My experience with Zerorez was wonderful. The techs were very respectful and friendly. I was so glad to get my ducts cleaned because of the dust in my house. They found out I had mold in my ducts and I purchased a Home Air purifier. This will help my husband because he had throat cancer he has breathing problems. I was thankful they found the mold problem. On my Invoice it says Duct Crew JR. They are the best!! Thank you, Jean Austin

Company done a great job! It s the service charge of $15 that they charge, but it s not a clear why they are charging it. The guy whom came out was professional and knew his job! But, to have that kind of charge on cleaning carpet they should be ashamed of themselves.
Our 15 year old carpets look new! The whole experience was great. When I called to make the appointment, they were polite and professional and gave lots of options that matched my schedule. The technician Cameron came when expected, was courteous and professional and did a great job! He let me know what to expect and delivered 100%. He also cleaned the tile floors in one of the bathrooms..... didn't know that was a service of Zerorez, but do now and will use them again for that and carpet cleaning. Everything ended up better than expected! Have already told several friends! Zerorez is great!
I had my carpets cleaned today, the worst being a 500 sq ft porch, with 2 sides screened. Zerorez got out black stains and a wax spill...I am stunned at the outcome. It's at least 15 yrs old and now looks hardly worn. Another winner for me was to have Jarvis as my service person. Polite, knowledgeable and efficient...by far the best experience I have ever had.

I had heard a lot about Zerorez, and this was my first time using them. SO many great things to say about our service! The technician remembered and called me by name during the duration of the cleaning. He was thorough, honest, professional, and just all around a great, and down to earth technician.
I had originally requested to have a couch cleaned, but after doing a test run on a fabric sample, we found that it wasn't able to be wet cleaned. The technician was incredibly honest and knew about the results I wanted, and suggested I don't have them clean it.
Instead, I asked him to pack up our floor rug and take it to be cleaned instead - and he did it no questions asked (and this was not a part of the package I had signed up for). We added and changed a few minor things as well, and he was incredibly flexible with all of my requests.
Thanks for wearing masks, shoe booties, and using corner guards at the door frames! We can't wait to see what our rug looks like, and we will definitely use ya'll in the future again.

They get you with 3 room special. Show up with tape measure and say additional $100. Your rooms are too big. Never has Stanley Steemer done this. Have kids and pets and use carpet cleaners often. This was my second time using zerorez, which I cancelled after the bait and switch. Back to Stanley Steemer.

I had Zerorez out yesterday to clean my two-year-old carpet. I had to put one of my two dogs to sleep earlier this month and she had peed on the carpet in a few spots so I was hoping to get those stains out. For the den, I purchased the $90 "Biological odor treatment" but that was a bit disappointing in that the stains are still visible. Also, since the carpet is all wool, the technician had to clean it with cold water to avoid shrinkage. The treatment revealed a stain I didn't know about in the bedroom so I went over that with an enzyme stain remover. Although I need to wait for it to dry, I think it made the stain much less visible. The technician did a great job and he had a new employee with him that he was training. The carpet does look much better in the den and I'm glad I had Zerorez out to clean it.
The young Man was very pleasant and his work ethics were quick and efficient. A job well done we were well pleased.

Terrible experience. Very perfunctory job. They didn't vacuum the carpet before cleaning, didn't lift anything to clean underneath. They didn't even lift up the laundry hampers since the carpet under the laundry hampers is still dry after cleaning! Furthermore, they completely skipped one room (the master bedroom)! I had to call to request a makeup service for the master bedroom and asked for a different person servicing us hoping it will be better. But no, the second person is just as perfunctory as the first. Very mad will never use them again!
I was extremely surprised at the great job Zerorez did in cleaning my carpet. I was thinking about putting hard wood in the master bedroom, which is on the main level. Since they did such a great job and put that on hold for a while. I am big on customer service. I appreciate the professionalism, friendly, and politeness of DeShawn who cleaned the carpet.
6/20/18 I have been a Zerorez customer annually starting back in 2013. This is the first time I did not have an exceptional experience. In fact, I am downright disappointed and let down with how this visit went. I was greeted by the technician Eric Jackson as if it were a burden to be at my home to provide carpet cleaning services. I opened my front door to him sighing, "You're gonna need time to get ready I suppose." I told him no and that I was all set up for him to rock and roll. I showed him the living room and dining room, completely empty of all it's furniture. I showed him a small spot(size of a dinner plate) in the living room that needed some extra attention. He said he had an enzyme that would help with that. I took him upstairs to show him the bedrooms which I had moved the furniture to allow him to clean the carpets underneath the furniture first before putting it all back in place to clean the rest of the room. Again, another sigh of burden passed my way. He says, "Well, I'm fast and not sure you'll have time to move the furniture back in place." I was pretty much over his attitude at this point and quit trying to get the service I felt that I was paying for. I went ahead and moved my furniture back into place before he started cleaning the carpets. I let him do his own thing as he had clearly showed to this point that was how it was going to be. I reviewed my bill after he left, as if I wanted to hear him sigh one more time, and saw I was charged $50 for the small spot where he applied the special enzyme cleaner. He never explained that was the cost of that particular product to any degree. I am very disappointed with this overall service provided by Zerorez and the technician Eric Jackson. Eric absolutely did NOT perform any of the Residential Promise Card checks as it indicated in the pdf attached into the invoice email. I will not be returning as a repeat customer any longer and will not recommend Zerorez to anyone else ever again.
6/22/18 I am pleased to report that Zerorez's customer service took my recent disappointing experience very serious. I received a call from Ms. Theresa Naverez within 48 hours expressing how sorry she was for the recent experience I had with their technician. She assured me that he was being spoken to by his manager and that, in no way, does Zerorez tolerate anything less than exceptional customer service. Now, this is the Zerorez that I remember and have come to love. Thank you for caring so much and taking care of a longstanding customer that will now continue to use your service and, moreover, refer to friends and family. In fact, my neighbor across the street should be putting in for an appointment soon.

Very professional and friendly. They arrived on time ( I was given 1:00 to 3:30 and they got to the house at 1:00). The carpet is in the bedrooms and beautiful tile everywhere else. After they had finished in the bedrooms, they mopped the tile where it had become wet. It's only been one day, so I'm waiting to see if the no residue thing really keeps the stains from coming back. If that's the case, I will use them again as needed!

The entire process with Zerorez was great! From the online ordering of service to the completion of service from my technician. The process was 100 percent awesome!
Both technicians were courteous and professional. They explained how and what was needed to thoroughly clean my airducts. They both wore masks and used shoe coverings when entering the inside of my house. They cleaned up before they left and later that evening sent me an email showing the before and after pictures of my airducts. I highly recommend me Zerorez and I will use their services again.

Stay away. We booked an appointment confirmed for between 3-6pm today. We took 3 hours off work to ensure that we would be at home for the appointment. At 523pm, we received a call stating that the tech was running "a little bit late" and would be at our house toward the end of the 3-6 time slot. At 556, we received another call saying that the tech would arrive at 645. As of 851pm, not only has the tech not arrived, but we have also we have also not received a call or a return call to our multiple voice mails. We went to the trouble of moving furniture out of rooms ahead of their visit, and took vacation time from our jobs to ensure we would be at home during the window, and they cannot even pay us the common courtesy of returning our calls with an explanation as to why they never showed up. I'm not sure who their clients are, but they are not hard working middle Americans whose time matters. Very, very disappointing.

My expectations were apparently too high. After the carpet was supposed to be dry, it was pretty late and my family was asleep. I was unable to do a thorough check of the "cleaning." However, the next day, I saw there was still grossness in the corners and along the walls/baseboards. Instead of cleansing the floor thoroughly, the technician rushed through and left filth along the edges of my home. Never, ever, again. A waste of almost $200. Disappointing.
