Axiom is an amazing service!! They have the best bug guys who go above and beyond to help us with our needs. I would highly recommend axiom to anyone who deals with bugs or rodents.

Door to door salesman came to my door during COVID, without a mask, even though I have a clearly placed no soliciting sign, and then wouldn't take "I'm not interested" for an answer. Won't be getting my business with that approach.

Very pleased with Axiom. They are always friendly, professional, and reliable. I bought a home a few years ago and have had intermittent issues with ants, spiders, and seasonal pests. Axiom has been able to control these issues and prevent further occurrence. They are easy to work with and I appreciate their eco-friendly solutions.

Great attention to detail, our guy Jacob was very through with the inspection and spraying the areas around our house. Definitely a better experience that I had have in the past with other pest companies.

Quarterly pest control today. Derrick asked if I had any problems with pests and pointed out a bush that needed trimming as it was touching the house. I have had very good luck with this service. No ants or other bugs around or in the house.

Axiom has been nothing short of amazing. My husband and I purchased an old home and chose Axiom for pest control. They have great customer service - both the phone representatives and the wonderful staff members who come to bug proof your residence. It has been worth every penny.

They do a great job with my quarterly service and are quick to come out if they are ever needed in between time!

I needed to have a possible mouse located and they came out, found where the entrance was they were getting in from and blocked that one up and also checked the outside and even though it looked good they went ahead a baited outside as well. Excellent service from an excellent company, I am definitely going to figure out a way to stay with them for as long as I can.

Nick Singleton did a great job. My daughter was having a real problem with spiders and he dove right in and gave her room special treatment to keep the "evil bugs" away.

Becca was super friendly and real. She didn't make me feel any pressure or try to power sell me. Very positive interaction.

Robbie was very prompt and professional. He is very knowledgeable and courteous. Every question I asked him was answered with confidence and clear explanation. I wanted to acknowledge what an asset Robbie is your company.

Great service. They show up when they say, friendly, and resolve any pest issues.

Came to my house twice and pounded on the door where there is a clear no soliciting sign! Last time the guy came it was 7:50pm and he woke up my toddlers! I didn't answer the door the first time, what makes him think I would answer the second time?? Horrible sales tactic and not a good way to get your name out there especially when there is a no soliciting sign clear as day on the door.

Oh, and by the way Axiom, my husband and I are looking for a pest control company, but we definitely won't be using you guys after today.

Update: the guy came back at 9:30pm knocking on doors again and my neighbor handled it by yelling at the guy to leave.

Absolute worst company ever. Every quarter it was a different person. Never knew the issues. Often didn t call to schedule, never knew what to do. Terrible.

I have enjoyed the benefits of staying in an Axiom treated home and it is WONDERFUL. Ammon did a fantastic job at explaining everything and I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

I love Axiom Eco-Pest Control! I have been a customer for over 4 years. With living in the country, it is vitally important to stay on top of my pest control. Axiom staff are fantastic, their service professionals are prompt, friendly, and thorough. They guarantee their work, and have even come back in between services at no extra charge. Using Axiom for all your pest-control needs is the best investment you can make for your home.

The salesman told me the price for the first installment and the price for the quarterly work. After the first job they called me back after 4 weeks and said that they were going to start the quarterly ones. They didn't tell me that the initial payment didn't cover the work 4 weeks later. So I ended up paying twice in the first month. I think that it was deceiving and that they should have just told me up front.

I have since worked this problem out with the company. I'm very happy with how the Office Manager handeled my dilemma. I am satisfied with their service so far and will post again after the next few treatments.

We had a little misunderstanding on the first visit, but they explained everything to me and made a return visit immediately and I am very happy. They were also very respectful of my desire to use non toxic products and to humanely eliminate rodents if necessary. I will recommend this business.

The techs are always polite and seem to do a thorough job. If I see ants or spiders in between regular services, they are quick to come out and do an additional service.

The staff are clean, professional, knowledgeable , courteous and polite. They do not make you uncomfortable allowing them into your yard or home. The young man we had today was all of the above and very thorough and friendly.
