Awesome!! I had a great experience with the service department yesterday. Earlier in the week, Rachel answered the phone and scheduled my appointment, she was so great and easy to communicate with. I already felt like it was going to be a good experience because of her great customer service over the phone. Kenny Collins was my Service Consultant, very friendly and helpful. I am a first time Infiniti owner and I had a lot of random questions about my new (used) car, he was so great answering all of them! The service lounge is fantastic, plenty of space and either couches or tables, depending on your preference, and wifi of course ... the gratis snacks and coffee/latte bar were a great added bonus! It was a very nice touch that my car was returned to me shiny and clean with a complimentary wash & vacuum after being serviced. They are paying attention to details here and it makes quite the difference. Best service experience I've ever had!! Thanks Rachel, Kenny, & the rest of Austin Infiniti!! You guys are doing it right.
