Chris was awesome at explaining the issues with carpenter ants we've been having. His friendly down to earth attitude made it hard to turn him away. When things allow I'll definitely be calling Axiom.

Door-to-door sales reps knocking on doors on day 1 of Washington County's phased reopening. "No Soliciting" sign clearly posted. Yet, here is a rep, standing on our doorstep telling us that he sees signs that we "definitely" need his services. When we pointed out the no soliciting sign, he brushed it off, saying he didn't see it because "I'm just looking at my iPad as I approach houses". This is a training issue. Axiom clearly does not train their reps to look for signage. My guess is that they train them to do the opposite, but to have a response ready.

I am so impressed with Axiom Eco Pest Control. Having been a customer of theirs for many, many years, I have experienced nothin less than exemplary service both with the service technicians who have come to my home as well as the customer service received when I needed to call the company. Having Children and multiple species of pets, I feel safe in the knowledge that their product is eco-friendly and safe. Technicians Are wonderful Especially John (who just did my service today) - he was EXTREMELY thorough!!!

I had a massive ant infestation. The worse one ever. It was a Friday and I had company coming and nothing I was trying was helping much. So I called Axiom and they were naturally very busy but took pity on the situation and let Josh squeeze us into his busy schedule. He did not treat us like he was rushed and was very thorough. He found the source outside and sprayed there and several other locations outside as well as inside. THANK YOU so much Josh for taking such good care of us.

Friendly salesman, didn't purchase service but may look into it in the future.

We had a rodent problem and Axiom came out and not only disposed of it, but then placed humane traps inside and outside of our house.

The technician spent a very long time thoroughly going around the outside of our house clogging tiny holes and taking care of possible entry points.

Axiom has been terrific over the years. The technicians & customer service team are always friendly and helpful, and we never have to wait if there's an issue. Our family has been extremely happy with our service.

We tried other pest control before Axiom. Axiom is very responsive. We can actually talk to a human when we call and they make every effort to arrange a visit as soon as possible. All the techs are kind and professional. Thank you Eric for coming out today.

UPDATE!!! 4/8/18: I am significantly changing the previous impression of Axiom services. Within the first 2 months of beginning treatment I had to request 2 re-visits for troubling ant invasions in several areas of my home (thankfully at no charge per contract). Unfortunately those next 2 technicians did not appear as interested in resolving my ant problems, nor did they seem to respect my knowledge of the ant issue I have seen in this home over the past years. The new invasions have been increasing, and my scheduled re-visit on 4/7 was cancelled due to threatened weather. I think the ants heard about that and moved back in aggressively to new areas.
I have my next revisit scheduled in a week and will be interested to see if there is any improvement.
**Oh, and I was also challenged at scheduling on Saturdays, due to my work, which had been promised as available when I signed up - not cool.

What I have seen so far is NO improvement over what I can accomplish on my own with retail products, and Axiom is a huge disappointment. BEWARE: regardless of their efficacy, contract states that d/c'ing their "services" will result in a hefty charge to recoup the "discount" on first treatment. I will be taking a look at licensure and ODA requirements on this. Sorry, Axiom.

(first review):I was very pleased with my first visit from Axiom to get relief from this ant problem. The tech was on time, clean (smoke free!), friendly, informative and answered my questions intelligently. Got the first treatment done in very little time with respect for my home and pets.
It's been a few weeks now and I have seen just the occasional ant as he said to expect and I look forward to getting this under regular control so I don't have massive ant invasions several times annually as in past years.

Great customer service ! My in-laws use Axiom and are happy with their service so I decided to try them out . So far so good !

Teach your sales people to read No Soliciting signs.

Kalvin was extremely professional and courteous. He was knowledgeable and informative of the services and even the products being used. He also assured me they would be of no harm to us or our pets. Quick but thorough service of our entire home. Very friendly and sociable while still being conscious of the current times. He seemed very passionate about not only the work he was doing but also the company he worked for.

Axiom is absolutely the best. Eric came and took care of the ants in our kitchen and even treated outside to prevent more from finding their way in. I appreciate how thorough Axiom always is and no matter how often I call, they always make time for us. It s wonderful to know that as soon as I see ants or a nest of bees, etc. all I have to do is call Axiom and they take care of it for me. Thank you Eric and team Axiom!

I love Axiom and have used them for years. They always address my needs immediately and go above and beyond. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive and I know I can count on them to get the job done. I have a child and a cat so I love that I can trust the safety of their products in and around my home. In addition to the great service, the price is very fair and quite a bit less than what I paid from a competitor before I switched over. I would recommend Axiom to anyone looking for a 5 star pest control company.

We had an urgent issue that turned out to be the beginnings of an ant colony being established in our skylight. Axiom was able to come out that same day and take care of the problem.
Robert worked us into his schedule for the day , diagnosed the problem and took care of it completely. His explained what was happening and patiently answered all of our questions.

Jacob my technician was very knowledgeable, personable, thorough and efficient. He is a gem and the company should acknowledge the level of customer service he brings to the job, it s one thing to come in and just do the bare minimum. It s another to actively listen to your customers, let them show you there recent home good purchases while they do their job and make the customer feel valued and important.

The service has been excellent! We've had a serious ant problem the hasn't gone away regardless of how many times I had tried to treat it myself. The little buggers just kept coming back. The Axiom guys have had to come out several times but they continued to treat until the problem was resolved. Would recommend them to anyone, great company!

I would give 10 stars if possible. Axiom has been incredible! Not only the wonderful office people but also the technicians. Today I had a respray and my tech truly cared about my concerns and spent the time to do the job right. I am a long term customer and will stay that way. Thank you Axiom

Axiom is awesome! They are timely, professional and knowledgeable. The technicians are friendly and take pride in their work. The staff that field calls offer top notch customer service with great attitudes! We use the Axiom quarterly service, and would HIGHLY recommend Axiom.

Axiom is a top quality company that is not only good at their primary business of eliminating pests in the home in a way that is eco-friendly but, importantly, they understand that environmental justice and social justice are tied together and that they have a responsibility to do more for the Portland community. As an example, they are picking up cans for a food drive they're conducting when they come by for our scheduled treatment. Highly recommend!

They are so good at their jobs that even their own crew aren't pests. The employee that did our service was in and out of here in no time, and left before I even knew he was gone. Excellent.

I wish I could give this company a zero star review not only for their product but they re terrible customer service and extremely rude staff. The junk they spray does one thing, bring all the bugs from outside to IN YOUR HOUSE!!!! Every time these people come by I end up with thousands of bugs crawling through my house. Ohhhhh and the mouse traps, let s talk about those, the people setting them have NO clue where or how to set the traps, I found 3 out of the 4 traps unactivated and had set them my self.

I got so fed up with this place and the service I was receiving I tried canceling my contract and was told I needed to pay in full, I told them to stop coming to my house and mailed them a money order for the amount they disclosed. Wellllllll today I got call from these jerks demanding more money!!!! I explained everything and even told the woman on the phone that someone called me and confirmed that they received my payment but she denied all of it.

PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DONT GET SCAMMED!!!!!

I had a great experience with Axiom! When the sales man Kris came to our door he was very professional and wore a mask and did a great job practicing social distancing. He did a great job explaining the services that would be provided to us and gave us a great deal and scheduled an appointment the very next day for the treatment. Thank you so much Kris!
The very next day Rob our exterminator arrived on time and was very pleasant and kind. I truly hate bugs so much and was asking him so many questions about the treatments and if the ants will come back into the house, Rob was very honest and reassuring that the treatment would have the ants gone within the month and if I saw any ants before the next time he came
back out, to give him a call. I appreciated that Rob took down all the spider webs and eggs that I had surrounding my front door. He even took down a wasp nest for me! Before Rob even left the ants were eating the bait and I felt very pleased with the service and how quick it was working. I look forward to my next treatment with Axiom in a few months, and they re going to kill the spiders and earwigs we have on the outside of the house! Overall, I had a great experience in the last 2 days and I would highly recommend Axiom and ask for Rob!

WOW! Came out free of charge (was friendly) and made a recommendation that didn't include them. Had a quicker easier solution than using them to treat the area for Moths. How often does a company ever do that? In the future I will use them just for their honesty!!!

Derek was our service technician today. He was very professional and friendly he was patient with any questions we had and with our wild dogs. He really took the time to get down to the root of the spider and ant problem we have been having. I recommend him for future services.

we've been using them for the past few years and love their service. they're willing to come back out if you have any additional issues - no problem. staff always gives a courtesy call to let us know the day to expect them (even though we are usually at work, it's good to know). they are very friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you're satisfied. we used to see spiders, ants and other crawlies on a regular basis but no more! happy to be practically bug-free!!(: would highly recommend their services for the price point.

We ve loved Axiom service! We used to think ants, spiders and stink bugs could be handled with borax and sugar, terro traps and home defense but they d always keep coming back. So when Axiom came through our neighborhood we tried them out and it was the best thing we ever did. Now our entire street uses them and we haven t had bugs sense. AJ Barndt was very knowledgeable about the product and did a great job explaining Axiom s process. We have a lot of trees around our place and see a lot of different pests, so it was great knowing that he could help us out. He was also very respectful young man and listened to what we had to say. I would definitely recommend Axiom and they are very fortunate to have someone like AJ working for them.

Great work and friendly service! Chelsea was dedicated to getting rid of our yellow jackets and even did a couple quick treatments where we are battling ants.

This company is AWFUL! WASTE OF MONEY! First off they came to our home at 8:30pm, my husband answered the door and ended up purchasing their product by a super pushy salesman. My husband was promised they would take down all the wasp's nest and it would significantly help with spiders and ants. First off the guy that came to our house spent a total of 3 minutes outside, then when he came inside he did not go past our front door hall way. He sprayed around 1 outlet and said " that should do it". I asked him if he was going to spray anywhere else and he said, you can call in and have someone else come back, I have a long term client waiting and he does not like if I'm late! After he left I went outside, none of the wasp nests were sprayed or knocked down. I was so frustrated that I called the company the next morning and told them I want to cancel service. They stated that if you read the fine print that you have to keep the service for all 3 months or pay $150.00 cancellation fee. I argued that the service were promised and what we received were two different things. The manager did not care, she just kept stating your husband signed the contract, he should of read the fine print. They have offered for someone to come back out but it is not worth our time this is a terrible company! I would stay far, far away there are plenty of other companies out there to use.

Off the top, I haven't used Axiom for pest service. I haven't needed it. Although "Ryan" from the Milwaukie office was rounding my neighborhood a few weeks ago and offered a good deal. I've been debating whether to call or not and I am glad I didn't. I just checked with my neighbor who informed me that "Ryan" told them I said their house was overrun with ants. Yeah, absolutely not. I don't speak for my neighbors. I would never. This is so unprofessional to lie to potential customers to get business. You've lost my business forever.

Chelsea came to take care of the immense amount of bugs that happen to pop up around summertime.
She was very thorough and Friendly. I haven t seen nearly as many bugs since the visit and am glad I chose this company for the problem! Especially since they are eco friendly!

Today even when I clearly told him NO solicitation numerous times and to leave my property he persisted. As a business owner you are alienated all chance of any sale...yes we all know our neighbors and speak frequently! Your sales tatics are clearly broken and by the reviews here consistent and you obviously don't care!

There is a no soliciting sign on my door...the sales guy knocks, waits a min then knocks again. I just happen to be coming back from a walk and the guys starts talking. I ask if he saw the sign and he says yes and continues with the pitch. If you are not going to respect me then why would I want to do business with your company?

Great customer service, my technician was very polite and was able to answer all of my questions. He just left, so I'm not sure if they solved my ant problem but so far so good.

Axiom has been an excellent service. We recently had a huge influx in ants and none of or own pest control measures made a dent in the problem, so we turned to Axiom. They were easy to make an appointment with and always provided assurance that they would be able to fully eradicate our ant problem. We have received a number of treatments from them and each time the technicians have been prompt, courteous and profesional. I fully recommend this service due to their exceptional customer service and skill with pest control.

A door to door salesman walks up and down our neighborhood daily knocking on random homes. Despite our No Solicitation, he has come six times in two years. Each time he has tried to convince me we have an issue with a different insect. We do not have any infestations of any kind. Very frustrating.

They charge a reasonable quarterly fee. Our original problem was sugar ants. I have since called about rats and they came out twice and the rats are gone. They come out quickly when you have an issue and there is no extra charges. Friendly people and they take the time to explain what they are doing and why.

I've had very positive experiences with Axiom. Their customer service is excellent. They make everything very easy. If you call them for an extra visit (we have a quarterly contract), they come out almost immediately. Having spiders in the house is pretty much a thing of the past. They even keep those awful stink bugs, shield bugs, box elder bugs, whatever they're called away. I'd pay them just for that. :).

Full hustle salesmen with high rhetoric door to door sales tactics. Asked the manager to state his business three times before I told him to get off my property.

Best customer service of any home service business we have ever used! Besides regular visits, if we have any issues pop up they are on site within 24 hours doing whatever is necessary to resolve the issue. All service techs are friendly, polite and respectful.

Great product and employees. Brian offered to live in our home and be a 24/7 pest protector for those sugar ants. Sadly we are moving but would have loved the offer. :-)

When trying to cancel service the woman on the phone just kept trying to negotiate with me. I told her numerous times that the service wasn't working and that I no longer wanted to negotiate. I had previously tried to cancel months before and got talked into keeping the service. I also asked over and over again to talk to a supervisor, and the request was never acknowledged. It was more of the same of the woman trying to talk me into keeping the service. It was like we were having two different conversations. I heard hers but she never heard mine. I was so frustrated with her I thought I was going to have a heart attack. She didn't stop so I ended up just having to hang up on her and then immediately called my bank to cancel my debit card.
