My wife and I worked with Derrick Woods to purchase a Jeep Wrangler for my daughter. The process evolved over several months, as initially ordered a Wrangler built to spec from the factory. After a manufacturing delay, I canceled the order and my wife worked with Derrick to find a jeep in the area to fit our needs.

Derrick was very patient throught the sales process and our changes in strategy. He was a great help to us in finding the right vehicle for our daughter.

Great experience. Worked with Eddie Bartlett in Sales. No hassle, worked above and beyond to get the deal I wanted. Expected hassles, attempted ripoffs, and pressure tactics that I've experienced from other dealers and was pleasantly surprised it didn't occur here.

Well, I had a question regarding the passenger win...

Well, I had a question regarding the passenger window trim which is folded and messed up. Needs replacement. And the guy said I needed an appointment, -sure...
Some girl finally came out full of attitude and didnt even bother looking at the window. But made sure her attitude was present.
The oil change and tire rotation I guess...went as planned. It did take like 4 hours before they called but I was expecting that. They always say 2 hours and ends up being twice as long.
Just like all service departments...they are all just average.

I am very satisfied with the customer service part, really totally different from other dealers, no drama between sales executive and managers, it is one price, one word like it or not. I'll recommend to buy from autonation if you don't want any drama. I am little disappoint with my deal, there is scratch on my car and it is identified before I purchased and I told to the sales person, he told me it will go away by doing buffing. On July 4th I got my car and the collision service is closed by the time I got my car it is around 5PM and sales person told it will be done in coming week, but the scratch was not cleared by doing buffing and wife is very sad about that. Now I have to keep car with this scratch which I am not happy with that.

I bought my truck from them yesterday and could not be more pleased with my experience with them. I did not feel pressured into buying my vehicle (probably because I was so keen to buying it in the first place). The lady that helped me and my mechanic along with our test drive could not have been more pleasant, and made sure I left the lot with my truck with no problems whatsoever! If and when I do get my next vehicle and trade in my current one, I will definitely get it from Allen Samuels in Katy

Had an early morning appt. Arrived early checked in. The car finally went in an hour and 45 minutes later. Hour and 15 minutes later offered to do repair for 500 dollars. Told them no thanks can I get my car. Two and a 1/2 hours later, I finally got out of there. I felt like a hostage. What a waste of time. Tech spent less than an hour even evaluating and putting back together. The repair would have been more than an upgrading at a competitor. I was almost out of warranty and I believe that just didn't want to do the repair for no charge. Good luck! I would try elsewhere.

The worst experience ever. They took two days to do a small job. They did not repair everything that was required. Then they let me pay for the wrong car and to top it all off, one of their staff stole my sunglasses from my car. All I hear is that they are not responsible, which they probably think is enough not to have a policy in place to prevent this from happening. STAY AWAY, your personal effect are not safe there!

Great. So the other 25 people standing around cant help? Wasn't even so much offered an apology or a coffee, anything. Phack this place.

I went in here looking for a truck and they had me fill out a credit application I told them that I didn't want them to run my credit until I saw how much I would have to pay before interest.
They agreed and said they will not run my credit unless I tell them other whise.
Once they came back with the numbers they wanted more than what I wanted to pay, so we didn't made a deal. As I pulled off the parking lot I got a notification from credit karma letting me know that they had just run my credit.
I went back to speak to them and they told me that they had the right to run my credit because I have signed the application, but it makes no sense to run someone's credit after they leave. I was actually planning on going back and getting a truck for my dad, but after this experience I will never go back!
For anyone that happens to go make sure you don't sign anything or give them your information unless you're 100% sure you are buying a car with them.

Horrible service department. I called on Monday to make an appointment for Wednesday morning. When I arrived Wednesday morning they have no records of my appointment. I find the service representative I spoke to and he remembers my call. I explain (again) what I need done and that I will pick it up Thursday afternoon. When I show up the Thursday afternoon, they haven't even started on it, so I have to wait several hours while they work on it. I never received any phone call saying there would be a delay. There was no good reason for the delay. While I wait, the service manager is rude to other customers. I don't recommend coming here with your business.

The service rep was very friendly, even though I was an hour late (due to traffic) they still got my truck in and out in no time. I drive from Beaumont because you cant find service and friendly hospitality like this around there.

I took my vehicle in for service and warranty work. Emmerson was my service advisor which ironically is also the assistant service manager. I went in and they said it would be 3 hours for an oil change so I scheduled an apointment for Monday morning.Before the appointment I called to see if there were any recalls , i left a message for him and he did not return call. So at the appointment I asked about the recalls and the no re call to me... He said without hesitation nope no recalls and I guess I was busy... wow I had bot even dropped the vehicle off yet but he already knew there were no recalls? So after 24 hours I called to see if it was ready.... yes 24 hours. They were to look at a busted seam in the seat back, a crack in the top, and check for a power steering fluid leak in addition to the oil change, which by the way we did all of these things on the service drive before the oil change. I called 2 more times with no return call and finally got someone on the phone and told them how I felt. 5 minutes later Emmerson called me and said I could come get it, it was ready. 45 minutes later I arrived and they still had not done the oil change. I waited another hour and they finally "finished" the oil change. I previously asked them to reset the oil change alert that never happened. Overall, I am VERY unsatisfied with the customer service from the assistant service advisor. Actually shocked that it was not better. Forgot to mention upon picking up the vehicle, my keys and receipts
was just laying on the counter and no one even discussed anything with me. I went to guest services counter and they said yeah I guess you can go??? Anyone could have just picked up my keys and drove off. He was not even there???WOW!! Unfortunately I have to take it back for warranty repairs once they get the seat and top in. If I ever hear back from them...... I will update when I hear something.

Very knowledgeable, courteous, and gave excellent customer service. He explained everything in the process, from beginning to end of the transaction. I will definitely return for service in the near future and come back to see Jonathan.

I'll give you two stars because my sales guy was great but once I left his hands and agreed to buy the car. The experience went completely downhill. Let's just say they were selling me the WRONG car the entire time we were negotiating and then after waiting around for hours wanted ME to pay the difference of their mistake. If my parents hadn't been there they would've been happy to rob me blind.....

I purchased my RAM 1500 Laramie from Mak Haik Dodge, and it was not a pleasant experience. I will only take my RAM to AutoNation CDJR in Katy. The experience has always been a pleasant and quick experience. There have been several times I have dropped off my RAM, a Service Rep would come out, ask about my issue, take the keys and get it fixed. I rarely step inside to give my info. If you want good service with polite and courteous Reps, then visit this dealership. I live downtown Houston, and they are worth the trip!!

Great selection of cars and the BEST SERVICE EVER!

I was in the market to buy a pre-owned car so I did some pre-shopping online. Once I found the car I wanted online, I made a reservation to test drive it. I then called the dealership to follow up and got Adam Memeti, who turned out to be my salesman throughout the process. He met me promptly within 5 minutes of me arriving. The car I was interested in was ready for my test drive and had already been detailed. During the test drive, he went over all of the features of the car. After returning to the dealership, he was very attentive and detailed and did not seem overly pushy to make a sale. After obtaining the info he needed from me, he looped in Jorge Longoria, Sales Manager. Although I came in with a pre-approval letter from a bank, Jorge explained how banks will bid on your business once the credit app is completed... and that they did. He was able to save me a point and a half on my interest rate! Both Adam and Jorge were such a pleasure to work with! I did reserve my car online ahead of time, so I believe that saved me some time (even at that... the process took about 3 hours, which I don t think there is a way around). I absolutely HATE buying cars, but these guys made the process enjoyable. I ve already referred a friend. If all dealerships would employ these kinds of professionals, car buying would not have the bad rap that it has. I highly recommend this Autonation and this dynamic duo of Adam Memeti and Jorge Longoria.

My wife and I were very pleasantly surprised with the professionalism displayed throughout our first call to the dealer through the time we drove off in our new Ram 3500, and even afterward. We found a good online review on a salesperson (Eric Popa). We called and he met us at the front door noting that he was with another customer, so he introduced us to Andres Chavez who took us for our test drive. Andres got the ball rolling. We were offered a fair price for our trade in that was above other offers, and they had the sales price posted online which was agreeable to us. Eric returned and he and Andres walked us through obtaining another discount through our insurance company. There was no high pressure, no ridiculous add ons, and when we declined optional services it was accepted without resistance. Phyllis in finance was a straight shooter and willing to answer all questions we had. We had our financing pre-approved, and Phyllis was straight up in disclosing they would be hard pressed to match the rate, so there were no games there. Overall a fantastic experience start to finish for complete strangers expecting the hype and hassle other dealers use and that we have endured before. Autonation CJDR Katy is doing it right and above board. As an aside, I left some keys when we left our trade in, and Eric called us on the way home to make sure they would be returned to our preference. Great job all the way around and we will return the next time we are in the market for anything they sell. Thanks!

Brought Larimer in for recalls. Had a handicap person in truck also. As trying to get rental car a man ,Roy, came to me and said windshield was cracked and he would have fixed also. Did not know vehicle was leaving dealership. A Crack was repaired and not replacement. We expected a new windshield. Service told me Roy is third party and did not work for Auto Nation. Felt quiet deceived.

Maybe this review won t change nothing but Should great writing this to share my poor experience , I took my car there for a very weird feeling about my truck and they change my transmission, cover valve & more ( car had less then 3k on it , I have 24k and nothing change on the car still doing the same thing and the ONLY ANSWER i have from them is , they can t do more ..... again this may don t change nothing but if your are thinking to buy a Dodge Ram Please look other brands give you more support . I am not telling every single car should runs perfect I am very disappointed with the way how they are with the costumers

My experience with the service for a recent repair...

My experience with the service for a recent repair from this dealership was disappointing. I recently had the dealership change the starter out. Less than two weeks later while I have it at my work I notice that the front metal skid plate was hanging by the front two bolts. The plate is made of metal and is approximately 20 lbs. The dealership is located 13 miles away by an interstate and it was not safe to drive it back there or anywhere with it the way it was. After numerous left messages with the service manager I eventually got in contact with her. She was prepared to have it picked up by tow truck to the dealership. I suggested that she has a person travel out to my office area with bolts and have it installed which she agreed to. When the individual arrived he had the bolts and an impact wrench, a socket and the extension to fit the socket to the wrench. After working on the skid plate he said they were all installed however I noticed that they were not torqued up because the socket would not fit properly on the bolt head due to not enough vehicle clearance with the tools he was using. At first he started to disagree with me but then put his fingers on one of the bolts and he was still able to turn it. He then tightened the front bolts with the socket using only his hand and said that they were now torqued up and it was going no where. At this time I was frustrated and decided to properly tighten it when I got home and thanked him for his time. I called the service manager to inform her of this experience and she did say that it was likely that her best mechanic, who did the starter replacement, thought he had properly installed the skid plate when it was in the shop but may not have. My disappointment with my discussion with the manager was that she never did take full responsibility for this mishap nor was she apologetic to what had happened. She came across like she was doing me a favor by having a person come to my vehicle to fix the problem, which turned out to be its own fiasco. What ever happened to good customer service?

I can not begin to tell you how horrible this dealership is. No one is nice. No one is friendly. They are not helpful. I recently had to bring in my Jeep for a recall. One service person said I would be able to have a loner car, another service representative said I could not. I was ready to have the car explode rather than go there for service. I would rather go to the dentist than go there. Avoid this place at all costs!!!!

I took my jeep in for an oil change and stood at the front desk for 15 minutes before I was even acknowledged. The worst part was that the girl at the desk looked up and saw me but didn't even bother to say anything. The next day I went in with the intention of trading my jeep in for a car but the salesman wouldn't give me a trade in value. Claimed he didn't do that. I asked about deals on the car I wanted and yet again he said they don't do deals...I went right down the street to helfman dodge and was not only helped right away, they gave me the car I wanted at the price I said. They even gave me more money on my trade in just to ensure they met my price. So long story short... DO NOT GO TO ALLEN SAMUELS!

Seemed unorganized. There was not a service person who came to car to take information. Rather, had to go inside the building and wait in the line. While standing, others came inside and stepped in front of those
of us waiting. What has happened to customer service where service person met you at the car to register needs for service, take your keys and direct you to waiting room? If the former method has changed, need to have a "take a number" system so that people are served as they arrive.

A little back story: I bought my 2014 Ram 2500 fro...

A little back story: I bought my 2014 Ram 2500 from Tomball Dodge on 249 (less than 5 miles from my home). They have hands down the worst service department I have ever seen or even heard of. When I needed to get my truck worked on I would dread calling them or going by due to the complete lack of competence by the staff.

I took a chance and drove 30 miles out of my way to try to get better service and it was completely worth it Steve (my service tech) was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. he had my truck looked at with minutes and when they couldn't get it right they put me in a rental and had me back in my truck the very next day. This was the first time I have ever left a Dodge/Ram service center happy.

It was truly 5 star service and attention to my needs. I will always make the 30 mile drive for the quality service and workmanship.

I stopped by this morning to get a wheel alignment for my pickup truck. I was told it was about 2hrs. I told him I would wait. For the past 18 months, my wife has been waiting for the release of the Grand Cherokee Trackhawk. She currently has the 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT, and wants to trade it in on the 700hp Trackhawk. So while I was waiting I went to speak to a salesmen about the release date of that vehicle. He was very excited to take down my information and said he would call me next month, so we could order it. When chatting with him, I explained that the reason I am trying out this dealership, is because two other Dodge dealers in town have TERRIBLE service departments, and I refuse to buy a $80,000.00 vehicle from a company, that gives Terrible service. My truck is done in the two hours, I pay, get in and drive off the lot. OF COURSE.... the alignment is not perfect, but its close... however; my steering wheel is off by 15 - 20 degrees. Mechanic 101....when doing an alignment, first make sure to put the steering wheel in the level (straight) position. I have too many errands, etc to go back, but I call my service tech and tell him. "Oh, I am so sorry sir. Come back and we will fix it." Easy answer, because it is just my time that is being wasted, not the dealership's.... I tell him, my wife's SRT is in the shop right now too. It had some warranty repair. It will be ready for me to pickup on Monday. When I come, how about you have your alignment guy stop everything he is doing and finish the job he started on Saturday... NO I won't wait, or I can just buy that $80,000 car somewhere else. So tired of the "I don't give a darn, attitude". We will see on Monday if they keep their promise, if not, they will lose a sale.

Zero Stars. I have never responded to a feedback on service before, but, I feel that I must warn others who are thinking of going to this dealership for any service. To the Management of this dealership, you most assuredly have an issue in this department that needs to be addressed.

I had a 2016 Dodge 5500 Laramie delivered on 14 June and on 16 June I took it to this dealership due to all the electronics going out on the truck. Auto Nation Dodge kept the truck until 18 June and when I got the truck back, they had not touched it. I went back in to the service coordinator to explain that the truck was in the same condition, and asked him to take a look. He informed me that the service technician stated he could not replicate the issue and everything was fine.

I again asked him to at least look at the vehicle because it was in the same condition as I brought it in. After waiting for over an hour for him to come outside to inspect the truck, I finally just left and took my brand new vehicle to Atascosa Dodge in Pleasanton Texas, where they were able to fix the problem.

I warn everyone, do not go to this dealership's service department. They have zero customer service and are not honest.

They have some good prices but overall they're not very business and customer oriented! I bought my truck here and didn't notice one of the keys was completely broken. I called the next day and they told me that I bought the car "as is" and they would not fix nor replace that spare key.
They also never called me to pick up my registration sticker and when I called to inquire about they had no idea where it was.

These people have no respect for people s time. They were supposed to finish my truck in same day I brought it in. That didn t happen. But instead of just calling someone to let them know it will be later, they just went home. I had to assume my truck wasn t ready and miss work for a second day unannounced. I call the next morning around 9 am and they say oh yeah it s been ready since yesterday we called you . Not a single missed call or a voicemail on my phone. I go in unhappy, and am basically told pay the bill and get your truck. When I ask for service manager the response is classic! All service managers are in meetings so........yeah pay and we will get your truck. I ve had better service at a McDonald s. Ram trucks are amazing, this dealership is a joke.

Great work, car feels brand new after maintenance. I really like the work the service team does at this AutoNation CDJR. I think the communication services, like dialing 1 for service on the phone and being sent to sales ( ) needs to be fixed for smoother scheduling and better management of accounts. Overall, the work done is impressive enough.

Just a shout out to the Service Staff at Allen Samuels in Katy, everyone that was involved treated us like we were the only customer there. The service Department was full and customers were everywhere. Frank Stevens greeted us and turned us over to Mike Hernandez who actually booked our appointment. We were told that it could take up to 3 days to perform the repairs, much to our surprise it was ready in 2 days! We realize that some of the Chrysler Service departments are overwhelmed do to the amount of recalls that the manufacturer has released but we are very happy and we will use the Service Department at Allen Samuels for all of our needs! Great Job guys!

As much as I absolutely dread buying cars and dealing with sales pitches I have to say I was very impressed with the experience purchasing my new Dodge Charger at Autonation with the help of Geraldine Alomepe. She was patient and helpful with my questions regarding the vehicle and their available inventory for 2016. Even after we had chosen the vehicle and paperwork was in process I asked if there was another SXT already equipped with an additional feature I really wanted but did not have on the charger I had chosen. She was happy to take us to view one more charger they had and found the car I wanted with everything already equipped and a great price.
I had previously gone to other dealerships and had the whole pushy lets get the paper work going and see what we can do for you regarding monthly payments not taking into consideration that the car I was being forced into was not what I wanted. This place took the time to listen to what I was looking for, provided me with the options and until I was comfortable choosing the car I wanted we started processing everything. Went home that same night with the car and price I was looking for! I loved not feeling tied down to a dealership with paper work in process without being certain of the car and base price I originally planned to have. Even after asking 101 questions and Geraldine uncertain of some amswers, she made sure her manager Warren came and spoke to us to clarify any further questions we had. Amanda in finance was also a pleasure to deal with! I honestly have never had such a great car buying experience from beginning to end until now.

HORRIBLE--do not take your car here! This is the second time I have taken my car in for the same problem (loud ticking in the engine and straining to accelerate--replaced intake camshaft, two rockers, and two tappets). The first time, I was told a loaner would be given for warranty work (this fell under power train warranty) and they didn't have one, so I had to pay over $200 out of pocket for a rental car. Here we are less than 4 months later with the same problem and I'm getting the run around about diagnosing it and a loaner. I spoke with the supervisor named Chase and his solution was to find a ride home, the loaner is courtesy only, and he didn't know what to tell me. If it wasn't already there and they didn't warn me about picking it up and driving it (I know it would come back and bite me later), I would take it some where else. I should've read the reviews prior to taking it here. Read them for yourself.

From the beginning, all of the people I interacted with went out of their way to make the experience rewarding for me.

I have no issues with the buying experience at Autonation and would heartily recommend.

Also, the Hellcat Challenger is truly an American marvel. It is an amazing car.

I went to AutoNation Dodge of Katy Tx in order to get my vehicle checked out. After waiting about 2 days I was told that my front hub bearings needed to be replaced. I was told that I would have to pay $1800.00 to replace them and that it wasn't covered under warranty. I took my truck home and after a day or two, I had some one else to call using the same vin number and they said the vehicle was covered under warranty for the hub. I ended up taking my vehicle to Mac Haik and it was the rear differential, not the hub. I paid AutoNation $164.00 to misdiagnose my vehicle. I am a disabled veteran and can't afford to beaten out of money. I am really disappointed in this organization. I was transferred at least 5 times before I could find a person that knew what was going on. One gentleman even hung up on me. I finally was able to get Ms. Sheila my service manager about the situation and she forwarded me to her manager. I left voicemails about the situation, although I haven't heard from anyone yet. Either AutoNation of Katy is in the business beating people out of their money or they have technicians with no clue of what they are doing. Honesty and integrity seems to be lacking in this organization. I don't think that they deserve even one star, although it would let me post a review unless I did. Everyone please purchase your next Ford, Dodge, and Chevrolet from Mac Haik, the best customer service in Texas. I wouldn't recommend anyone get a flat tire diagnosed there, let alone any vehicle that has real mechanical problems.

Called on the day of my appointment only to have the phone answered by a service rep "who couldn't help me because he was busy." I asked if i could speak to another and he said "they were all busy and wouldn't be able to assist regarding my appointment." I went a step further with him...and the gloriously well thought out retort was ..."well, im sure if your company made a reservation, it's in the books."

Soooo, i then called Enterprise Rental, to see what they would be able to get a vehicle, and was on hold...ringing without answer from 0900 until 11:15 am. David answers the phone, and says "ha...yeah, well we are very low on cars so we haven't been in the office for a few hours!" I was stunned that David would admit to this, and shook it off. Then asked if he would have anything comparable to mid size and he replied "no" and i asked if other drop offs were expected or if other branches had the vehicle. David responded with " we dont go out and pick up other vehicles unless we have a few extra people here..."

I called the management and the best he could say is "yeah,...well im sorry for the bad customer service..."

I'll be taking my vehicle elsewhere and Progressive is on the phone now taking care of the rental. Grade school customer service here. You think i want them touching my car with tools after this piss poor display of work ethic? Not as chance, nor purchase another vehicle here (that's a great story as well).

They explained the no-haggle pricing for preowned vehicles and worked with me the best they could to help me achieve the goal for a payment by searching through potential lenders. The sales representative, Austin, was very helpful and kind. It was a good experience and I would do business with them again!

Purchased my 1st car this weekend and had an amazing experience from start to finish! Mario Torres was my sales guy and he was super helpful showed me everything I wanted to see. The sales Manger, Victor Valladares was also a huge help, as busy as he was, he still found time to help walk me through the process and answer any and all questions I had. Anthony Berry, the CFS Manger helped out and answered all my financial questions and still answered questions I had once the deal was done. Great place and people!

I give my service a 4-star, only because of the great service received from Bukeka Carter. She was a class act from the time my wife and I dropped off my truck. She updated us on the status of our service. She also met our deadline. The reason I did not give 5 stars...I walked in to pick up my truck and stood at the front counter. I stood there for several minutes, 2ft from one rep. No one said "We'll be right with you, sir." No one said "How can we help you". Instead, they made a point not to get eye contact. The rep right in front of me got up and walked right by me. Bukeka spotted me from across the room, and it was back to the great service every customer deserves.

My husband and I came in wanting to purchase a vehicle under $10K just to be told by staff that we most likely wouldn t able to afford it since we are young and that they would be giving us the highest interest rate offered due to us being first time buyers. One of the managers even asked us what can you pay monthly without having to eat ramen for the rest of the month? Completely unnecessary. We ended up going to the Spring location (over one hour away) and we left with the vehicle we wanted the same day, and got a great rate and with low monthly payments. Will not be returning to this location, ever.

My husband and I shopped for a minivan with a broad search radius and no one came within $2500 of the trade-in value we received from AutoNation of Katy. The vehicle we purchased was also priced extremely fairly. We were treated with respect and urgency. I would recommend this dealership and Chelsea Ramirez to anyone looking for a used Dodge, Jeep, Chrystler in Houston.
