Zero Stars. I have never responded to a feedback on service before, but, I feel that I must warn others who are thinking of going to this dealership for any service. To the Management of this dealership, you most assuredly have an issue in this department that needs to be addressed.

I had a 2016 Dodge 5500 Laramie delivered on 14 June and on 16 June I took it to this dealership due to all the electronics going out on the truck. Auto Nation Dodge kept the truck until 18 June and when I got the truck back, they had not touched it. I went back in to the service coordinator to explain that the truck was in the same condition, and asked him to take a look. He informed me that the service technician stated he could not replicate the issue and everything was fine.

I again asked him to at least look at the vehicle because it was in the same condition as I brought it in. After waiting for over an hour for him to come outside to inspect the truck, I finally just left and took my brand new vehicle to Atascosa Dodge in Pleasanton Texas, where they were able to fix the problem.

I warn everyone, do not go to this dealership's service department. They have zero customer service and are not honest.
