This could have been 5 but have to remove 1 for a couple of things. Booked this vacation May 2018 about 3.5mos ahead. When we got here, there was a warm welcome right out the entrance. The kids got free necklaces,my wife got a lei and I got a bead necklace. They also offered refreshments, really nice. We booked the partial ocean view, they gave us the 847 (8th floor) but the view was a parking lot with a partial view of the ocean and mountains. My wife was disappointed so she called the front desk and after a good discussion they offered us the 16th floor room which lived up to our expectation. The crew was really nice and they tried their hardest to meet our demands and we really appreciate that. Now, a couple of improvements needed: AC needs an upgrade (it takes some time to cool the room). The shower knobs are a bit confusing to operate. On our 2nd night, we spotted a cockroach on the wall.

This is a typical room with tv, keurig, empty ref and paper cups. I do like the bed where there is a huge space for your luggage underneath. Overall we are happy with our stay (4 nights and 5 days). A lot of activities to do but a bit pricey. Do try to get the daily schedule on the front desk for all the event list. The beach is nice, but not as white and fine as beaches in the Philippines.

Acai bowl has quantity, and it is good to share it. A little honey and sweet.

The only character here, Olu, can be purchased.
The world of Disney is beautifully reflected.

A lot of Japanese, is it sea? I do not think so.

It is a beautiful hotel. The only thing I did not like was the service at the beach the server was really unpleasant and ignored us. I also had the same experience at the bar. We are a African-American group and noticed some of the staff being more attentive to other guests.

We went for the character dinner and the food was not great, the Disney characters that came weren t what we expected at all. The staff was very kind and nice. But definitely not worth $$$

2 nights is enough!
It is important to note that the search for the outside Minnefne only works from the evening

Disney Aulani was an amazing place to stay for all of my family. We got a complimentary upgrade to the 16th floor and had an amazing pool view. It has amazing pool areas for kids and adults. The restaurants are absolutely amazing. I love how the beach is very accessible from the resort and how they have complimentary beach toys and mini paddle boards on the beach. My family and I definitely plan on coming back to Aulani.

Best hotel/resort in Oahu for kids! They offer by far the most activities for kids out of all the hotels I've seen so far. Customer service is great and friendly and they also make the safety of your kiddos is top priority. Will definitely be back and aulani is now our go-to whenever we visit Oahu.

It is a place with the magic of Disney + Beautiful beach. Excellent hotel to go with children, there are many activities for them. But also good alternative to go as a couple, you just have to be aware that there will be the bustle of children. The Disney style service, the attention of the staff and the fabulous facilities. Great experience!

This place is amazing. I love all the work the Disney does in theming and decorating their parks and resorts. The food was very good and the chefs were very acomodating of my mother's gluten allergy. The beach is great and the pools are top notch. If I could I would come back every year.

Lovely place. But typical Disney / Tourist place, nothing is free and few things are reasonably priced. Wish there had been any sort of excursion included with the quite expensive rooms.

The rice was delicious, and the pool and private beach also had good holidays.
There is a sister store of ABC store around, and souvenirs can be bought cheaply ... *
The gym was a bit small but it was enough. There were Smith machines, pull-downs, cables but no bench press. . .
The pool was a bit dirty with the smell of chlorine, but there was no problem.

Great resort, we stayed under our DVC membership for a week. Great pools, slides, and a nice "lazy river" to float in. Service was very good, rooms (we had ocean view studio). Our ocean view was not looking directly straight out to the ocean but you could definitely see the ocean well from our deck. Good bathroom setup, separate toilet from sink/shower area. We did not eat at the on site restaurants other than the grab and go which was very good for the prices. Great luau show and dinner available too. We didn't go to the buffet or other expensive places because of our teenage kids (i.e. adult prices) who are picky eaters. Across the street there are some very good options for food and a nice grocery store that has lots of prepared food options. Most of all, it is a nice family crowd which I love. Love seeing all the little kids with their families having fun. Love that about Disney resorts & cruises. They have lots of excursions you can go on to do/see things around the island. The folks at the "Hola Hola" desk (speak to "Amazing Grace") can help you there, they are great. Call ahead to check to make reservations for some trips as some are only once or twice a week and fill up.

My daughter and I had Spa massages today...what a treat!!! The Spa at the Aulani is beautiful, much nicer than the old tired Four Seasons Hotel Spa. My masseuse was one of the best I have had...perfect massage

Super conflicted, Disney is all about taking your money while leaving a smile on your face. Unfortunately they go a little too far at Aulani with overpriced activities and food that doesn t match the image. Luau food was a sad sad joke (I mean without redemption sad). Now as a hotel even at 800$ a night for the location, pools, beach, and Aunties club house it was well worth it. Just steer clear of the extras that just fall flat. Oh if you don t have small children don t bother unless you just love the Disney.

P.S. luau is all about Hawaii culture and pride, yet the cooks disrespected the pig/food with how they prepared it and in my opinion disrespected Hawaiian culture.

The whole resort and staff are incredible. Lots of nice little touches that come included that you don't see elsewhere. The pools and beach are immaculate. The price and extra charges that you get tho are what drops it down a notch. Everything on the resort is a cost, photopass for Disney breakfast is extra feom regular photopass. Convenience store is expensive compared to similar spots. Parking is $35 a day. No shuttles to or from airport, have to taxi each way for $57 one way. Great service and grounds tho but you can do everything and be satisfied with 3 days there easily.

Aulani is a beautiful place to stay. The room was clean and well furnished. The shower and bathroom was on par with the rest. The outside ambiance is nothing short of spectacular. Everywhere you walk you are in lush greenery. Nothing from restaurants to entertainment is far away. The 18+ pools are never super crowded and the lazy river is always worth checking out. The view off the ocean side of the resort makes it delightful to be up watching sunrise and sunset.

After several Issues as we arrived at this Disney property. The management stepped up and made our Anniversary trip a little more fun. Thank you for making my wife smile, that goes a long way with me...

The best environment for meeting Disney characters.
Even if you don't stay, you can have Mickey hug just by eating in the buffet format. There is no parking fee if you eat.
Be careful because souvenirs are priced. Disney characters are always available at supermarkets around the city if they are sunglasses or other standard products.

Beautiful resort, pricey as expected. Not happy about not being able to have clean towels/washcloths until day 4 of a 7 day stay, and no clean linens at all unless you stay 8 or more nights. Been a vacation club member for 10 years and I don't see any benefit while staying at the resort, much unlike the member cruises which are full of extras, and you don't have to pay extra for clean towels and washcloths.

The Aulani is a great resort. let me talk a little bit about what I love about the place before the few things that haven't gone well. First the pool and the beach are fantastic. now that is why my family mostly the kids have come to the Aulani is to spend time at the pool and the beach where the Aulani has its own private lagoon shared with the four seasons. Secondly, it's easy enough to find a lawn chair with an umbrella at both the beach and the pool. Something that my wife and I struggled with when we stayed at the Grand Wailea on Maui. Why we have struggled a little bit with the housekeeping staff, on this trip. They keep knocking in the morning while our Do Not Disturb is on the door. We love the resort.

Let me start by saying I did not stay at this resort however we looked into it before we booked our hotel, the reason we did not book this particular hotel was because it was our first time to visit Oahu and the hotel looked very gorgeous online in which we might not have left the hotel to explore Oahu.

While in Hawaii we did venture over to Aulani, A Disney Resort to see how it looked in real life and was instantly wowed by what we saw, we were only there for a short time and only saw the facility at night but it looked extremely beautiful and when we can ever make it back to Hawaii we will definitely consider it to stay at.

A wonderful facility on the Leeward side of Oahu. Beach views is just one of the perks. Family friendly with activities for young and old. As with anything on Hawaii, pricey but good value. This is sunset from the hot tub.
Only complaints were that restaurants and pool close too early.

We are in the 1 bedroom villa and I love all the space, the fridge, stove and amazing views on the balcony. Our favorite thing here is the 18 yr old and up only spa whirl pool! Wow if you want to relax that is the place! The beach is awesome and the lazy river is our favorite too!

It s Disney! If you ve ever been to anything Disney before, you know the level of service and attention to detail that makes Disney the one-of-a-kind company it is. There is never a blade of grass out of place, and the cast members are the best in the industry. This resort is located in a secluded neighborhood right off the highway, and has it own cove on the beach. Across the street, there is a small shopping center with a grocery store/marketplace for those who don t want to break the bank by eating on the resort. When on the resort, keep you eyes peeled for the characters, as they have random time they will each walk around and take pictures with the kids. Lots of fun activities for the kids all day, and outdoor movies at night on the big lawn. It s a small resort, but it is laid out very well so you don t notice its size.

A Disney resort hotel in Hawaii.

A Disney resort hotel in Hawaii.

There are no attractions, but you can enjoy the world of Disney while in Hawaii.

It is difficult to stay a little away from Waikiki (about an hour by car), but the beach, activities, pool, jacuzzi, etc. are very fulfilling and stayed for two days, but the impression is that there was not enough time.

We recommend the seawater pool in the hotel.
Enjoy snorkeling and swim with small fish.
Is this pool an aquarium? The person who does not swim can see the figure swimming from outside the aquarium.

During my stay in Hawaii for 4 nights and 6 days, my schedule was 2 days for Waikiki and 2 days for Aulani. I thought.

I want to go again!

The hotel is just a Disney resort.

The hotel is just a Disney resort.
You can meet and enjoy Disney characters everywhere.
As it is a private beach, you can drink alcohol on the beach.
There are many staff who can speak Japanese, so when you get in trouble you will be able to respond in Japanese.
The restaurant is a little expensive, so there is an ABC supermarket near you so you can buy some rice there. I also sell alcohol.

This resort is awesome with its own beach front and plenty of pools for the entire family . The food is also good to include the outside shopping center close by. This is a place to put on your bucket list

Just spent 9 days care for February break as DVC club members. Would give it 10 Stars if I could. Wonderful location and facilities. Hawaii is paradise. We did most of our dining either in the room or outside of the resort. Spent three days exploring the island using a Oahu City Go card purchased at Costco. Rainbow reef and the character signings are not to be missed. Ordered a ukele from Amazon the characters and we signed as a memento of our great vacation. Would recommend the Luau at PCC. Can't wait to come back

Honestly wasn't impressed at the price they're charging of $400+ a night! Everything was so crowded you could never find a place to sit anywhere, beach was insanely packed, all food was outrageously overpriced, half our tv channels didn't work, room had barely working AC at the prices they're charging that's not ok. The bright spots were the staff was helpful, gift shop was good, and spa was truly excellent! If you are super into Disney or have kids, maybe it's worth it, otherwise just stay at the Four Seasons next door as for the same price, you'll have an amazing experience.
