I don t even know that I have the words to describe the incredible experience we had with Marty at AutoFlex. My husband was rear ended 6 weeks ago and we have been dealing with insurance and repairs, a total loss settlement, banks, and being told we have 3 days left with a rental before he was going to be vehicle less. Literally, total loss decision on a Monday and oh by the way, you lose the rental on Thursday . We began looking and looking and DREADING the process of trying to go around and find him a truck suitable for his job. Enter Marty. He had just received a trade-in that wasn t even online yet. He sent pictures, ran the numbers for us, listened to me tell him that was more than we could handle, took down more info and promised he would do his best. He called me same day and he had made it all work...we had yet to even step foot in the dealership. He asked us when we wanted it and even worked with us when we told him we didn t have the insurance settlement for the down payment in hand yet. We got to sign the papers at 8:45 THE NEXT DAY after we spoke for the first time and we had test driven, signed, and were walking out within 45 minutes. I will never ever buy a vehicle again any other way except for from Marty. This is a busy moms dream for car buying...thank you, Marty!
