ago and there have been zero ants visible since. Thank you for the prompt and courteous service with no additional charge!

Axiom has been providing pest control service for my family for the past 4+ years. They go out of their way to make sure I m satisfied and have done a great job treating and communicating for a fair price. When needed, they come out in between quarterly treatments and have always been extremely helpful. We have large dogs, and they are great with pets as well. 10/10 would recommend Axiom.

Justin knocked on my door yesterday to offer pest control at a nifty sale price yesterday. He was personable, knowledgeable, and professional in a pleasant low key way. I have animal companions so I am cautious about anything that is applied in and around my home , so it is a relief to know that Axiom's products are safe around pets, yet still effective against pests.

Everyone is always nice and courteous when interacting with this company. I live in the country and therefore they don't have weekly service to my area, but if I have a problem they find an employee that lives near me and has them come by to resolve it. I also love that I'm not poisoning my property and subsequently my water supply, and the gentlemen that have come to service my property are considerate of my chickens and are cautious to not spray near them just in case. Also, I'm finally free of Japanese stink bugs and box elder beetles!

I was super impressed with the technician, Derek. He took the time to walk me through what he was going to do, then took great care in completing the work and then took the time to inform me what would occur with the next visit before departing. Derek was extremely courteous and knowledgeable about the products and their use. Top notch customer service!

UPDATE - I received a call from the office manager (actually several - she was very persistent) in regards to initial review that was posted below. She wanted to apologize for how my account was handled and she offered to take care of my bill as well as to come to my house to do a complete service since I was not satisfied with the initial one. She also stated that there has been some updates their training to better service customers that are in my position. Although I was not happy how my account was initially handled, I was pleased with how they resolved and corrected the issue after the fact.

I called them to cancel my service because I lost my job and they said that it was going to cost me more to cancel my service than to do the service! They offered for me to make payments, but how does that help me when I don't have income to pay for it? After not being able to work anything out with them I told them to just do the service since it would cost less. Then they show up and do a half ass job. They only treat the front yard and they didn't even touch the backyard like they are supposed to with the service. So not only do I have to pay for a service I didn't want I have to pay for a crappy service that did not even do what they said it was going to do. The stupid thing is that I was going to resume service when I started working again, but with their poor customer care this will not be happening now. I would not recommend using this service.

Ammon is perhaps the friendliest and most professional salesperson to ever knock on my door. He was patient and friendly and took the time to answer all my questions to my satisfaction. I'm looking forward to not having to battle pests anymore!

This company is so reliable and dependable. WIthin 2 days, the mice/rat problem was gone. I always was bombarded by spiders when I walked outside and now there are none by the house. I have 4 little dogs and their products are safe once it has dried and they always ask that I keep them in while they spray.
I have been with them for over a year and will continue to hire them.

We ve been a long time client of Axiom Pest Control. Their service has always been top notch. Today, lead technician Eric Painter came to my home to help me eradicate fleas. I don t have pets, so this was especially upsetting for me. Eric explain the life cycle of fleas and how the product works on them. He also detailed exact steps for us to take after his treatment. He also went above and beyond to make sure the interior and exterior of the house were well treated to maximize effectiveness. I m very pleased. Thank you, Eric for you re awesome help!!!

I like this services because they use eco and people friendly products and that they are a local company. We used there services 8 years ago and have been very happy with this service. They answered all my questions and were friendly and professional.

We are overall happy with axiom, but it is rob and joe that make us recommend axiom to others.

Not only are they both friendly, professional and accomodating, but they also found a needle in a haystack as far as a place where mice were entering the house. Rob located it and joe filled it and they both came out of the crawl space alive (ours isnt really crawling....more like army crawling). Glad we have axiom and more importantly these guys who take the extra time to really find the source of the problem.

The fellow who came to our door was pushy. He didn t ask if we had a moment to talk. He just started talking. We tried to politely say we didn t have a problem, but he ignored us and kept talking about ants in the wall until we interrupted, said we had to go, and asked for a business card. He wouldn t leave a card; he just turned and left.

Brian stopped by today and offered to help with some pest problems. He was super funny and professional. It was nice having someone actually be helpful and not pushy. I will definitely give him a call when I need the help.

Had two men come out to my home today they were very polite and helpful and they were very thorough. I have had them come regularly now for a couple years and have finally gotten rid of all the ants. They had really a hold on me and all the neighbors. but I have none now . Had a infestation of those little moths that can come in cereal and they took care of them as well. If a fly gets in, he dies at my window sill, because they spray it and it doesn't hurt me or my little Chihuahua ...but it really kills any fly or mosquito that happened to come in. They also spray around my outside lights and I don't have bugs on my wall or around the lights. No spiders! I recommend them highly.

The man who came to our home for the initial treatment was awesome. He was able to come early but called in advance and gave us plenty of time. He was very informative; he went over what he'd be doing, how it all works, and assured me that our cat was safe. I live in a heavily treed area and had some serious ant problems every time the rains came through. Since using axiom, I rarely see ants.

When ants do show up (they're very good at finding ways into your home) axiom will respond very quickly to help address the situation. Their standard agreements/plans cover a lot of additional services if the ants find their way through the standard spray barriers/deterrent they use around your home.

Ants did recently find a way through after the last major rainstorms and Daniel with Axiom responded the next day. Daniel and their team are friendly and are eager to find a way to resolve your pest problems.

I extremely recommend this company!! They have been servicing my house for a while now and have rid me of those pesky little ants!! Every now and then i get a few slip through the cracks but they are always available within 2 days to come back at no extra charge. Thank you axiom!!

Rob doesn't outstanding job in servicing my home. He is efficient text time to answer all my questions and also educate me on the behavior of insects. I have just received a quote from their competitor and after checking the reviews and asking them questions about customer support and effectiveness of their chemicals, it was a no-brainer choice to stay with Axiom. Every time I call the office I get my request and questions answered. The office can be a little rushed sometimes but they're always courteous and respond to my questions. This is a five-star company and I would recommend them highly.

Well my whole family is now getting serviced by Axiom, If it was not for AJ coming out and helping us out I do not think that we would have been able to take care of it on our own. Normally we are able to do most things ourselves. However, it was to the point that we needed something from a pro to come help out. Came at the right time.

I should mention that I was actually under contract with another pest control company when these guys knocked on my door yesterday. However, I could tell with just the explanation of services that what Axiom offers is far beyond what the other company did (at nearly the same price). They bought me out of the other contract and guaranteed a better service. And that held true when Jake came out today for the initial treatment today.

Super impressed and pleased by the work and attention to detail. Jake was thorough and efficient. He also took the time to block off an outside air vent that was likely big enough for small rodents to get inside. He did a fantastic job.

The fellows at Axiom have done a good job. They put out traps where we suspicioned rodent activity and were successful in catching some little critters. Haven t seen any spiders since they started. Great service and quick response when ever needed. They try to send the same individual back who is familiar with the property s overall service which is really effective, as they recall where problem areas might have been in the past and check it for continued success.

Joe with Axion was amazing today was my first day with them they treated my house for ants . He was very informative about the treatment and assured my cats and dogs were perfectly safe . Also i contacted them over the weekend on another review sight and they said would get in contact with me on Monday. Sure enough Monday they called me and we talked through the service.
