Michael Maddox was a great contact. I felt like he was flexible and worked with my various needs and when they changed he easily changed with them. I felt like he truly had my interests at heart and understood my needs. When he didn't understand he made an actual effort to be clear and seemingly had no problem asking for more details and explaining he did not understand until he had the right details. He always clarified and was always quick to present options with no pressure. I needed a new vehicle and they got me in a great car with low mileage and a payment within my budget.
