He asked questions with purpose and was attentive to our needs. He took note of every detail regarding our situation and did everything in his power to get us in the vehicle we wanted and with the best possible terms. The entire process was direct, quick, and stress free. There was no pressure from Randy to make any decisions and he was very transparent about every step of the process and what was taking place behind the scenes. The environment at Autoflex was relaxing and welcoming. Other salesmen and even the finance employees checked in with us every so often while we waited (which was never a long wait) and were sociable. We were treated as if we had known these people for years. I called this dealership on a recommendation from my hubby to see about leasing or buying a car. He said he heard about Autoflex from this radio show (105.3 the Fan) he listens to and I did. First I went online and looked at a couple of cars they had and then the same day they gave me a call and answered all my questions about leasing a car. Although my hubby wanted me to wait they still kept checking on me periodically to make sure I didn't need a car. After years of my husband telling me to give Autoflex a try, I finally did and boy am I glad! Why was I leasing cars the hard way from a dealership for over a dozen years when I could have done it the easy way with Gabriella, David and Eric at Autoflex?! I guess I thought there was no way it would really be as easy as they say in the commercials, but it really really was! Gabriella brought several different cars to my work at a convenient time for me to test drive, and it wasn t long before I found the perfect car for me! They really listened to what I was looking for (size, color, engine, features, price) and let me try several different makes. Then when I found my fit, they worked to get me an incredible deal in my budget. Then, icing on the cake, the nicest guy (Mike West) came out with me to the car after I signed the papers and patiently showed me how to use all the slick features on my new car. The experience buying the car was good. But since then there has been an issuse getting my tags my car was bought on 4/30/19 and my paper work for my plates has not even been sent to the tax office and my paper plate expires on the 29 of june and i am going to be traveling out of town with my family and they wont issue me another paper plate until mine expires and i wont be her at all. So there for i am going to be traveling on an expired plate and they wont do anything about it. And the DMV told me by law they only have 60 days to issue me my plates to beging with and like i said they have not even been sent to the tax office so some one broped the ball some where.

My niece introduced me to this company and after looking at the website I noticed they had the car I wanted. My niece was so kind to give my information to this salesman named Reggie and I got a car. She'd done all of the work and all I did was test drive, sign, and drive. It was a decent experience. The issue lies with the referral payout that my niece was guaranteed to get 2 weeks later for all her leg work. From my understanding the company offers this bonus. After my car purchase she also helped another family member get a car. After a month or more my niece only received the run around, never a referral check. It has been almost 60 days and my niece and I were told that the shady car salesman Reggie listed someone else on my application as the one who referred me!!! Not only on my car, but my family members car as well. When my niece contacted this thief, he advised her to refer someone to him for solar energy and she would receive a $1000 referral fee! Why does this thief think my niece would send any other business to his unethical, manipulative, underhanded, shady criminal self?!? I contacted the dealership and spoke to a very nice customer service rep named Nicole and she basically told me there is nothing they can do. In other words, they don't give a damn! My family plans to take legal action and we will not stop until my niece is paid the money that was stolen from her! She is 18 and paid thousands of dollars that she worked hard for to get her first car and she brought this shady company more customers and they spit on her! I plan to leave a review on every site that will allow it, including the BBB because if they will callously steal from an innocent 18 yr old, these unscrupulous people will steal from you!! Do not shop with them!!!

I purchased a 2016 Mercedes-benz from this location on March 9th. I'm only rating this establishment a 2 due to upon beginning my test drive I observed a sevice B3 notification on the dashboard screen, I mentioned this to the salesman after I was approved for the loan. He stated that he would take the car over to the service dept. And he did. When I started the vehicle the service notification was not visible until 30 days later and it read B3 service is due. I contacted my salesman and informed him of the notification and he stated he'd look into it and get back with me..I still haven't heard from him and this is a required service in order to maintain my vehicle warranty. They did however reimburse me for the detailing I had done after I purchased the vehicle.

I had a lease that was coming due on a 2011 BMW 328i and had been trying to turn it in but was unable because of my mileage. I was told I had to wait until August. Marco is the leasing specialist I met and from the moment I said "let's change this car" he kept me informed of the process and got me in a car within 4 days. No hassles, no surprises and nothing shady. This is the second time I use Autoflex and Marco is my guy. I am 6 foot 5 and my father is 6 foot 9 so finding cars that we fit into was the number one bottleneck when we started looking for a car.
