I noticed some ants in our home yesterday and Axiom came today to treat them. Eric was kind and respectful and made sure to address all my concerns. I have used Axiom for a couple years now and have been very pleased with the results!
Just had my first service with Axiom. Seth provided so much information about the product and service initially in a clear way so that i understood and felt comfortable. Then he went about performing the service in a quiet, efficient way. After he was done he gave me a complete overview of what he had done and what he found. I am very pleased with the service today and look forward to years of service ahead.
They did a great job. It was easy to schedule a time for service and they went over everything before the service. During our first treatment walk through they were very thorough. They walked me through everything that was being done and what they were using. I also love that they use eco products so it's safe for the pets, us & our baby. We'll worth the money. They are amazing! Highly recommended.

What a great company! Our initial contact at our front door was terrific! Courteous, not at all pushy, just shared info on how Axiom pest treatments are different and more afffective. The promotional price was very competitive so we decided to give it a shot. The tech that came to the house a couple days later was awesome! My family moved to Oregon in April from California. We were overwhelmed with the amount of spiders in and around our house, and the droves of ants that lived in the walls of the house. Brian Murrey recommended Axiom's service due to their environmental and kid/pet friendly methods of dealing with the pests. Their technician that did initial service was so kind and efficient, explaining every step of the process of debugging and treating every outlet, window, baseboard, and eve of the house. Every interaction I've had with a sales associate, technician, and receptionist from Axiom has been great. They really go above and beyond to make sure your pest problems are taken care of.
It was such a reaffirming experience as Seth thoroughly explained the plan to get rid of the minor pest problem we have in the area. He was just as thorough in application of product inside and outside of our home. I am thankful that if we have any reoccurrence that all we have to do is give a call and someone will be right back out without charge to make things right.
The sales man caught me at the perfect time one summer evening as I was about to call terminix. He agreed to beat their price and that sold me! I also love that they are locally owned. I have used them for over a year now and love the service. If I see one spider in between treatments they come back. Our home was infested with sugar ants upon purchasing and after a couple treatments, they were nearly gone! The staff is extremely friendly and their customer service is fantastic. When I call they can typically come out in 1-2 days. The price does not change and if you refer someone else you get a discount! Very impressed with this company.

We have been with Axiom for a few years. Though it happens rarely if there is a problem with a pest return they respond right away and follow up to make sure it's resolved.

About a year ago we had a rodent in our garage. Techs quickly came out and set bait. Next day rodent was caught and a tech even came out to dispose of so I didn't have to (which was such a relief for me)!
Two summers ago I had a door to door sales guy offer spider service at the same time my wife was wanting me to kill a bunch of spiders. Since that day I haven't had her ask me to kill anything, great service!
Axiom has been servicing my house for the past 3 years. We have ants that are persistent and enjoy visiting my house when the weather changes. Their spray keeps the Ants outside. On the occasion that ants make it in, I call and they schedule visit as soon as possible. They are a great company.
Our home was serviced by Axiom in late May and we have yet to see any ants come back. The technicians are always punctual and very nice. Salesperson Brian consistently follows up to make sure we are doing great.
Tyler was absolutely one of the most respectful and polite sales people I have ever encountered. His explanation was simple, short and easily understood. We did not purchase yet as we have some other major maintenance issues to resolve before we attack the ant patrol. However, when we are ready, Tyler will be the one we'll call.
Have never met a salesperson like Brian before in my life. He saw my wife and I struggling to carry in our our groceries and offered to help. He never attempted to push product until we asked him what he was doing. His humor and kindness are something we normally don t see in door sales.
Great customer service and value. Rarely ever need follow up visits on top of the regular maintenance, but when requested (at no additional charge), they're readily available and take care of immediate needs promptly. When I first moved into my home 2 years ago, we had several issues with giant house spiders and ants, but have since had no worries, and we appreciate the child and pet friendly service (2 dogs, 2 toddlers).
Spoke with Kia representive for Axiom and was told about all the detailed aspects of the different types of inspections you do. (You can tell, Kia is good at her job)

Love this company! We use them at work and was impressed, so much that when i noticed unwanted creepers and critters at home, I didn't think twice...called Axiom. When I called to set up service the operator was very professional and friendly, my technician was prompt, explained thoroughly the steps he was go to take to eliminate our problem. While we chatted I mentioned I was allergic to bees (left it at that) and before he left, he told me he noticed some wasp nests and took care of them, no extra charge. I'm a business owner and know first hand, employees that care about the company they work for & their customers is hard to come by. I am so glad I have a contract with Axiom Eco-Pest Control. The company notifies me a few days before each visit that they will be arriving. Each time, they arrive as scheduled and perform the treatment needed. I never have to worry before I let my dogs out, as I know that all gates are closed and the yard is secured when they are finished. Axiom s technician, Rob, came to our home to resolve an ongoing ant problem. I was very impressed with his high level of knowledge, professionalism, and politeness. He made a comprehensive exterior inspection of our property and found multiple areas where ants were making a line to our home. He treated these areas and then came inside to treat the areas where ants have been active. Rob also educated me on how the ant colony operates and how Axiom s product works effectively to eliminate the colony. It was such an outstanding visit I have not seen any more ants and I am confident that Rob resolved the root cause from the exterior entry points. Thank you Axiom!!

These guys are the best trying to get rid of tons of Ants! Every time I see more ants they are out as soon as they can to retreat. I would recommend to get rid of the sugar ants in your house. I have seen a definite decrease in ant activity we just started treatment in May.

We live out in the country and we had box elder bugs, wasps and stink bugs. We were told by other companies that there wasn t anything they could do about Box elder bugs but we talked with some family of ours and they highly recommended axiom. Overall we are very impressed and we will be using axiom from here on out.
They have been taking care of my grandmas house now for about 1 yr we have had a problem with mice and they are very professional and friendly explaining everything that they are doing. She has exotic birds and they are very cautious about what they use around them. They come out when we call they are the best. Thanks for helping my grandma I know she appreciates it.

Ants were on the verge of taking over. A friend recommended Axiom. They were thorough in explaining what goes on in their treatment process, a couple days later an ant zapper came out and took care of the ants. A couple weeks later, a couple ants didn't get the memo. I called Axiom and got same day service to address the issue. Thanks Axiom for working with me at the last minute.
