We went to feathers restaurant there, the food was great, and inexpensive

MY FAVORITE CASINO AND GO TO PLACE ALWAYS FUN.. FUNNIEST PLACE ON THE RIVER.. LAUGHLIN

People didn't seem too friendly. Maybe they're just all having a bad day

Pool is disgusting. Dirty and murky every day. A child defecated in it yesterday. I have complained twice. First time to Hotel Manager. made no difference.
Pool color has a green hue to it.

They have Kidd Kastle here, which is what brought us to this place. Relatively small casino floor but the kids activities was worth coming for. Pay just $9.25 per hour and have a little fun kidless

I am currently a guest here and am not sure how this place qualifies as a three star hotel. I was placed in a room covered in huamn urine, there looked like blood stains on the carpet, and the TV stand was broken. The shower in my room was broken as well and was flooding the kitchen and bedroom area and there was water all over the carpet and tile. I made a complaint and was told to go back to my room and run the shower again to see if it happens again. As I predicted, it obviously happened again. I reported back to the front desk and was told that there were no other rooms available and I could choose to stay there and the would give me a discount. The discount they offered was lousy but I agreed as long as the room would be fixed and the carpet cleaned. They agreed to fix these issues immediately. I left for a few hours and came back and was told they would take care of the issues the next day (which is today)...even the urine. A very kind maid helped me today and was able to advocate for me to get a new room and she was able to get the hotel staff to attend to the broken shower as nothing had been done about any of my complaints. Then the maintenance worker told me that the hotel knew about the room before renting it to me as he advised them not to rent this trash room. So on top of all of this, the Avi knew about the unsafe and unsanitary conditions of this room before renting it to me. A hotel room at a resort should be a home away from home and not a disaster and their staff should be concerned about the wellbeing of their guests. The only caring individuals I encountered was the maid who came to my rescue today. I am only staying here because my grandfather needed to be rushed to the hospital and is in ICU. Worrying about my hotel room should be the last thing on my to-do list. I don t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Rooms were good. Restaurant sucked. Buffet was okay. Less of smoke. Smokers everywhere. We left and everything we own just permeates cigarette smoke yuck.
Also, the water was out. Zero water Sunday morning when we woke up. No showers, no toilets, nothing. That sucked.

Amazing room accommodations, the casino was a lot of fun and the staff was awesome

Nice rooms for a getaway but the front desk needs improvement. I asked and was charged for a fridge that I never got in my room...

Awesome customer service. I was given a room with a great view of the pool and river. I enjoy the food at the buffet here as well. Will definitely be back next time.

Clean good slots and great food right on the water.plus you can buy real fireworks.

Valet lost my keys 2my car and it was a nightmare!! No apology from casino will not ever go back!! Valet was rude to me and thought it was funny and acted like it was no big deal and not his fault!! My keys were found in the parking lot of valet and my gas key is still missing!!

Avi is a great place movie going and arcade hopping!

A beautiful Resort in the middle of the desert the buffet is exceptional food for that area the beautiful Colorado river runs through there and makes this and good site to visit

I really liked this place. It's a bit away from all the hustle and bustle. But it's excellent for the price. We had a great night sleep and no noise or excessive smoke smells. Clean and modern. They have affordable eating and a place for the kids to play. Gas station is on the property too. I'll be back.

Blah blah blah I don't know what the big hype is about. I know we're in the middle of pandemic but it was totally dead total ripoff no one was winning and all the restaurants were closed

Clean comfortable rooms lounge bar movie theater a great place to go with the fam they have a kids quest which is games and the take care of your kids for you while you go and do the other stuff such as gambling movies beaches on the river got a beautiful pool with bar outside grass very great setup boat launch what else could you ask for Buffet live music all around the great time good job avi

Love the Avi staff is great but since they changed there players card it will take you thousands just to get a dinner after playing I wished they would go back to the old system

Avu is sucka a great place to go with your kids on vacation. It has a river a car show and a pool. You can even watch a movie and play in an arcade. The rooms are so nice and have a great view of the Colorado River.

Nice rooms, friendly staff, excellent buffet better than average prices.

Amazing people and staff super helpful and I liked it so much I was proposed to there and it was beautiful

Cigarette butts stuffed in the window sill, holes in the pillows, cable tv so basic i didnt know most of these channels even existed. Losers drew and wrote vulgar things on my vehicle you wouldn't want your kids to see. Alcohol served late but no where to eat past 11. No way to tell which towels were clean for using and which were dirty at the pool. Hotel has potential, but its not running at its optimum. Overall poor experience.

This place was do wonderful, Ladybug Cab Company of Bullhead City, Az referred us to this casino, we won some and lost some and it was a great experience

Received a phone call from casino host inviting me to come to Avi for 2 free nights and free Travis Tritt concert tickets. I accepted the invitation and was looking forward to the getaway with a friend. We arrived about 3pm checked in and was told to go to VIP services to get concert tickets. VIP told me they didn't have tickets for me but would try to find someone that wasn't going to use theirs and give them to me. So my friend and I played in casino from 3-5:30, of which time we never saw a single beverage service person. We went to bar and bought our own cocktails. Finally I got a call that they found tickets for us. After concert we were able to get drink service, but I had to pay for mine because I wasn't drinking bar brand. This is only part of my experience but I won't go into all of them. Bottom line is...... They need to take classes from Harrahs on how to treat guest and provide better service.

First time visiting and I love the hotel and resort.the pool and beach is wonderful.

Smaller Casino, nice place to stop for lunch, gamble a bit or to people watch.

I'd give them a 5, except the mask mandate, staff is great, cigarettes are dirt cheap.

A smallish low traffic casino with a decent selection of food choices at various price points and a lot of penny slots and some table games. Free dry RV parking and a small private beach.

The all you can eat buffet is on the small side in terms of food selection, but the meats were good quality. Their ambrosia salad was definitely not a typical ambrosia lol.

The casino is always a great place to go and unwind. The smoke shop is the cheepest place for smokes anywhere. Theyre slots are a bit tight but still a good time.

This place is a lot of fun. The dining options aren't that great, but we enjoyed the drinks and the casino.

We're snowbirds from N.D. and stay every fall for couple days and do 3 day weekend every year over xmas! Plus we live local so are here at least every couple weeks! Staff is very friendly and accomodating,love the valet service! Rooms are very fairly priced,large,housekeeping is not bad(imagine it is very hard to keep up with customer flow!) We are smokers and room is always fresh! Bars are good,buffet is wonderful,love casino area and waitresses are quick and friendly. Avi is the most comfortable feeling casino we go to....even back home!

Found this place online and was very reasonablly priced. My room was clean and housekeeping was quick to respond. However, a bit of remodeling would help. Friendly staff and casino is not very smokey. So far, I would recommend anyone to stay here. Good management. Very pleased with my stay!

Only went to the movies but had a great time with the family.

Fun place to go. Went overnight with a few friends and had a blast. The room was quite spacious. There aren't a whole lot of choices for food but they are a bit diverse. In the resort there are a Panda Express, Sbarro and Subway. The pool is really nice and the lake is amazing to spend time at.

This place has no customer service. Reserved a king deluxe room. Got a double bed dive room with a view of the roof vents. They advertise that they are in Laughlin Nevada. They are not in Laughlin, they are 20 minutes south, not in any town. This place is out in the desert. There is nothing else nearby. The Casino is very smokey, no venting.

The seafood buffet was not worth the twenty-five dollar per person bill

I love this place but some employees can be really rude. They need people that love their job. They need to improve their customer service.

MUST BE 21 TO STAY HERE

We booked this hotel 2 months in advance as part of a trip through the Western USA. We arrived and right away the front desk was rude and didn't try to help us with the check in. Then they told us we could not check in the room we paid for because we aren't 21. Meanwhile there were 5 year olds running around the casino right next to us. They told us they were not allowed to check us in because they are a casino and you have to be 21 to be in a casino. This rule/law was not displayed anywhere and instead of helping us they were rude and super impolite. When we asked to speak to the supervisor they called security "because 2 young skinny guys were peacefully trying to get what they paid for". After talking to the supervisor they did refund us and then told us we could try and drive to California to find a hotel for the night.

This is the only casino ive really won anything at in the Laughlin/ Bullhead area. They have alot of great machines...new ones and the old ones i like to play. The resort is very quaint & pretty but its always looked packed every time ive bn there.

Food excellent but machines really tight. Lost our money way too fast.

Avi hosted fireworks shows are always a wonderful time. Bring cooler n beach chair, n enjoy the whole day on their private beach off the refreshing Colorado River. Step inside for great gaming in their casino....

The avi resort and casino was a fun place to visit, the desert setting was awesome and catered to all your needs :)

It's clean. Smokey. Food so so. Nicer than most of the other Laughlin properties. It is a bit of a drive from the other Laughlin action. Beach and pool are nice, but crowded.

Hardly worth what I paid since everything here is basically closed. No pool, no beach, no valet, no help moving bags, and only 1 restaurant open. I wasn t aware of all of this when I booked or I would have gone somewhere else on the Arizona side that is still open.

Amazing place, loved the beach, plenty of activities for the whole family.

I come here to get my cigarettes I love this place it makes it affordable for me to smoke LOL

Staff was great. They were very accommodating. Rooms are a bit older and not as clean as I like.

Best casino on the river. If your looking for a good hotel with cheap rates and a great beach and they put on a good firework show on 4th of july!

love that once u get there u don't have to leave. Launch ramp, food is all right there. Had great river view room. Will go again. Buffet was good, staff friendly and helpful. Secure place for our watercraft over night was nice too.

Nice place to get away from Laughlin crowds. And they have a nice beach and good buffet.

The staff was slow and incompetent, the room was small and outdated, and there were additional charges for common amenities. I reserved the room ahead of time, giving them my credit card info, and yet from walking up to the desk to actually getting the key card took thirty minutes. We visited the Moonshine Grill and though the food was delicious it took an hour for our order to get to us. Check out also took twenty minutes. Though the pool and mini beach were great, everything was outdated and the customer service was horrible. We are never planning on going back.

Its always a great place to stay to bring your kids to and yourself to have a great time

Brand new resort didn't stay but casino was beautiful

At present they offer no table games. And their in house restaurant is closed. But the have a small food court available. But over all clean and friendly.

We made reservations for 2 rooms. The Avi had us on separate floors making visiting difficult. The safe was broken and could not be repaired. We were not compensated for our inconvenience. Bad customer service.

Very different than the others on the main strip. More kid friendly. Plus you can buy fireworks at the gas station on the property

Nice atmosphere. Loved that they have an area for children.
