This company is awesome- everyone I ve worked with from the receptionist to the technician are super friendly and helpful. I hate spiders more than anything so having this service has eliminated them. Plus you can call them whenever you need (for free) and they ll come out between your basic plan treatments.

Easy to work with, the sales man was informative and not pushy. The first service on our house was simple and the guy was in and out quickly, he told us what he was doing as he did it. He even called and asked if he could come by earlier than scheduled because of a cancelation which worked out great for us.

Update: As the cold weather is coming on strong, so are some mice. It was between service times for me but Axiom had no problem with sending a technician out to take care of the problem. Perfect timing! Axiom came by just in the nick of time. I was looking for a pest company that would take care of my giant spiders. Brian was helpful and made everything a breeze. Our tech was knowledgeable, friendly, and super through.
We have a lot of issues with ants and it has been great working with this company. They take care of the problem, and if you see another problem they are more than willing to take time out of their busy schedule to come spray! They re great at getting to the root of the problem.
They all genuinely care about the service they provide. They were very accommodating and followed through with whatever they said they would do.
Both field service and office personnel are always a pleasure to deal with. Held off service for 2 months while I had siding repaired and house painted. Could not convince them to charge me for "extra" service afterward. They said that's what a warranty is for. Kinda feel bad but kudos for taking care of a customer.

Joe was great! Very quick, thorough and was even able to get a couple of wasp nests that were very high up in the eaves of my 2nd story house. I am very happy with the service and the price and would definitely recommend them.
Update...I continue to get great service from Axiom. Every tech has been very nice, done a thorough job and always takes the time to ask if there are any specific concerns. I asked them to come out and spray the inside again and they were quick to schedule it. They also did a food drive in the month of October and I always like to see companies participate in helping the community. Very glad I signed up with them!
We are very happy our neighbors referred us to Axiom Pest Control. We have suffered with an elder bug infestation for the past 2-3 years and were under the impression there was nothing we could do, short of bug bombing our home (which may be only a temporary mend). We tried everything possible on our end. Other pest control agencies said they could help; however, the product they use is not pet friendly. Axiom has been here twice and we are so relieved, as it already appears they are resolving the problem. They responded to our first call quickly; the product works without harm to our pets; they answer all our questions; they do a clean job; they are friendly and their prices are very competitive. We will not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. If you are having any sort of an insect or pest dilemma, please give them a try.

One of their reps knocked on our door at 8:52pm on a Thursday night. It's super inappropriate to be disturbing people on a work night at that time. It's nice to see they have such good reviews but you really should be more considerate.
These guys are great! We had a significant ant problem that has been reduced significantly and we need to call them occasionally to spot treat but they have been responsive and excellent. We highly recommend them.

This company is deceitful and not forth coming wIth their services. Over a year ago, they came to my house to spray for ants coming through our back door. The technician was at our property for all of about 30 minutes. I called the following month to let them know I was able to take care of the ants on my own with a very simple method using borax, water and a cotton ball. They said no problem and that they'd cancel my service. Months have gone by without any word from this company up until yesterday when I received a call that I'm being sent to collections for an outstanding balance for a termination fee of $282 for ending my contract that I wasn't even aware of. I've received no letters in the mail or phone calls from this office in an entire year. I used them one time but never again. Please be very cautious to what you "sign up" for. This business is very dishonest and their service is overrated. I will say the front office receptionist is very rude and unapologetic too. Not a good experience whatsoever.

Some child in an axiom shirt running door to door in my neighborhood knocks even though we clearly have no soliciting signs up and proceeds with his pitch...I tell him not interested he ignores me and keeps on going... I tell him again not interested and he asks how the spiders are? Then I say I'll call the police and he runs away..... Not listening and pushy sales tactics not a good representative for this company AJ is the guys name!

We have been using Axiom for over a year, on a contract. They have always been attentive, professional, and show up when they say they will. We were tempted by another company who was walking the street, trying to get people to convert to their service, and I called Axiom to get their take on this competitor. Axiom did not hard sell to keep us, but rather explained how they were different, but the decision was up to me. This sold me- they were in for our protection, not for the quick buck.
After deciding to stay with them, we had a wonderful experience by the technician Matrayal. He was unbelievably professional, explained what he was doing, how long it would take, whether our cat would be in trouble since she was outside. We have had other great technicians from Axiom, but Matrayal exemplifies what a company like Axiom should want in their employees- kudos to you, Matrayal!
Also- I love the new system where the report is emailed rather than a form left at our house. Makes a huge difference for filing, and frankly for saving unnecessary paper waste.

Here's a lesson to all companies that use door-to-door solicitation : if there's a sign that reads 'No Soliciting', that means you can keep walking. Even if I needed pest control, I wouldn't use this company because of the way they do business. Too bad there's not negative stars.

I called Axiom to get some help with ants in the kitchen. As with all of the pest control companies I have ever used, you have to agree to repeated services over time. OK. I don't like that, but it seems to be industry standard. I asked them to treat for the ants, but not to broadcast their granules around my house. I wasn't having a problem with insects other than ants and I don't believe in spreading a bunch of chemicals around and killing every insect within 3 feet of my house, when I was only having a problem with ants that were likely living inside the walls. When I signed the contract, I also signed up for mole treatments--hoping to have one less thing to worry about. They were supposed to bait all active tunnels once a week for 4 weeks for a total cost of $200. I showed the technician where the most recent mole activity was and told him the tunnels had only been there 36-48 hours. He still only stomped down the tunnels and didn't put out any bait telling me that he needed to know where the freshest activity was when he would bait next week. Then, no one came back the next week. At this point 1/3 of my front yard has been chewed to shreds. I called and the receptionist said they hadn't actually added the repeat visits to the schedule. She added the remaining "mole visits" to the schedule, one each week for the next 3 weeks. A technician came the first week and baited four tunnels. No one came for the next 2 weeks. I called again asking for my money back and they took my name and number and promised to have a manager call me. Nothing. Then, they came out to my house yesterday to do the regular contract service (for ants) and spread the granules that I didn't want around my house and they still didn't bait for moles. It didn't matter though, because by this point I had already put out mole bait myself.
If you want only their standard routine service, this company is probably fine--I'm not seeing any ants in the kitchen anymore. But they do not seem to be able to accommodate special requests, and they certainly don't have a system in place to provide weekly mole treatments. FYI, you can buy Tomcat mole bait (a box of 10 baited gummy worms similar to what Axiom uses) for $18 on Amazon. Don't buy Axiom's mole service.
Update: I was able to speak to a manager today and she did agree to credit me $125 of the $200 for the mole treatment. I bumped the review up to 3 stars from 2 stars.
Friendly, answered all of my questions and got the job done quickly. They just finished applying the insecticides but so far the company has been helpful and friendly.
