The man who came to our home for the initial treatment was awesome. He was able to come early but called in advance and gave us plenty of time. He was very informative; he went over what he'd be doing, how it all works, and assured me that our cat was safe. But most of all I am grateful for his help with a little mishap that happened while he was there. He didn't have to help out but didn't hesitate to do so. Thank you so much!
