Worst company to work with. They lie about the 30 day follow up service. It is not included in the initial payment. Don't be deceived! Oh and then when the come back the don't say a word, you find out after the $129.00 is deducted from your account! How's that for service? Pretty crappy if you ask me. UPDATE .

THIS is follow up to your response. Let's get this straight. Your company did send an email and or text however no one confirmed it and your rep.did show up and parked in my driveway.So since my husband never confirmed anything nor communicated anyone coming.I assumed this was our follow up service included in the initial appointment. Your driver parked in the road where he cannot park and i told him he could park in my drive way.That was our entire conversation! I never saw or spoke to him after that and if he had said it's another 129.00 please sign here , I would have refused service until I contacted your company. So I assumed he performed the pest control that was INCLUDED in the initial inspection.and your guy would be back in three months to charge another fee. We were completely okay with that. Why would we pay the initial fee, 30 days pay another fee of 129.00 and then another fee in three months? That's NOT a good deal! So when your company took funds from my account that. were not authorized I disputed the charge. When your people called me and asked when they could take funds out of my account at a later date. I told them HOW ABOUT NEVER! BECAUSE I DIDNT AUTHORIZE IT AND YOUR COMPANY WAS VERY MISLEADING IF THAT WAS THE CASE. This review stems from your employee randomly responding months later on Facebook. I left this whole situation closed after I disputed the transaction until your staff posted on Facebook.When a customer receives great service most likely they don't tell that many people but when there is BAD customer service they tell everyone they can. It is not nice to deceive customers and i honestly would have given you guys a great review but your reps. are misleading and deceptive. You can say what you want but I know exactly what happened to us! We would have never signed up to pay the initial fee + 129.00 in 30 days and three months another and fee. That doesn't make sense. I don't have an outstanding balance either (that I am aware of) since the dispute was in my favor. Feel free to call me, I am sure your have my number and email.Have a nice day.
