I had a terrible experience with this particular service department. After waiting a week and making an appointment to drop my 2016 Cherokee off, I get to the service department only to be told I have to leave my car there for a week or two before it can be diagnosed. I asked if I could get a loaner car but was told no, not til it's diagnosed. I asked if I could keep the car then have them call me when it's my turn to get diagnosed, but was told the car had to stay there in line. I understand they ate busy, we all are. But, how can they expect you to leave your car, only means of transportation, for two weeks. People have to work!! This type of service is just unacceptable! There's got to be another way. I tried to wait it out, but after 4 days, gave up and picked it up.

Horrible experience, my car was flooded in the recent flood. I took my car to Auto Nation on May 1 and was assured by the service manager Steve Gregor that my car would be taken care of. I kept texting and calling Steve requesting information on what was going on with my car. He would never tell me information about my car. He NEVER contacted my insurance company like he lied and said he did. My car sat at this shop a whole month we NO action taken on it. I visited with a Steve May 18 in which he assured me he would get the supplement needed to the insurance company a few days later I checked still no supplement. My fiance went to the shop on May 21 in which Steve yelled at him and was very rude to him. At this time his manager came on and said he would make sure everything gets taken care of. Steve sent the supplement to the insurance company May 21 around 1pm which was AFTER my fiance going up there. Finally today May 26 I got a call from my insurance company stating the car will be totaled. This was the horrobilist experience and I will never recommend Auto Nation or take any vehicle I own to them again. I'm not even sure why Steve would send me an email to do a review after how he treated this whole situation!!!!!!

Very straightforward process. No haggling. They were quick to quote the trade in & get the paperwork ready when we were set to buy. Only minus was they didn't have the jeep on the lot that I initially saw on the web. Turned out they had one we liked so it worked out

Rodney Woodward went above and beyond to help me find my new Grand Jeep Cherokee...I live/work clear across town and he brought me the car to test drive and spent a good ~1 hour showing me all the features. He worked with me to make sure I was all set up with Uconnect after buying the car! Great buying experience!

I dropped off my truck there with an airbag light ...

I dropped off my truck there with an airbag light last week, April 6, 2017, that would stay on all the time. I just had my Dodge Ram Serviced two months prior here at AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Katy with a recall on the airbag system which they did fix free of charge due to the recall. I dealt with a Jesus who was really rude and acted like he could care less about my truck and situation, very poor customer service here. After they inspected my truck and after i paid $104 for them to do the diagnostics, they told me that the air bag light was on due to a bad connection somewhere in the Truck. Bottom line, they would not cover the charge to fix the light, even after they had just serviced the air bag issue 2 months prior, seems like it was all related in my opinion, nevertheless they wanted to charge me an additional $300 to fix the issue. Ram Care also flat out refused to fix the simple issue, that is another poor review coming up on their end. Dodge should cover all air bag issues by the 100 mile warranty but they don't. So i declined for them to fix it and took my truck to my local mechanic and all he had to do was reset the air bag light at not cost, the dealership want to charge me $400 just to reset the light which only took my mechanic 2 minutes to do, wow what a rip off AutoNation Ram Katy is. All they had to do was reset the light, which to me wasn't done when the serviced it 2 months ago because the light came on right after that service. Heck i even sent an email to the general manager Roy Roach and never got a reply. Never again will i take my truck there or refer anyone there, they will rip you off. Oh and if you are local and need dodge truck repair or any truck repair contact Steve Prazak and Prazak Performance in Fairchilds, Texas just 25 minutes from Katy. Sorry for the poor grammar.

My wife and I were met by the GM, Cecelo Flores at the door. He introduced himself and introduced Kathy Nguyen to us as our sales representative. Kathy did and excellent job of giving details regarding the Jeep Compass. She answered all questions and it was obvious she was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and the entire purchase and trade in process. No pressure, no hassle and the entire purchase and trade in process was completed in a timely manner. We are very pleased and appreciative of their experience and the service they provided.

I bought my Cherokee here a few years ago when it was still Allen Samuels. The service then wasn't exceptional, and it's gotten no better now that AutoNation has taken over.
The Parts Department guys are always awesome, though.

The service department has been better than other dealers in the area. They don't give you a bunch of run around and actually do what they say they will. What a concept. Sheila was very helpful. They are a little slow and no loaner with appointment but they do run a shuttle.

They have good prices on new cars but more than make it up by offering below average on trade. Maybe get an offer from another dealer on trade before buying here.

Not the same since purchased by Auto Nation

Not the same since purchased by Auto Nation

Service doesn't honor the warranty sold by dealership, we were told & warranty says in writing that "if it isn't specifically listed as not covered, its covered" yet almost every problem my 4 vehicles have been in for are not covered even though the repair isn't specifically excluded. So either the warranty lies or the dealership service staff lies, probably will end up in litigation over the expensive extended warranty thats supposed to "cover everything not specifically excluded"!

I would rate my experience with Allen Samuels as terrible on a good day but after having a car that has had to go to multiple dealerships other than AS to get a problem resolved, and at this point I'm in the process of lemon lawing the vehicle I regrettably bought from them, the only advice I could give to someone looking to buy a vehicle is to be careful when dealing with these individuals. There service when buying a car is fairly good and I have almost no complaints there but the service you will receive from the "Service Department" (ironically enough) is just horrid. When also trying to deal with Chrysler corporate you will also be bounced around and told that you must jump through a ton of hoops to get anything done what-so-ever. Good luck to any of you who read this and please be careful who you choose to give your hard earned money to.

I took my Jeep Cherokee in for my oil change and tire rotation and they got me in almost immediately. An hour later it was complete, they also did a complete diagnosis of the vehicle such as battery, tires, brakes, etc. and gave me the report which was good and I was on my way. Everyone was very friendly and it was a very good experience.

First time coming here with my husband, the employees are really rude and full of attitude. Even the supervisors were not so friendly. We were interested in buying a vehicle and it was overheating while idling. Yet they all had bad attitudes because they didnt want to fix it.( we repeatedly tried to tell and show them the issue and it was like they didnt want to hear it) I saw it in all there faces and body language and I heard the remarks between each other. Why would anyone try to sell you a car that overheats? The hell. Well, a customer is a customer no matter what there there for. Anyways, we bought a truck from another dealer today.
I dont recommend this place.

We went to drop off our turck to this place for an oil change and NO ONE was wearing gloves or face masks. Per CDC they are suppose to have gloves and masks. There was also no 6 feet distancing per CDC recommendations. We had to get our truck sanitezed, becasue we could not trust them in regards to safety from the COVID-19 outbreak.

Don t walk away RUNAWAY!

Don t walk away RUNAWAY!
My 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 53k miles. Was in an accident June 3rd 2019. $17000,00 in damage to front end. I did not get the vehicle back until mid August. So they are very slow!!

You think after being slow they would at least be though. Nope!

They replaced my transmission cooler. In doing so you loose transmission fluid. On 10/3/2019 I returned the car to the body shop. The car sat for 2 or more weeks. They mechanics diagnosis was brakes.

I argued with Robert the body shop manager. During the conversation he stated, we did not add or remove transmission fluid . Today is statement changed to we made sure transmission fluid was topped off. This makes him untrustworthy!

So the car went to service. Khi is service was amazing! Services diagnosis was failed transmission fluid. From an o ring. Remember robert s statement, we did not add or remove transmission fluid. The o ring failed because the transmission got hot. Why, lack of fluid.

Khi had it we placed. The first order for transmission fluid per insurance involve cam from service, not the body shop!

So a pick up the car. Drive it roughly 30 mile return it for transmission issue. Well the transmission failed. The dearship want to put it off on the insurance company. Even though the body shop NEVER invoices for transmission fluid.

Robert is in trust worthy, their mechanic is incompetent, and slow.

My car is still at the dearship. I have never been offered a loaner, not a rental.

Don t WALKAWAY instead run!!!!!

Brought my 2014 Ram 1500 Ecodiesel in for service ...

Brought my 2014 Ram 1500 Ecodiesel in for service on Wednesday at 7am after getting several warning lights and having the truck go into limp mode. The service area was akward, with no "flow" set up to address customers. You have to wander in, find a person that doesn't look too busy and begin the conversation on your own. It's odd and a bit off putting. The woman I spoke with told me there were 60 trucks ahead of mine and they could get to mine Friday morning, if I was willing to leave it with them. Seemed excessive and Dodge doesn't offer loaners, apparently. The diagnostic charge would be $169 if not covered under warranty. My repairs were covered under power train, so I didn't pay anything. The only reason I'm giving any starts is they stuck to the promised time frame and the person who helped me, Sheila, followed up by phone and was responsive. There are hundreds of improvements that I could suggest, but really, just have the powers that be walk into any Discount Tire Co or Christian Brothers Automotive, then have them go to the DMV. If they take an honest assessment of their service set up following that, changes would be made. Sheila was the only pleasant thing about the experience. I'd say I was also satisfied with the mechanical work, but it has only been a week and they fixed parts that really shouldn't be damaged on a vehicle with so few miles. I'll probably delete mine and use some other mechanic going forward.

Even with warranty and an appointment it will still take hours before they can look at the jeep and refuse to give a rental car. I have work!

Waste of my time completely. With an appointment they should look at it at that appointment time. Why not make an appointment 3 hours from now? Will never buy another car from any auto nation.

Other dealerships in Houston have much better customer service. Not worth the stress of having to get your car dropped off before work and having places to be. Hello auto nation people have a life outside your service department.

Update: I paid for a rental car because i cannot be wothout a car. It is covered as long as the repairs are covered. We will see if my expensive warranty will cover the rental car!

And it continues to get worse. The leather protection is through a third party and then when we call them they say we can make a claim but it can take 3 days for their third party to contact us. How many freaking 3rd parties do I have to go through? It is already in the service center. So note to everyone don't get leather protection it is a waste. How many hoops does a customer have to jump through to get the service they paid for?

They treat their guests terribly especially in the service department. Husband has gone here on multiple occasions and they treat him and other guests always with the same disrespect. I'm shocked at how absolutely rude they are. Even talking badly about other guests right after they leave the building in front of everyone in the office.

Initially, I wanted to rate it 0 stars. After complaining to the folks over there, I will up my rating to 2 stars. It's a long story but while having repairs done, coolant got into the long block of my Ram 1500 p/u and valves 6 and 7 were ruined.
While they did replace the engine, I had just put $2500 into it (head gasket and valve job). The replacement engine is a big question mark. How often was the oil changed? Was it ever flooded? Will the head gasket need to be replaced next year?

I WILL credit the service consultant Frank Stevens, with fighting for me so that at least I will get reimbursed for the rental car I had to hire to get to work.

But, I would like to point out that there is a Toyota dealer right next door. If Dodge wants any more of my business, they still have to do better.

I purchased a 2019 Ram Rebel and Justin really made the process simple. Kathy Nguyen was very patient with me for the 6 months before the deal as I researched the vehicles and worked on my credit. I went in with my own financing and everything was very smooth. My experience at Autonation CDJR Katy was exactly what I hoped it would be. This is how car buying should be. I was honest with Justin, and he was honest with me, we met in the middle and I am satisfied with the outcome. There was one small hiccup that was the result of an uncommon request that I made and having several individuals working my deal together. All in all, I highly recommend Autonation Katy and it was worth the 5 hour drive to save more than $10k over local dealers. I will be buying from this dealership again!

I recently purchased a 2014 Dodge Ram. I was told that the fuel pump needed to replaced. I brought my truck in on 10/28/2016 at 8:00AM. I was given a 2015 Dodge Ram as a loaner vehicle. At 3:00PM I was told that my vehicle would not be ready, I let my representative know that I would be driving the loaner to Dallas for my sister's Halloween party. On 10/29/2016, I was driving to my sister's house when the left rear wheel came off of the truck and hit a woman on a spider type 3 wheeled vehicle. The police said that most likely the lugs were over torqued because two of the lugs were broken off. He also Identified that the lugs on the right rear wheel were loose as well. On 10/30/2016 I had to pay out of pocket for a rental car to get back to Houston which I will not be reimbursed for and I'm expected to pay the $250 deductible for the wheel coming off of the loaner truck.

August 30th had an appointment for my chrysler 300...

August 30th had an appointment for my chrysler 300 to repair a water leak from the sunroof. Originally just bought my car from a different dealership in Pearland but since i live out here in Katy, AutoNation was the closet one for me i decided to take it to them. Came in the morning of the appointment 8/30/19 and i was told since the car will be in the shop for couple days to diagnose the issue which is understandable they don t provide any loaner. So i had to turn around go all the way to the orginal dealer in Pearland where i bought my car to help me get a loaner while my car will be in the shop. Dealership in Pearland helped me out provide me with a loaner to get me to work while my car is being repair at AutoNation Katy. That was frustrating but i had to figure out myself. Car was in the shop for a week 8/30-9/6 finally they called its fixed and ready to pick up. Took car home seems ok until Until 9/18 with heavy rain i saw water dripping from the same spot i originally took it for to be repaired. Went back to AutoNation Katy to tell them water leak they said it was fixed it s leaking again. Kai service advisor which originally helped me out back on 8/30 told me again they can check out the leak again but they don t provide any loaners. I was so frustrated, not only they had my car sitting in their shop for a week to fix the water leak, but now i came back again to tell them my car is leaking again and they are not helping me with a loaner since the problem wasn t even fixed at first..I even asked to speak to a manager on duty and he said he is busy working on something else and he will come after. Waited for 15minutes for Driving Service Manager guy name Chase. This guy is a joke he needs to go back and learn his customer skills. He keeps passing me, not even apologizing regarding the situation, or at least inform me that he is currently helping another customer and he will get back to me in a few minutes NONE of that. Kai even told me to go and see if the MacHaick on 1-10/kirkwood can help me out...i m like really you guys said it was fixed but its still leaking now you sending off to another location. I was so frustrated and unhappy with the way they treated me and i drove away. I WILL NEVER EVER USE this Location anymore. By the way Mchaick turned me down and said the same thing AutoNation told me. So I went to the NW Dodge/Chysler and they took care of me the same day. They took my car in to look into the leak issue, provide me with a loaner while my car was in the shop. Rodrigo the service guy at NW Chysler was amazing he saw how frustrated i was with 2 placing turning me down went out of his way and took care of me. My car was ready the very next morning and it was also the day of heavy rain and as of today not even a single drip of water leak.

I will never go back to AutoNation Katy or McHaick Katy/Kirkwood.

My service advisor, Jesus, was very professional. I was surprised that he communicated with me regularly on the progress of services being done to my car. We've been disappointed with service departments at many CDJ dealers in the Houston area, but it seems like Auto Nation in Katy may just be the one.

I was really satisfied with this location at first since they blessed me with my Jeep. However the integrity of the employees up there suck especially Frederick. I was told if I referred ppl and they bought a vehicle that I would receive $100 per person. Well sadly to say this isn t the true. I referred my mother-n-law and praise and worship leader to purchase with Frederick now going on about half a year and I have yet to receive my referral payment that Frederick oh so promised my husband and I. What s even more disappointing is that he completely stop returning our text and phone calls. I definitely will not be referring anyone I know over here anymore. The least you can do is pay me for helping you guys out!!

The WORST dodge experience EVER!! I found a truck I liked and was in excellent condition unfortunately not with the people here. I signed paperwork for a credit check and the general manager and the sales lady told me they were going to submit it to 2 vendors. A week ago I found out they lied to me and they did 7 hard credit checks. I sat a waited about 4 hours for no reason. My credit score was over 700 and told them I was willing to buy the truck on 4% interest. They gave me excuses about how used trucks have higher interest rates, well 3 years ago I bought a used dodge 2500 with 2.90% interest rate. So that didn't make sense to me unless this dealership is just making a big profit margin on interest. BEWARE of this place as it seems integrity and customer service is lacking. My overall experience is 0 out of 5 stars!!

So at first it was a great experience. Frank Leal ...

So at first it was a great experience. Frank Leal was the first salesman that I have ever met that treated me as an equal. He didn't go overboard about the "pretty colors" and sunroofs like all the other salesman in the Katy area did when they saw a girl coming to buy a car. Frank was very real, kind, not pushy, and informative. I told him my price he met it and really got me a good deal.

Now the bad part. Since I spent most of my day shopping around when I finally bought the car, the tinting guys in the service department were gone. So of course I came back another day. They left dirt all ove the windows, under the tint, and had some really jacked up cuts. Not to mention they left my brand new car filthy. I kindly asked for my tint to be redone because I paid $395 for tint and it looked horrible. Second time around, they called me right as the tinters were leaving at 4 pm when my brother in law dropped it off at 10:30 am for me. He wanted to make sure it was done right because hes done it all, tiniting, service work, engine swaps, etc. Again, there was a huge mess inside the car, mainly on the windows. It looked like they attempted to wipe away the glue with a dirty rag. Also, there was still alot of dirt, this time it looked rushed so there were alot of creases and scratches. So I went one more time after calling the GM. They hired another tinting company to do it. Again, the same thing but worse. They left glue all down the sides of my door panels and theres a ton of dirt on the back window which didn't get cleaned apparently before the tint. And the left back window is missing a good quater inch of tint.

After seeing this final job I had, had enough. I talked to a manager who came and looked at my car and got the GM. He came out and kindly said they would refund my money and walked away. I am happy that I don't have to pay $395 for a $80 job (which I will be going to a professional place this time) or go take time out of work and my day but, it seemed that he was trying to just get rid of me. Almost like I was a burden of pickiness. I really am not picky. I hate confrontation, if not for my husband and his brother I would be stuck with horrible messed up tint. I don't think I will go there for any service since the cars are not properly checked after a service is done. I will skip out on my first free oil change and just go pay for it somewhere else.

Anyways, this weekend I am going to get my car detailed since they gave me back a filthy, glue covered new car. Sucks I have to pay to get something cleaned that the dealership got dirty. Just avoid this place. Take the time to go to the Machaik Dodge and get your money's worth. Don't waste your time on countless visits.

Great service department, always delivers and always on time. Finance manager (Keith) is fantastic as well. Kudos also to Sealy Dodge RAM they were awesome as well. These two may be the best out West, but I here great things about the Spring/I-45 Autonation service Dept. too. I ve owned an Audi, a BMWs, a Mercedes, Toyota s, Honda s, an Isuzu and a VW... a Ducati, an Aprilia, 2 BMW bikes, Suzuki s and a Yamaha... in short a bunch of different MVs not to mention boats. I have never seen a more straight-forward or diligent and honest group of professionals than the Autonation group, and especially the guys and gals in Katy. So glad I bought the RAM 2500!

Overall, our experience was the best we've ever had at a dealership. Andres was our salesman and he was FANTASTIC! Very kind and professional. The great thing about this place, or at least Andres, was there's no high pressure sales tactics. The first night we went and looked, Andres found us by actually moving a vehicle. He answered a couple questions, gave us a card and said let me know if you have any questions and went back inside. Nobody following us around or making us feel uncomfortable trying to give us a bunch of riff raft. We ended up going back the next day to take another look and settle on a vehicle before actually going back on the 3rd day to complete the deal. All in all, the whole process took us about 3 hours between all the visits we did. Which for anyone whose gone to a dealership, isn't bad at all. Amanda, the finance manager, was AWESOME as well. Very friendly and felt really bad that it took us even 3 hours to get the car. Almost every dealership, if not all, I've ever been to, could care less how long you're there.

The one complaint I do have though, and this is with any dealership, is how they manage people's credit. We walked in there with a pre-approved deal from CapOne in hand but had told them, OK, try with Chrysler Financial and see if they can beat CapOne's rate. They couldn't, but by the end of it all, they'd already sent out our credit app to 5 other banks, all of which did a hard pull. That was done by the first finance manager the 2nd day we went back which I was NOT happy with. So the day we went back to sign the papers I made this known and Amanda said she would definitely take care of this and send out letters to the banks asking they remove those inquiries. Again, no dealership I've ever dealt with has been gracious enough to even offer that.

So if you go up there, I'd recommend dealing with Andres as you're salesman and Amanda as the finance manager, hands down!

They were two weeks late with getting the car fixed, they scrapped the car and caused more damage, popped the tire, then lied about the whole thing. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. While I was waiting for a rental car, I heard similar stories from other patrons about their repair history at this place. I would never go here again. In fact, my other doge needs service and I plan to drive 15 miles further to get it service by another place.

If you know you credit is good "690+" tell them you only want the deal if you get the promotional interest rates. Otherwise they will farm your info out to dozens of financial institutions trying to get more money for themselves "understandable" but not the deal you want. If your credit is marginal get financed through a credit union. If you're credit sucks get a few secured credit cards and hold off on the new vehicles.

I recently pre-ordered a new Dodge Challenger from Allen Samuels. My initial trip is what sold me on using Allen Samuels. The sales rep that met with me, Pam, was absolutely fantastic and a joy to work with. She is the reason I chose the dealership more than anything. Personable, knowledgeable, and not pushy or overbearing like many cars sales people I have met in the past. The process went smoothly minus one factory delay (which, of course, was not the fault of Allen Samuels by any means) but upon delivery Pam was again the most courteous and gracious sales rep I've dealt with. I would highly recommend them, but more specifically, ask for Pam and you won't be disappointed. If you're fair and reasonable, she will be the same to you!

These guys were amazing. They made my experience hustle free and they made it possible for me to buy my dream RAM 1500 under reasonable financing rates. The salesperson that helped me made me feel very comfortable with the process and with my final decision. I will come to them to pick my wife's car next.

People are nice, but even with an appointment an oil change takes an hour and a half? Their "express" service is definitely not express or fast. I don't know if they need more techs or another location in/near katy to handle the demand.

We purchased our mini van here and get it serviced. Both experiences were fantastic. The service personnel are friendly. Signing in is quick and there are plenty of people to assist you. I've had great experiences and recommend them.

I purchased a 1 year old dodge 3500 truck and paid over $62,000.
They shipped the truck from Texas to Florida and it had an oil leak they knew about all along. I called the salesman who said he spoke to mgmt that stated they could not do anything about it.
BEWARE - DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU HAVE IT LOOKED AT BY A PROFESSIONAL. BETTER YET

I recently bought a car from Alex in sales. He is genuine, and hard working. He worked deiligently to get me a good car at an affordable price. I am a first time car buyer so this wasn't easy. If you are looking to buy from here, ask for Alexander. Also, GM James seemed to be an outstanding guy. Sarah Porter was very helpful as well.

I travel all over Texas with my job but I must say they have an advisor here at AutoNation who is far above anyone else. If you need your vehicle worked on go here and ask for Henry Pimentel. You won't regret it. Best customer service I've seen.

The journey to acquire a new vehicle has changed. ...

The journey to acquire a new vehicle has changed. After contacting every single RAM dealership to search for the right solution, the right characteristics, the style, the trim, and the color my hope was almost gone. A few months went by whenever a sweet and kind online sales rep, Kathy Nguyen, contact me to let me know that she will do everything on her end to provide the solution I was looking for. After extended search Nationwide, she reached out to let me know that the conquest is over. Kathy Nguyen, found the vehicle I was looking for. The charisma to offer the best customer service a customer is looking for. Her negotiating skills were on point and the best part is that all of that was done in front of a computer. The final process was smooth, fast and with a sincere offering of what is best to the consumer. I highly recommend AutoNation for your next solution needs, and if you are on the Katy area or searching online, please get a hold of Kathy Nguyen to take care of all your vehicle needs. Thank you!

My mother and I have been to AutoNation, today makes 3 days in a row the first day we we're told our loan had been approved, and when we went to pick up the car the bexn day the bank denied the loan, and so we had to go through another bank, supposedly we were approved and we're able to drive off lot. Last night there was an issue with that bank as well and so we have to go back today. WeveWhad NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS!!!!

UPDATE!My mother and I went back to the dealership because they called us Wednesday night saying they needed more money for the down payment after we had given them the down payment signed paperwork and were allowed to leave with the car, stating the reason for needing more down was because the bank didn't verify the information before the approval. So wjewwe got there we were ready to give the car back and geyour down payment back, however, wheb we got there Robert Anderson sat down with us went over everything got everything straightened out got us gap coverage and a better warranty than the previous and lower monthly payments. Also, Amanda went over all the paperwork and double and triple checked everything before leaving. I give them 5 !!!
Thank you both from Amanda DeVoss

Went in for a recall on my 2015 Charger for them to "install" wheel chocks. It first started by me talking to the service manager over the phone and giving him a heads up (as requested by a service tech) that I need to get the wheel chocks install and asking him if I needed to make an appt or just show up. He said I could just be there by 9 and he'd make sure to take care of me. I was previously told it would only take 30 minutes, but instead took an entire hour for them to remove my spare tire, add in the wheel chocks and then tighten my spare tire back down. My husband and I both have Dodges and have used them in the past and one of the most consistent problems is the service time it takes. Other than that...the staff, including the service manager are some of the most friendly people to deal with.

Get a second opinion if they say you need brakes and are not having any issues. I brought my wife's vehicle in for a recall and they performed a free inspection. The inspection paperwork indicated that the back brakes were down to 3 mm (i.e. just under 1/8 of an inch), which is almost at the end of their life. I went home and pulled the rear tires off to double check for myself and found they are nowhere near being that worn. They have at least 60% of their life left. Very disappointed with service like this.

Went in with a pre approve offer from my bank. I completed the paperwork, they came back saying I was not approved without a down payment and of course not the car I wanted. My bank had approved me for zero down and any car up to my pre approve amount. And come to find out, Angel ran my credit through 3 different lenders without my permission. He didn't even check with my bank. When I called my bank, they didn't see where I had even placed an offer in for my dream car. Instead they saw the car Angel had picked out for me. So now I have 4 hard hits on my credit report, no car. I was there for 3 hours before I walked out. Save your credit and save your time. Do not go to this dealer.
