Fun casino, very clean and the fireworks stand outside has all sorts of goodies

Nice and bright lights to catch your attention. Many great games to choose from...

Good service, buffet is hit and miss we've had really good meals and then mediocre meals there. Arcade has games for all ages, pool and tiki bar are great and awesome service from bar tenders

Rooms are getting run down, elevators are really slow. Better off using the stairs. Decent gambling floor and bars.

The movie theater is one of the nicest I've been in.

Not impressed with buffet. Not much of a variety. Crab legs were delicious.

Really enjoyed the Avi. We stayed in the campground was well kept people were courteous and nice. Very small dog park but lots of sand area to walk dogs. The Park is very pet friendly. Staying in the campground gives you access to all of the casinos and hotels amenities. They have a very nice swimming pool and Beach area right on the Colorado River. we ate at the harvest buffet several times and enjoyed everything that we had very reasonably priced and wait staff was very nice. If staying in the Laughlin Nevada area and I would highly recommend staying here especially during the Laughlin River run.

Food was well prepared and tasty. First two machines I wanted to play were inop. Same as any other casino. I'll be back......in ten years!

We have stayed here several times over the years. This will be our last time. This property has really gone down hill. Front desk staff are not knowledgeable about basic questions we had.

Resort needs some updating/sprucing up. It's definitely showing it's wear and tear. But the pool and river are worth it. Our family had a nice time.

Have visited Avi Resort in the past, was very pleased. Always a fun experience with the family and very enjoyable. However, recently rules pertaining to coolers in the pool area have changed which make things somewhat inconvenient.

The food great the service always great the machines are good they have a kids quest for the kiddos

Good food, I came for breakfast so not as big as a selection if I were going to dinner. But what I did get was good but some stuff was not as good

Loved it food is reasonable prices. Loved the cocktails,staff is nice. Loose slots!!!

The best place for some R&R with buffets, nice movie theatre, pool, beach on the river, inexpensive bingo available several times a day, and a nice casino with bar areas with music. Lots to do in one place

Seafood buffet is amazing, casino has nice layout , drinks are on point

Everything was great except the lady at the casino club we went to get cards and she was very grouchy and it was only 10.a.m out well we still had a great time

THERES A THIEF IN CLEANING CREW! First day there on a work trip, I had my duffle bag gone through and had petty cash and property stolen from side pocket! I left door hanger on since the only thing dirty was my bed from getting in late! When I returned from working all day I noticed my room was cleaned and my duffle bag pockets were open and all the contents weren't even put back in! And the cleaning lady had the nerve to leave her tip envelope "AMY! With a smiley face!"

The hostess/cashier at Feather's Cafe is so unbelievably helpful, friendly, smart and quick. She renews my faith in customer service everytime I dine there.

Cocktails take a bit long but the place is clean and machines are pretty good

Not what it used to be 8 years ago. Very outdated everything! Over priced rooms that also need updating. The slots rarely ever hit, and when they do, it's only less than a hundred bucks, which they suck right back from you by letting you think your winning a little. Save your energy and go down the road to Laughlin and check out Aquarias or Flamingo and there are many more to choose from. Good Luck!!!

We were there for a soccer tournament! We booked a back-in and ended up with a pull thru. Angel did a great job taking care of us. The park was clean, the sites were big with plenty of room for our truck. The fireworks go off every night, but we did not have our dogs so it was not a big deal.

Went to the movies. Very clean and the staff were nice

Went to play bingo at 3pm put my kids in kids quest went to bingo they cancelled bingo because there wasn't enough people to play but they cancelled at like 245 should have waited until 3 there was enough batv3

Small casino right on the river. Found a good blackjack table on a Friday night. Nice dealers and decent food at the restaurant. Fun.

Food court has great options. Kids had a great time in the "daycare" room. Gambling was great, up to date machines.

The beach is cool and all but the actual hotel is really outdated.. I couldn't even plug in a PS4 into the tv because they thought their outlets would short circuit and destroy my PlayStation.

AVI Resort
The only resort that have it all on the Colorado River. Let's start of by saying that the service there is great, the rooms is so-so, the casino doesn't really pay and the table's is bunk. Did I mention the staff there is great? Because they are. Food is good and the kids entertainment is also good. There's a 24hrs cafe available for night munchies. The beach is probably where the real charm is at. It's always clean the next morning. This is really the place for the family in Laughlin. I enjoyed my stay everytime. I've visited on numerous times in 2018.

We went to the buffet for breakfast and we're pleasantly surprised as to how nice the staff was. The food was great and satisfying. Would go back to eat again

I quite enjoy this place. Its a short drive from Vegas. Close enough, yet far enough to get away for a night or 2. Room rates are reasonable and the upgrades are very nice! Right on the river, and a place for lighting off fireworks. Who doesn't love fireworks?!

Great kid service!!! Especially with toddlers!! Dining area sorta dirty but thats just dirty people. Suoer watered down drinks when gambling

Great hotel. Got a room with two queen beds and the air conditioner worked well. The casino had lots of options for games and eating. The outside pool area was large, and the water front cabanas were great for boats and water toys.

Your whole family can have a great time here. There is something for everyone

The room was comfortable. Check-in was quick and easy and everyone we encountered was friendly. Great place to stay with great amenities!

We go to the theater that is on site. Great! And we usually grab a slice of fresh pizza from sabaros. Yummy.

Rooms are a bit dated, but the property has a movie theater and a kids play place. Not the best resort I've been to, but decent.

Nice casino. The prices in Feathers Cafe have gotten WAY out of hand. I'd rather pack a lunch than spend all that money on food that I could be gambling with!!!

They don t clean the rooms as much as they should or grime wouldn t be stacking. They have holes in the sheets and their bathroom sinks don t work as well as they should. The only good thing about this place are the restaurants. Absolutely delish!

Friendly, fun, clean, clean restrooms, food prices are high for a casino, offers promo price for rooms during the week, nice sized rooms with in room safe to secure valuables, large outdoor arena for monster truck shows and other events, close to the Colorado River, has a room with attendants set up to entertain children while Mom and Dad are in gaming area, many other amenites. We have been there many times and always enjoy ourselves on our visits.. We will be there again.

Went and saw a movie in the casino. Helpful and friendly staff.

I stayed in the RV area and it was very well kept. The food inside was excellent and the service was speedy.

I've visited 3 times and all 3 times were excellent.

Nice smoke shop large parking lot and a depressed RV lot. Free.

Employees are not very nice or helpful and the machines are not paying at all.. I don't just mean my last couple visits I'm talking pretty much this last year. Unfortunately the place is dead. For the few people that are there they're just losing their money.

First off I didn t investigate as much I don t usually write reviews but this place was very bad, our room was super dirty in the bedroom and entrance area also nothing was open everything was closed all the restaurants are closed due to Covid-19, the only thing that s open is the casino floor above all when I went to the receptionist and told her about the issue they said that they were sorry for the inconvenience but did not want to do anything about it the night before we called because the room next-door people were not going to sleep after 4am ?? I know it s a casino/resort but omg, and walls are like cardboards : You can hear everything so next time you make reservations in Laughlin make sure you choose another spot would not recommend this place at all..

Gambling was fun but musky smell wouldn't want to stay there because of the beach Outback. Excellent for families I guess but not for couples. Unless of course you want to enjoy the beach with the families. Me no not unless I bring my grandchildren

If you have dogs who cannot handle loud noises Do Not Stay at KOA across the street as people shoot off fireworks all evening till midnight.

Stay at the KOA can use all of Avi facility's. Great place to spend a few days to relax and enjoy.

Rooms were clean, pool was clean, valet service was all on point, Staff was very friendly, recommended points of interest, everybodys job placement on the resort fit their personality. I am looking forward to my next visit with this establishment.

Casino sucked...but the food and service at the buffett was great!

Nice casino. Thursdays are 2 for one at their buffet.

The place was clean, staff was great! Room dusty, shower needs CLR to get rid of built up soap scrum. Shower faucet had hole by wall. Floor in bathroom sticky.. Head board dusty, refrigerator was cold, bad reception for TV. Ice machine filthy on second floor, place to sit bucket missing. Air conditioner was working properly. Coming to entry a few cigarette butts in the cracks of the concrete. Benches clean, butt cans clean.

Great service. Good food. Will stay again. Recommend.
