Set apt up for recall days before for 8:00. Needed my vehicle for 3 .. Enough time right? Called at 1:30 just taking it back now!!!!!!!! I was asked if I was waiting for it? 2-4 hours, glad I did not plan on spending day there. Never going again or buying there. Autonation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Of Katy is a Joke. Another time my husband went for an oil change and they told him that they didn t have service guys to get to it that it wouldn t bother them if he went somewhere else. Yes, we re done.

I have used the Service Department at Allen Samuel...

I have used the Service Department at Allen Samuels Chrysler Dodge Jeep for my Grand Cherokee twice this year. Both visits I used an aftermarket warranty and some work at my own expense. Both experiences were very good. Steven explained the work necessary, worked with the warranty company and kept me informed as to the progress. Steven is an asset to Allen Samuels. Without hesitation, I can recommend this service department. Keep up the good work.

I personally haven't had any work done at this location, but i could not pass up writing and review and giving praise to the gentleman that helped me. I called in because my key on my 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee broke and i was stranded at work. I called around everywhere trying to find help to no avail. I finally called over to AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Katy and asked for service and got Mike. Mike was pleasant and really went well out of his way. He could have just told me they didn't have my replacement key and sent me on my way, like everyone else. This was not the case, mind you it was about 40 mins until they closed. He went and checked for my key after getting some information from me, he also went and found an number for a locksmith locally used that would come to me and program a key. He was willing to do the key for me but didn't think i would have time to get to the shop and return with the vehicle so he could program it. He was very efficient and polite and just what i needed to ease my frustration . It was really appreciated , and the service number he provided me with S&S Lock & Key llc did exactly what he said they would. He came to my place of business, cut my key and programmed it. On top of that gave me an additional Key! I really appreciate Mike and Dane even though i know he is not an employee, these guys really helped me and displayed excellent customer service. I would love to recommend these two for an "Atta Boy" and lunch! Thanks again have a Blessed Day

Express oil change is slow. They need to drop the express off. Finished the info gather with the service advisor 25 mins after 9 am. I was told it would take an hour to an hour and a half. I understood being that there was quite a few people already here. It s been almost two hours.1120 am walked over to talk to the service advisor and she informs me that there almost done. At 1146 I get a phone call let me know that my truck is finished. I don t blame the service advisor.

I had my vehicle towed here to get repaired. They couldn't locate my vehicle on their lot for 1.5 days. Once they finally found my vehicle they began diagnostics and they suggested $1500 of work needed to be done to the vehicle. Already knowing that I needed a new thermostat I was very skeptical of all these extra repairs as well as the considerably overpriced parts (I priced all parts online prior) and drove my vehicle off the lot. I continued to drive me vehicle for several weeks with no issues. During a recent oil change my trusted mechanic observed there was a rubber piece rubbing against the condenser cause some fluid to leak. This was completely missed by AutoNation and their suggested repairs had nothing to do with this issue. $400 later I had a new condenser and car that was driving amazing. So glad I didn't dump $1500 on needless repairs. Don't trust this dealership!

Thank you, to my salesman Austin Hebert and the Financing Dept. at Autonation in Katy Tx.
Me and my girlfriend had a wonderful experience purchasing my new truck. I walked in on a rainy, cold day and Austin was quick to make us feel comfortable. The whole process was smooth and easy nothing compared to the other circus dealerships I had visited earlier in the week. If, anyone is looking to be treated like family and wants to avoid those other dealerships that make you feel like your in competition to purchase a new vehicle. Then, I would highly recommend for anyone to go to Autonation first before going anywhere. My girlfriend also, wanted to say thank you, Austin for going out into the heavy rain and helping her get her grandbaby out of the car. THANK YOU, AUTONATION FOR CARING ABOUT YOUR COSTUMERS.

Very disappointed with this dealership. In the past I had a major rear brake issue that required immediate service and they blew me off. Recently I tried AutoNation again for an oil change, state inspection, and my leather dash peeling up from the console. They didn t even bother to inspect the dash. They also failed my state inspection because of tread depth as if I was going to buy new tires from them. If you want a basic oil change go, for all else find a professional mechanic shop to take your vehicle to. Not impressed at all.

EDIT 5/20/16: Let's just say some things happened while our minivan was in the service department that should have never happened. After speaking with the general manager and the service manager, things were done to make things right and restore our relationship.

The service provided at the Enterprise onsite is still terrible. It took us an hour to get a vehicle, just yesterday.

Bought a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Sahara edition. The buying experience was great, sales staff was great. General Manager was absolutely wonderful, helping me with just a few minor issues. I have purchased vehicles from several different dealerships, and have never returned to any of them. I will definitely return to this one, and would highly recommend them to anyone out there...even family!

I got a great price on the vehicle I purchased, and did not feel as if I was putting my Sales persons kids through college!

Hit or Miss here. I've heard lots of negative stories since Autonation took over, and encounter people who quit Autonation at other dealerships. My last experience here was disappointing. Got a lazy, cliche'd version of a salesman, who was your typical BS'r about product knowledge (not actually a lot) and wanted to sell me things I was not interested in. I hate that.

The sales manager was very nice and professional, however, but in the end they would not budge on numbers and offered an unfair trade valuation. I went to MacHaik (worse value) and ended up at Finnegan in Rosenberg, which was an amazing and honest experience.

Mike in the service department was awesome. Kept me up to date every step of the way. Unlike the other dealerships I've taken my car to they took care of the problem I brought it in for and they even fixed my seat tracks. What I also liked was not getting a call shoving recommendations down my throat. I am most satisfied with the service department and will be coming back if need be. Thanks Mike!

Went to This location not having a Chrysler vehicle, my car was making a horrible noise. It didn t want to drive any further, service department was great. Greeted with smiles, my service advisor Tyler took care of me. He did not tell me that because I drove a GMC I would have to go some place else, took me in, figured out the issue, got it fixed the same day. Awesome experience will be coming back... maybe to even get a Chrysler vehicle. Thank you Tyler.

I was dreading buying a car because of a past experience at a different dealership. These guys were great - my salesperson Derrick Woods was very helpful and not pushy. Pushy turns me off immediately. The finance guy that did our paperwork was top notch also. They have an option where you reserve the car so it can't be sold before you get there and I love that. I started looking for a specific hard to find car on 8/17 online and on 8/18 it was purchased and sitting in my driveway - can't get any better

My service agent Matt Patton was very polite, patient and friendly. I really enjoyed working with him. But I had to make two trips to fix the same issue. Apparently, the service technician didn't really take the time to check after attempting to fix the issue. So I had to spend two half days to fix the same issue. Please make sure the issue is fixed before leaving the service dept.

Work with Jim on a new Jeep and was professional from start to finish. Answered all of our questions. Didn t have the car we wanted on the lot, he found it and took the time to go get it personally.

When it came to finally deliver the car, Jim and Amanda were fantastic to work with and we were out to there in less than twenty minutes.

Avoid.

I bought a 6 oil change package when I purchased my vehicle and now wish I never had. The wait is consistently over 2+ hours even when arriving near 7am.

Last Friday was the last straw. I called earlier in the week to make an appointment for an oil change to speed things up and was told the appointment wouldn't move things faster.

Well after waiting 2.5 hours on Friday (arriving at 7:05am), I checked back in with the desk and was told my car is "next up" when they checked with the back. Then I found out they just had forgotten my car - parked literally in front of the window by the gentleman's desk.

The best the manager could offer (apparently can't refund my 2 remaining credits) was "what if we can get you car in next?" What if? I was told it was next already, and if that is all he could do... No apologies from anyone the whole time either - just blame on who else was at fault.

I wasnt sure what to expect since Auto Nation came in and Allen Samuels went out, but this ended up being a really good experience for me. Angela Taylor was great and got me fixed up and back on the road. Excellent customer service and im extremely happy to have my car back running as it should.

I strongly discourage anyone who is currently in the market for a vehicle with purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. I have never dealt with so many unprofessional individuals who are supposed to be the face or an example for the company. I was told to never return to AutoNation of Katy or let alone any other AutoNation in America due to me being difficult to do business with . I was told if I ever returned to AutoNation I would not be serviced by anyone associated with AutoNation. AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM (Katy) is filled with a bunch of liars and manipulators who cannot be trusted. I will NEVER do business with AutoNation after this date . I ve never felt so devalued as a potential buyer of a vehicle.

This was my last stop and Dan was able to find a vehicle which EVERYTHING I had on my list. I left with an awesome Jeep Cherokee and I love it!

Once again, disappointed at the service department...

Once again, disappointed at the service department. I had to schedule an appointment a month out a month ago because they are so "backed up." Well, I scheduled it for my Friday off, so maybe they would have it ready Monday. They didnt even pull it into the shop until Monday afternoon. Why do you schedule an appointment for someone to drop off their truck, and have it sit there for days on your lot taking up space? I could have used it all day Friday, and the weekend. Shouldnt you be working on my truck the day that i made the appointment for? This is stupid. I need my truck. How am I supposed to get to work? How am I supposed to safely take my infant daughter to daycare in my 2 seater vehicle? Crappy when the fact of the matter is that it is in there because Chrysler couldn't get their crap right the first time, and I have 4 recalls in the past year of ownership, plus 3 reflashes to the PCM for driveability issues. Our acura, same year, has not one recall. Not one. My Nissan Titans were in and out in a day at the most on the two recalls they had. Shows me I should have waited for the Titan XD.

The process to purchase the car was long and somewhat tedious. Chris did a good job on the sales side, but he finance side of it was not as efficient. I tried to purchase one used jeep model that we really liked, but by the time we got the financial approval from our lender the car was already sold. There was not a process in place to put the vehicle on some sort of hold while we were working on the loan.

After we decided on a second model, the process was a bit faster and we were able to purchase the car. if the finance department could have been more proactive we could have reduced the the process time and have the original model we picked. AT the end I am please with the deal we got, but I feel like we wasted a lot of time during the whole process.

I had such an great pain-free experience here. From the moment I inquired about a truck online, I was contacted by a salesman named Omar C. He was very Courteous, and prompt with every question I had before coming in. When i got there he met me with the keys l, and was ready to get started when i got back from the drive. I got there late sat and they could not get it inspected, but they had it ready to go first thing Monday morning. Omar went out of his way after the sale to make sure everything was good with the truck. I will be recommending anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to go talk to them.

Worst service ever. Don t go to their service center nothing but a bunch of lazy rude employees. First off one of the lady s in the front couldn t open the door enough for me to fit, had to squeeze in, then had the audacity to be plain rude saying I didn t know who my vehicles name was under and stating I was basically wasting their time. Andrew wouldn t even look up my name under my vehicle correctly he decided to just pretend to look at the screen than continue to say no truck there was under that name. Never going to this center again. Would give zero stars if possible.

Kimbrough was professional and there was no back and forth with a sales manager to set the price. It was as painless a car buying experience ad I have ever had.

I had an appointment at 11:00 AM, the advisor told me it was going to be one hour and a half because I had an appointment, I waited for the hour and a half, I walked outside and my car was still parked where I left it, I asked the advisor and he told me I was next on line, then after waiting for an hour and a half more they finished the oil change. They did not wash my car or changed the sticker that has the next service date.

A oil change took 4 hours, they broke my AC +1 hour to convince them they did it, pull wires harness out by filter, 3 hours later new pins wouldn't stay on so they want to replace harness. Next day they tell me it's $1,000 because they burned up ac clutch. Put a new one in and it was not blowing cold, my usual dodge dealership fixed it said they over charged it by 30%. I paid for this. Also they put a aftermarket unit in. And with 8 hours there the last 6 I spent complaining to others. And 7 of 10 were having same crappie workmanship I was

I came in for our pre-owned but new and low mileage 2015 Dodge Durango was making a load clicking sound and the acceleration was slow. I walked in Zac Johnston was welcoming and knowledgeable. Luckily we were still under our factory warranty, so Zac walked me through step by step of the process and then Crystal helped me to get a loaner vehicle. I was expecting to be without our vehicle for several days. However, the next morning Zac called me told me the tech was looking at it and had diagnosed the problem and before the end of the next day our truck was ready for pick up. Zac and Crystal were patient and understanding to our needs and problems. I had an emergency with one of my kids so they allowed me to keep the loaner one more day when I got there for my truck it was running like new and they even washed it and vacuumed it out. Which is important to me as a mom with 5 kids under the age of 10 cleanliness is expensive but they took the time out and I appreciate everything Zac, Crystal and the entire Auto Nation team did for me and my family.

Best car buying experience EVER! Nicholas was a true professional sales person, no high pressure tactics were used. Carlos, the finance manager, couldn't have been any nicer! I was extremely comfortable with the entire process and was treated like family from the very beginning. I can't say enough about AutoNation and highly recommend them.

Terrible service, even though I had an appointment for an oil change, it took them 4 hours to do it. They didn t even start working until 3 hours after I arrived there.
Their lack of communication is totally unacceptable. Just go somewhere else. I guarantee you will be better off.

Customer Service was rude and unresponsive. After a week with the car they were not able to fix the issue. We took the car back and with a simple google search, we were able to pin point and fix the issue.

Seriously folks, this is the dealership and service dept. your Momma warned you about. I took a 2019 Ram 1500 limited in for battery test. Turns out the battery is Dead, but the kicker was that Autonation wanted $397.00 to replace it. No forgiveness what so ever that you spent 60K on a truck 14 months ago. I chose not to take the battery and they wanted $165.00 for the battery core test. So auto zone has batteries for $159.00, but once I pay $165.00 for test I m at the $397.00 number anyway right. Had a brief discussion with the service advisor, ended up leaving and going to Hellman Dodge and they are taking care of the business that Autonation should have done. Honestly there was 3 other guys going through those type of discussions I went through. DONT GO THERE. Autonation that is.

I was off to a rocky start with my new dodge service center, but after leaving and calling mike the manager to explain my concerns I was quickly given the level of service consumers expect in two simple steps. Giving proper information, and future plans to require the same from staff, and changing my service advisor to STEVE! He is a normal person, will get straight to the point, makes recommendations through post its, and 100% understands this is his job, not mine, without being condescending. It was basically like visiting my dad at the dealership. I even left my water bottle behind and it was saved! Steve and Mike came through in a big way at my favorite dodge service department in TEXAS!

I took my car there because it was overheating I got a call back from the clerk stating that the thermostat and alternator needed to be replaced for these they wanted to charge $1,650 I only replace the thermostat took the vehicle somewhere else to check the radiator and it was in great condition I have not had any problems with my vehicle this place is trying to scam people and take their money I will never go back to this place again

The customer service was of poor quality in respect and regards to my personal time. I was instructed to bring my 2012 jeep at 0930 hrs and I would be out by 1200 to 1230 hrs. The customer service rep. Valdimir Falcon informed me that the re-call parts were out of stock and he couldn't answer my question if the parts would arrive today.

I had informed Mr. Falcon that I only had one (1) vehicle and could not leave it over night, what was the point of scheduling an appointment if the parts were not going to be in your inventory on My scheduled apptointment date; My problem with this is just like the last re-call that took three (3) count them 3 days to get my jeep back. I can see people's time is obviously not a concern from the auto-nation staff.

Fortunately the young man at the cashiers desk was very kind and friendly and he made the only difference in this days events. I'm glad I took the initiative and called to inquire about the status of my vehicle other wise I would not have received my jeep today. A very unsatisfied customer. Mr. Richard Castillo

Tried several times to allow them to make it right. If in service, do not let Jose handle your account. Didn't even take my number down right and was calling the wrong number. Then he tells me well I've been calling you, yea the wrong number!!! I'm stuck with this dealership bc my warranty went out shortly after it was diagnosed here. Now I have to drive around with a stereo that doesn't work! Deal with someone else!

Just left this dealership, was here for 8 hours and got nothing done, no deal. Was switched from one sales person to another from the start, my credit score was ran and I was not given an interest rate at all just a monthly payment that at the end was not even secured because at 9:00pm at night they decided to finally let us know that there was nobody working in the banks to approve my loan. Was given the run around the whole time. Mark the finance manager laughed at me for giving him a rough payment I d be willing to go with. Don t waste your time and go somewhere else where they value and take customers seriously.

I purchased a used vehicle from autonation in october. Within 5 days the radiator burst. Within 6 months the altenator died. Within 9 months the oil sensor went out and transmission acting up. I havent even had the car 1 full year. Guess what my car been in shop two weeks the mechanics are backed up annnnnndddd they wont even give me a loaner vehicle bc they say they only give loaners to folks who cars are still under factory warranty not extended warranty. The car has been literally breaking down since i purchased it and they wont even give me a loaner! First and last time i buy autonation. Do not buy autonation folks.

Also the mechanics I have met there are super nice.

Its not their fault its the new management there who are trying to increase profits and not put out. But what they fail to realize is happy customers return, disappointed customers do not. They make money ofd of reoccurring customers they most likely dont understand that concept. They should hire more mechanics and make the process faster yet thorough

He transfered it to his location and did everything to see it was ready for us. Everyone we dealt with at this dealership was so helpful and nice. The best car buying experience we have ever had.

Take your vehicle somewhere else for service. After sitting here for over 3 hours I was just told that my service appointment isn t really a service appointment. It s an appointment with an advisor to check in my car. It will be at least tomorrow before a technician even looks at my car. He said plan on at least 2 days, but it could be longer. That s not to fix, that s just to do the $169 diagnostic.

Left my car although they said they wouldn t look at it until tomorrow. Get a call 3 hours later (after I rented a car since it would be 2 days at the earliest I d get it back). They want $700 to take engine apart to diagnose. That doesn t include putting it back together. The $700 will go toward repair should I decide to fix the problem. If not, I ll owe the $700 plus an additional amount they won t name to put engine back together.

I would like to especially recognize Geraldine who went above and beyond by following me to my house the night I decided to purchase the Jeep. Warren and Henry who made the whole experience with financing easy.
Verde who helped get the floor mats when Geraldine had a day off to rest.
Lisa at the reception desk who was a real sweetheart. There are others but I forget names. Please know I am very satisfied with my overall experience. Will buy my next Jeep here as well. Thanks so much!!

I was called when the service was complete (oil change, tire rotation, and brake system flush, multi-point inspection) same day. Truck was clean and waiting for me to pick up. They honored a 10% off service coupon from their website at the time of payment. Service met my expectations.

I just called their service department and was told there is no available appointments for service until 3 weeks from today. They are extremely rude, unprofessional, discourteous and no concern for the customer.

I bought a new 2006 Dodge Magnum from Helfman because the then Allan Samuels would not match the price that was $400 less. I had all my service done at Allan Samuels, until the warranty ran out. it was almost always a good experience due to Steve Gregor. The take over by AutoNation removed access to previous service records and changed the entire feel of the service department.

I now have a new Steve in Tyler Painter. He went out of his way to get the Magnum front end back in shape in record time and kept me informed throughout the process and helped in any way he could. Thanks to Tyler i will start having my Magnum service done at AutoNation again.

If you can avoid going to this place to buy a used...

If you can avoid going to this place to buy a used vehicle. Especially if you are a women they look at you like you exaggerate the problem. They don t honor the warranty and you end up with a lemon. Terrible place. I had to mark a star but not really what I think. If you read the low star reviews most of them agree that they lie a lot. Save you a head ache
