UPDATE - I received a call from the office manager...

UPDATE - I received a call from the office manager (actually several - she was very persistent) in regards to initial review that was posted below. She wanted to apologize for how my account was handled and she offered to take care of my bill as well as to come to my house to do a complete service since I was not satisfied with the initial one. She also stated that there has been some updates their training to better service customers that are in my position. Although I was not happy how my account was initially handled, I was pleased with how they resolved and corrected the issue after the fact.

I called them to cancel my service because I lost my job and they said that it was going to cost me more to cancel my service than to do the service! They offered for me to make payments, but how does that help me when I don't have income to pay for it? After not being able to work anything out with them I told them to just do the service since it would cost less. Then they show up and do a half ass job. They only treat the front yard and they didn't even touch the backyard like they are supposed to with the service. So not only do I have to pay for a service I didn't want I have to pay for a crappy service that did not even do what they said it was going to do. The stupid thing is that I was going to resume service when I started working again, but with their poor customer care this will not be happening now. I would not recommend using this service.
