Avi Resort Review

The location of this resort is secluded. The appearance of the building needs an upgrade, as well as the rooms. There is plenty of parking. The pool needs an upgrade too.

Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not only to check in with the girl named Jacqueline who is was completely rude upon checking in. I also experienced a gentleman named John who screamed and yelled at me because I wanted to pick up my family with all our heavy river items where the boats parked. Will not ever go back.!!!!!

Pretty dam fun time here! The place is a little getto though, the pool water falls wasn't working and the pool guy was never seen cleaning the pool so that was kinda gross. The non smoking section was nice but to get there you have to walk threw some nasty smoking sections. MAKE SURE TO GET A RENOVATED ROOM I HAVE SEEN AND HEARD IT IS HORRIBLE WITH BUGS AND NASTY SMELLS! WORTH GETTING THE RENOVATED ROOMS! I went to all 3 bars here and all drinks were piss bad and very expensive might as well buy your drinks and bring them!

I booked and paid for two "Adjoining" rooms, over two months prior to our stay so that we could easily divide up our children while also enjoying the casino and kid amenities. I was clear at our reservation that the rooms,must be adjoining. No dice, ha!, the girl, Darrian that checked us in was unhelpful and uninterested. She offered to assign us,rooms next door to each other, we said ok, cuz what else could we do. We get up to the rooms, one is at the end of the hall and the other one is down and around the corner. Maybe they appeared next door to eachother to her. So now my husband & I get to sleep in separate rooms and split up the children. Yay. I'm disappointed in the lack of amenities, no book in the room telling us about the kids activities, the kids quest, arcade or movie theater which was the reason we chose this hotel/resort. This is our first day, I will write another review in three days. I hope it gets better!

Buffet specials are good but need to change up a little more.

The Avi has a movie theater, it's own cove, arcade, the rooms are just newly remodeled.

Service at Avi Resort & Casino was superb! Great staff, amazing rooms, and helpful people everywhere.

Awesome place to have fun! Fun room for children too and my grandchildren love it.
The machine pay too but you have to know how to get up/stop and move on.
Love this place. Love the food court too. EVERYONE THERE IS VERY NICE.

This place is far from a Resort !!! This place was disgusting!! The toilet had mold and there was hair and dust accumulated all around!! Smelled like Piss!!!
