I've never hired an exterminator. I've lived with ants before and even with cockroaches once (needless to say I didn't stay in that apartment very long!) and just accepted their presence and didn't leave food out. Additionally I've always been cautious about using pesticides around my pets. When Tyler came to my door to inform me of their current promotion, and that my dog (and my cats) could literally eat the pesticide without being harmed, I was so struck by his genuine, kind demeanor that I just couldn't say no. (He also knelt down to love on my dog who is a rescue and somewhat weary of strangers - I can never express how much that means to me when someone goes out of their way to reassure my buddy when he is anxious. Thank you, Tyler!). When they scheduled me for my appointment today from 11-2, I was honestly expecting the technician to show up at 2 or even 4 (you know, like Comcast) but no - William was actually a few minutes early. I was likewise struck by William's kindness and his accommodating attitude toward my pets while he was working in my home. He was very respectful of my home as well. I am so impressed! Of course, I don't yet know if the treatment "works" but I am completely confident that it will. Very excited to be ant-free and to support a company who uses environmentally-conscious treatments and who also hires very, very well!
