As a new customer I wasn t sure what to expect but I m pleased to say that our service tech was very professional. He answered all my questions, came prepared, took time with the safety protocols needed and seemed to enjoy his job. We are very happy to be new customers.

Hi the Axiom representative showed up within the first hour of the three-hour window which was nice. I had been having trouble with ants in the kitchen lately so he treated that first. It was nice to hear that the pesticide he used in the kitchen area would not be bothersome to my cat. After treating the kitchen he moved to the exterior of the house. He was efficient and friendly and I always like that if the ants return before the next treatment they will come out again and treat just for the ants. The only suggestion I might make is that it sure would be nice if you had a senior discount. Thanks

Axiom Pest Control has always been prompt and respectful. They have treated areas inside my home as well as full coverage outside. They explained what they were doing and why. They respond quickly when there's a specific outbreak. It's a relief to come home and see that they've been here. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I spoke with Justin and we had a good conversation about the pest removal service that was offered. I was convinced that Axiom Eco-Pest Control was the way to go in solving our home's pest control issues.

Today, June 21st, Matthew from Axiom Eco-Pest Control came by to provide the pest control services we contracted for just yesterday. Matthew was polite and courteous upon introducing himself, and he made us aware of what he was going to do to provide the protection that we needed. I have had to call them out many times as the ants and spiders continue to come back, if they even leave. They respond quick, but was sucked into a contract, have spent over $400. And still have the same problem. When I asked for a solution vs. continue to come back multiple times this month, they offered $20 off my next service. Really???!!

Sid with Axiom was extremely polite, friendly, and thorough. He did even more than we asked him to, suggesting other areas where ants might enter and then treating those areas as well. He also inquired about whether we're having any recurrences of elder bugs or spiders, which we are not currently, thanks to Axioms past treatments. We've had really good experiences with Axiom overall, and have been a customer for a few years. We also recently signed up for their quarterly program at one of our rental properties, and expect to have equally great results!

I have been a customer of Axion Eco-Pest control for a number of years. They have always done a fantastic job of controlling the ants and spiders around our house. I would like to acknowledge one of your employees for doing an outstanding job, Sidney Hibberd. We were having problems with Box Elder bugs which were surrounding our home. Sidney listened to my concerns and took the time to carefully spray our home while not getting the chemicals on our windows. The problem was fixed and the windows stayed clean. Jacob did a fantastic job with our initial treatment. He was very prompt and professional. His friendly and upbeat demeanor was delightful. He was great at explaining what he was doing and gave us helpful hints oh how to protect our home from pests. He was thorough and very knowledgeable.

We had box elders and stink bugs so bad. We used another company and they got rid of most of them but then we started using axiom and now they are gone. So nice not to deal with those pesky bugs!!! Ammon was our sales rep and he was very informative we appreciate all his help.

I've had nothing but wonderful experiences with Axiom and it's employees. They are more affordable than other pest control companies that I've seen, they care about doing a good job, and they care about making their customers happy.

I gave 5 stars because of our experience with Tyler, the sales rep who introduced us to Axiom Eco-Pest Control! Maybe if/after I schedule an appointment I can also give Axiom company and products a 4 or 5 star rating but for now my review is about Tyler as a representative. He was very comfortable to work with, knew the products well, and I think he is a prime example of a good sales rep! He communicated clearly and professionally, he was not pushy! When I said I wanted to talk it over with my husband before I agreed to anything, Tyler scheduled a return appointment with no problem! I had never met Tyler before but I can tell he would be the kind of rep I could trust and work with in the future! I hope you meet Tyler with Axiom Echo-Pest control on your front porch! If all of the Axiom sales reps are as good as Tyler, I would recommend you try Axiom!

I m not sure where you guys picked Eric up from but he was great, from the moment I opened the door to when I had to sign for service. He was very professional and focused on our needs, he seemed very genuine and knowledgeable of your products and the process. I hope to not have to call in for service between the next scheduled appointment but if we do we will definitely request Eric. Thank you for your continued efforts in helping us remove our insect problem.

I have used them a 2 houses for their monthly maintenance. Very courteous and professional every time. They are very attentive when we have a spot problem (wasps, yellow jackets). I would recommend their services to friends.

These guys are hands down the BEST! Very personable, efficient and affordable. They work with my insane schedule and don't mind my crazy 3 dogs & loud parrot!! Highly recommend.

Signed up for pest control service a few months ago for our new home. Service has been quick and very professional. The tech that came was personable as explained the techniques he was using for treating our ant problem. Would certainly recommended their services and I continue to be a happy customer!

The tech was very knowledgeable of the pest s we are dealing with. And took the time to explain to my wife the expectations moving forward. That we will see an influx of ants and spiders and that the regular quarterly will help push them away from our home. Flavio showed respect and expertise all the while doing the service.

Worst company to work with. They lie about the 30 day follow up service. It is not included in the initial payment. Don't be deceived! Oh and then when the come back the don't say a word, you find out after the $129.00 is deducted from your account! How's that for service? Pretty crappy if you ask me. UPDATE .

THIS is follow up to your response. Let's get this straight. Your company did send an email and or text however no one confirmed it and your rep.did show up and parked in my driveway.So since my husband never confirmed anything nor communicated anyone coming.I assumed this was our follow up service included in the initial appointment. Your driver parked in the road where he cannot park and i told him he could park in my drive way.That was our entire conversation! I never saw or spoke to him after that and if he had said it's another 129.00 please sign here , I would have refused service until I contacted your company. So I assumed he performed the pest control that was INCLUDED in the initial inspection.and your guy would be back in three months to charge another fee. We were completely okay with that. Why would we pay the initial fee, 30 days pay another fee of 129.00 and then another fee in three months? That's NOT a good deal! So when your company took funds from my account that. were not authorized I disputed the charge. When your people called me and asked when they could take funds out of my account at a later date. I told them HOW ABOUT NEVER! BECAUSE I DIDNT AUTHORIZE IT AND YOUR COMPANY WAS VERY MISLEADING IF THAT WAS THE CASE. This review stems from your employee randomly responding months later on Facebook. I left this whole situation closed after I disputed the transaction until your staff posted on Facebook.When a customer receives great service most likely they don't tell that many people but when there is BAD customer service they tell everyone they can. It is not nice to deceive customers and i honestly would have given you guys a great review but your reps. are misleading and deceptive. You can say what you want but I know exactly what happened to us! We would have never signed up to pay the initial fee + 129.00 in 30 days and three months another and fee. That doesn't make sense. I don't have an outstanding balance either (that I am aware of) since the dispute was in my favor. Feel free to call me, I am sure your have my number and email.Have a nice day.

These guys are very good at telling you what they are doing and why, and what products they use. They also respond quickly if you have a problem between treatments. I have been very happy with their service.

Efficient and professional service I had used them in the spring and was very pleased with service. Now I had a mouse infestation and when I called they were out the next day. Traps set and if I am unable to dispose of them they will come back and take care of it. Am quite pleased with them and would recommend them.

Better price than most pest control companies. Plus I believe I'd had better results since I switched to them last summer. Any time I've had a new pest issue they are quick to respond and resolve it. The people on the phone and the fellow who comes out are all very pleasant.

3 solicitors from Axiom have come to try to sell us pest control. Each time we have made it VERY clear that we are 100 percent not interested and tried to end the conversation, but the salesman will not take no for an answer. I said time after time that I do not want or need these services. I don't mind salesman coming by, but when they refuse to leave, and keep wasting my time, it has crossed a line. I don't want to waste your time, please don't waste mine, especially on my property! Management, please take note! I won't be doing business with you!

Manny came out to spray for ants and help find the wasps nest.. he also found where carpenter bee's were and evicted them .. awesome personality and very professional!! On a scale of 1 to 10.. I ve used Axiom services in my old house and my new. I ve always enjoyed the friendly service, communication and they are always available for spot treatments if needed. They don t give up until the creepy crawly issue is gone.

They're awesome! They always answer the phones, come out as soon as they can and every ne who's come to my home has been friendly and professional. They also have a payment plan which is reasonable and helpful for us. :)

Axiom just left my house after the first visit. They were very easy to work with. They were on time and very knowledgeable. They explained how everything works and very friendly and professional. Nothing negative at all. Would recommend. Will update later when my pest problems are gone.

Today my Axiom technician, Sid, came to help with ants inside my home in various areas. I was most impressed by his conscientious attitude and thoroughness in treating the areas. He was respectful of my furnishings and food prep areas. Sid was also helpful in his knowledge and understanding of the procedures, and how best to deal with the pests. Axiom is always courteous and they get the job done. We have a tough ant problem living near the woods but they have managed to keep our house under control.
