Axiom has done a great job for us. They always give a reminder call a few days before treatment, and I've never had a problem rescheduling at the last minute if needed. They do a thorough job - the bugs stay in the garden, and out of the house.

Affordable, reliable, eco-friendly and we haven't seen any ants in the house since they started regular service!

Received our first service yesterday. Derek with Axiom was very helpful, professional, and provided great thorough service! He respected social distance, wore a mask, explained everything to me, and answered all my questions.

Bobby came out ( during the quarantine). No words can really explain just how professional, polite and knowledgeable he was. I had just started my service from axiom at that time. I am an older women and just very uneasy with new people coming into my home. Because of Bobby's professionalism I was totally at ease the entire time. I just cant say enough good words ! I have always been very happy with the service from Axiom Eco-Pest Control. If I have had issues about recurring ants they are more than happy to come back out in a timely manner to retreat at no charge between scheduled treatments. The technicians are always courteous and answer all my questions. Today, Robert was extremely helpful as we discovered a rat nest and he left a baitbox to treat for the problem. I would recommend Axiom ( and have) to anyone who wants good service.

We used Axiom for years with success. Aptive came knocking one day offering a price discount and same services so we made the switch. What a MISTAKE! They didn t respond to re service appts when we needed them back out. Their ant killer seemed really weak and ineffective. So glad to leave them and go back to Axiom who is the superior pest company.

We have been using Axiom for our pest control for years now and have always been pleased. It is difficult to find companies that give great service anymore so when I find one I stick with them and Axiom is exactly that. The service works, they communicate effectively, they respond promptly and they are knowledgeable. Everyone is friendly and nice from the sales staff to the technicians to the office staff. They are respectful of my property and my time. They make sure to do the job to my expectations. It's nice to be able to pay them to take care of bugs and then go about my life and not have to worry about it because I know I'm in good hands. I wish I could find more companies to work with on other things that were as professional and reliable as Axiom is. Wouldn't go with anyone else.

Professional and prompt. Got rid of ants that I could not get rid of on my own. We have had a couple pop up with change of seasons and Axiom comes out the next day to treat in between services for free. We ve been very happy with this service and would recommend to anyone with an ant issue!

I m so thankful that someone was able to come out so fast to take care of the wasps nest we found by our hose, where our kids play all the time. Not only was our tech able to get rid of that one but he located 3 more around our house we were unaware of!

I've never hired an exterminator. I've lived with ants before and even with cockroaches once (needless to say I didn't stay in that apartment very long!) and just accepted their presence and didn't leave food out. Additionally I've always been cautious about using pesticides around my pets. When Tyler came to my door to inform me of their current promotion, and that my dog (and my cats) could literally eat the pesticide without being harmed, I was so struck by his genuine, kind demeanor that I just couldn't say no. (He also knelt down to love on my dog who is a rescue and somewhat weary of strangers - I can never express how much that means to me when someone goes out of their way to reassure my buddy when he is anxious. Thank you, Tyler!). When they scheduled me for my appointment today from 11-2, I was honestly expecting the technician to show up at 2 or even 4 (you know, like Comcast) but no - William was actually a few minutes early. I was likewise struck by William's kindness and his accommodating attitude toward my pets while he was working in my home. He was very respectful of my home as well. I am so impressed! Of course, I don't yet know if the treatment "works" but I am completely confident that it will. Very excited to be ant-free and to support a company who uses environmentally-conscious treatments and who also hires very, very well!

Saw a black bee or hornet flying in and out of a railroad tie stair. Axiom came out within 3 days of request. They were very knowledgeable, identifying the flying bug as a carpenter bee vs hornet. One application of water based product and no activity after 3 days. Price was as quoted with 90 day guarantee.

We started using Axiom for pest control because of an ant problem in a house we had recently purchased. One of the reasons we chose Axiom was because of their treatments being pet friendly. They have been very thorough in their treatments. The emphasized that we should let them know if we see ants between scheduled treatments and they would be happy to come out. They have followed through on that promise and have been very responsive. We are very pleased with their service.

Two years ago we found several small ants in the kitchen along with the normal number of spiders and other insects inside and outside the house. We connected with Axiom and arranged to have them eradicate the unwelcome guests , then follow up quarterly. Josh came to salem today for service @ Settlers Drive. Josh came to front door to introduce himself from Axiom. Josh was very professional. Josh was here for regular outside service. Told Josh I had ants in my kitchen sink, counter area. (Occasional problem area) . Josh promptly agreed to take a look @ kitchen area. Josh was very knowledgeable & new his stuff! He explained everything to me about pest control that he was about to do to kitchen sink area & outside. He explained to me many diff services that Axiom does. He informed me of other " do's & dont's" after he treats all problem areas. Axiom please give kudos to Josh!! What an awesome & hard worker your employee Josh is!! He knows his stuff!! I love this company! I don't mind as much, but my wife hates ants, so it's been very nice not having ants anymore. They have been coming out on a schedule to spray around our home. But then the ants found a way inside by our deck, and they fit us in your schedule to come out at no charge and spray the deck posts. Thanks Rod! Happy wife, happy life.

We have used the Axiom pest control service for about four years and have been very happy with their service. Besides the regular quarterly service they have come to our rescue for a nest of angry wasps in the front yard, ants in the kitchen and rats in the backyard (who knew chickens would attract rats!). Great service provided by axiom when we had them out to investigate a dead smell coming from our walls. We have also used them for years to ward away some giant spiders in our neighborhood. They are always quick to come spray inside or outside if we start seeing anything of concern.
