Great getaway minutes from downtown Laughlin, rooms were very clean and well kept. Drink prices are reasonable, we did have an issue with dinner however we did have a large party but the service was great and we will definitely give them a second chance..

Most of the time this place is a little less busy than the other casinos in Laughlin and it has very similar attractions as all the others since they are all basically the same. Plus, their theater is nice and in the summer you can't beat their beach.

Clean rooms. Well maintained and updated hotel. Courteous staff. Comfortable beds.

Hotel and casino are conveniently located on the river, pool is nice with jacuzzi and water falls. The room did have hair in the bathroom that grossed me out. Not just a few, but several, yuck.

Great for locals, brunch is fantastic and the employees are wonderful!!

I wished that they cared about their liquor license. They'll keep serving you as long as you can stand. When the dealers have to do everything for the guest as the player is too drunk to know what they are doing things have gone too far

Shameful.. They have 2 for 1 buffet on Thursday's but you are out of luck if you are single. Sounds like discrimination against people without partners. The water is undrinkable but they will sell you a bottle of water for $3. No coffee maker but they will sell you a cup for $3. Do you see a pattern yet?

They need to let you win to have incentive to go back.

It was pretty clean and it seemed the staff were friendly. However, when I went to order a beer at the line in the movie theater, I was tossed around 3 different lines, including the one the supervisor on duty was working at the time until finally the assistant manager finally gave me what I asked for. I understand I still look young, but that's no reason to doing something like this to me. I'm a paying customer like everyone else and saying that you cant card me because you "weren't trained", especially if you're the manager, will get you a bad reputation.

Ate supper at the Harvest Buffet, which is always great. Then played a little in the casino. That was disappointing but, that's why they call it gambling!

I hesitate between 2 and 3 stars. hotel smells cigarettes, HVAC is not available or efficient. pool is very shallow, 3 ft. parking is free and access is easy. Food court available in hotel.

Avi was awesome. They have a old 70s flamingo look. Friendly and helpful .

Took my Brother , Sister-in-law and Nephew to eat at Avi's buffet. There's so much of a verity of good food to eat. My Nephew is a vegan and he found more than enough to eat. I take most of my friends and family to eat there when they come to town.

The Avi is a nice place. The only complaint I have is with other guests. The seafood buffet is the best in the area though.

Out if the way. Room was hood and the food was decent...big kick in the teeth is that they didn't have a coffee .maker in the room

They are very friendly dealers, and despite the exterior it is modern inside. There is a bank of table games as you walk in and slots on the outside, like every other casino. The Wall on the walk to the food court and beyond had native American artifacts, history, and exhibits and that is a nice break from gambling. The parking is good and they sell fireworks. Overall great for the area.

We were there almost a week and had a great time.The staff was awesome , especially Ron ( from Security ) Richard ( Bartender ) and Ruth ( Beach side 3rd Floor Housekeeper ).

Pros: Fabulous pool and beach. Cons: No fridge in room. Ice Machine not producing, so has to go another floor opposite way. Elevators smell horridly.

Just was there visiting my dad and we went to avi to have some drinks and gamble. Didn't win but the casino is beautiful and seems like a lovely place to stay

Nice, Casino nestled all by itself along the Colorado River.

Great food We had Sunday brunch. Yummy great beef roast and turkey. The all you can eat crab legs were fresh and the best I've had in other buffets in Laughlin. Casino was open and easily traversed. I wish to stay next time.

Even with covid 19 around , I feel safe in there. Always cleaning and sanitizing everything. Thanks AVI for caring.

Second time I have visited the AVI. Best family reunion ever! Lots of activities for kids.

The casino is away from the strip but the rooms are good and they have a private boat launch and beach for casino visitors. The buffet is also awesome.

The casino was very nice. Very clean and there were a lot of slot machines and games to choose from. We enjoyed our free play and drinks.

You get what you pay for! We booked this hotel/ resort because our family had stayed in Laughlin before and loved it. We decided to try Avi but it was a mistake. The amenities were okay and it was convenient having a food court and an arcade inside the same building. However, the entire place smelled like smoke. Aside from the riverside, everywhere you go, you ll run into cigarette smoke. I wouldn t recommend this place for families. My original review was a 2 star. After reading the condescending response, it s obvious this place doesn t care about its guest. Stay at Harris instead!

I give it 5 stars because it has everything I expected it to have.

Great room and price. Don't gamble, but had a good time. Too much smoke everywhere though. Great food!!

Good location and golf course. Casino isn t huge but it s good enough. Rooms and cleaning service aren t great but there are some renovated rooms which are a bit better. Cleaning issue - we had empty pizza boxes they just wouldn t take. Not sure if they wanted us to leave them in the shower or something?

Great hotel. The only thing I'm upset about is the valet stole a bunch of change out of my car. Thanks I guess his continual tips weren't enough for the thief

For what it is, it's nice. Customer service it's quite good. Be aware, mixed drink have near no alcohol in them. Sick with beer.

This place looks like a Casino. I highly recommend it for anyone.

My favorite casino. Always clean and employees are pleasant. First time out since the close down. Was clean, not crowded and had new machines. Didnt win but had a fun afternoon.

Nice but not great, a lot of noise from construction. The room was not very clean, the carpets need better vacuuming, the toilet bowl was yellow from not cleaning it.

This is the best place to bring the family! Lots of fun adventures for the children and night life for the adults at A VERY inexpensive price. Only downfall is that there is absolutely no cell reception in this hotel/casino.

The food at the buffet is lacking in it's serving hot temperature.the two free drinks is a bonus.beer wine margaritas.

The Avi is the best hands down. Staff is amazing house keeping Debbie on the first floor totaly took care of us.. All the dealers are awesome shout out to Tiffany who took care of us on the craps table. We were there july 14 thru 17th and will be returning Aug 24th. See you all soon..

Avi is a nice hotel for its price. The staff is very friendly, rooms are large, clean and comfy. The buffet is ok. The pool and beach are clean and enjoyable

Lot's of fun good food and while I'm not a big winner I could at least play which was tons of fun.

They changed the menu on Sunday brunch....it's no longer gourmet.

We had a disappointing time at avi. The staff was very rude. We booked two rooms and they gave 1 of the rooms handicap. But the pool was awesome. The river/beach was very crowded in the day and the afternoon.

Best place to go if you want a family friendly casino atmosphere. We love it. I'm headed there this weekend!!

My family and I enjoyed it, I gave it a 4 star only because the pool area was relaxing and we enjoyed it. The new luxury room wasnt worth the money, it wasnt cleaned right when we checked in the restroom floor was dirty and still had hair from previous tenants. I was surprised it had no coffee maker for the money. We checked out the feathers cafe for breakfast, it was expensive and food was blah! Nothing special. The only reason I would stay again is for the pool and the theater and the arcade for the kids.

Our truck had broken down nearby so we had to kill some time waiting for our tow. Grabbed some dinner & played the slots for awhile. Clean atmosphere, friendly staff and I can't wait to come back and stay a few days.
