I bought a new 2011 Subaru from Go in 2011. I recently traded it in at another Subaru dealership for a 2013 and have been trying to get my refund back on GAP and the Subaru Extended Warranty. I have called (Rusty in Finance) 9 times in 2 months with no response. I drove across town and waited 45 minutes only to be told he does not have time. The sales manager was nice enough to give me the form (again) to fill out and told me it would take 2 weeks for the refund. I have now waited way over a month since that day and still nothing.
I have called Rusty 3 more times in the last 2 weeks with zero response. Once they get your money... they forget about you as a customer. The least they could do is call, but that takes 2 minutes and Rusty is tooooo busy! Right... Customer Service? Not from finance!
P.S - I gave 2 stars because of the Sales Manager and the receptionist were nice enough to try and help me out! Cheers to them!
