We have been extremely happy with Axiom Eco Pest Control. For 15 years we were with another company, but because of raising costs and less customer service we looked elsewhere. With Axiom we have less problems with spiders, ants, etc.. We can enjoy our covered areas again. Due to new building in our area, we currently have a rat/mouse issue. When I mentioned this during a routine visit by Axiom, the repts immediately offered solutions and even suggested a follow-up visit at no extra cost. AMAZING. Melissa called me shortly after the repts left to schedule the follow up. No pressure, No unaffordable solutions, just excellent customer service and results.

Great company, I've used them for about 3-4 years now and they're wonderful to work with. I have a contract with them where they come out and treat my house quarterly and since they've been doing that I've had little to no bugs at all. If you ever do see something in between your quarterly visits, they quickly come back out and re-treat your house for free.

I have a yearly contract they have been great every time they come out they always check in to see if I am having any other issues with other pest and have helped control ants, rodents, and moths. I can't say enough good things about them. If I have a problem between scheduled maintenance they have come out.

We've had Axiom for about a year and 1/2, the techs are always nice, they have raked debris away from the house before spraying, always wear shoe covers before entering the house. Inside the home they have removed outlet covers to treat (pesky sugar ants), even helped clean up the corner spider webs. Late summer we cleaned out the shed, a good 100 ft from the house, there were spiders EVERYWHERE, called Axiom and they came to treat the shed and have now added it to my quarterly house treatment, no charge. In the spring they are right on it for return visits if needed ... pesky sugar ants again...

We have used Axiom for a number of years at two different homes. One of the services that we appreciate most is their timeliness in returning to take care of the pesky ants! In the past year, we have been very pleased with the technicians dealing with our "rat problem." This is such a nasty job that I feel we owe them about a million dollars! We plan to continue to use the services offered by Axiom as long as there are pests about!

Just a week following quarterly service, an Ant problem surfaced. I called Axiom. They had a technican here by mid-morning the same day. I appreciate their responsiveness. Overall a great service. One area of improvement; a 3 day window to advise of service. I usually get a call the night prior and would like more advance warning.

This review is about the appointment schedule. We scheduled for service on Saturday at 8AM. Carrie called on Friday afternoon and left a message that they could come on Saturday at 8AM instead. I never called to confirm this because I wanted them to come at 9. The Tec shows up at 8, tells me the appointment was changed, didn't call before he came. I don't appreciate a business that works like that. I have no idea if the pest problem will be taken care of, the tec was here less than an hour. Nov 2018. Update. The owner did not talk to my husband as I am not married and the review stands with addition of more phone calls from this company telling us we needed more treatments and pressuring to make appointment. We were selling the house and told them we were not interested. Still more calls. We advised new home owner to stay away from this outfit and have advised others as well. The fact the owner had to post a lie with this review is telling enough. Terrible.

When Issac first came to the house, he was up front about the cost and the year contract. He was not a pushy salesman. Mike came out today, he was super friendly and engaging in conversation. He explained the process and what he was doing. We had other companies come out and look at the house. They only sprayed the outside of the house. Axiom takes care of the outside in steps. They also came inside, sprayed corners, windows and the inside of the walls. Fingers crossed these pests disappear for good?

Had an ant problem for a while; tried every home remedy to get rid of them..... didn't work. After months of putting it off, a neighbor referred this company to us. We gave them a call and are extremely happy that we did! I was so happy to see the ants gone! They told me to call them again if ONE ant shows up. After the initial spray, I saw ONE ant and felt bad for calling but did it anyways because I paid for the service, right? They were so kind about it and came and retreated where I spotted the ant free of charge! I haven't seen an ant since. Such a peace of mind now. Not only did their product work, but the service crew is really nice! They don't just walk in and walk out as if to check you off their list of things to do, but they come to the door with a smile and are friendly with little ones that might be present in the home! Highly recommend them! They are good at getting the ants and their attitudes are very kind and professional!!

Pro tip: Try getting friendly, professional outside sales people on your team. Pestering a "queen of the castle" about her choice of services, walking away and eye rolling aren't effective sales techniques and not the best way to get new clients.

I cannot begin to say how grateful I am for Axiom Eco Pest Control. Not only fast, but detailed information with reasons behind everything they do. When they leave you feel like all the bases are covered. And furthermore you can always contact them if you have questions, or concerns and they take care of it of it. To be honest I didn't realize at all how much I was going to get. They put granules out in the grass. Everything and everywhere that could have any potential ability to be a problem is covered. They take off the switch plates and spray into the walls. I lived in the south for years where the bugs were ginormous and I've never seen such attention to detail as what I saw today in Oregon! A really awesome company. And if you're being pestered by any bugs it's really a good idea!!!!
