Wife and I stayed here for almost a week, and if we stayed on Oahu again, Aulani is where we would stay! Location is incredible, rooms are awesome, and the food at the restaurants is amazing. It's a Disney property, and one of the best we have visited. So much to see and do, that even after a week of being there we were still finding new sights and activities to enjoy.

The perfect place to have a Hawaiian Disney experience! All of the staff is amazing. Super helpful, fun, funny... I would have had an amazing time with or without kids, but with kids is priceless. Even with the phased re-opening, there were so many fun things to keep the kids entertained and let my husband and I have a relaxing time as well. Everything is quality, as is the Disney experience. Aulani solidifies once again, that Disney is synonymous with quality from the rooms to the overall attention to detail in the design, the shopping, restaurants... I highly, highly recommend!!

Beautiful and the staff are very friendly. Good hospitality and customer service is on point. Locals at their finest. I would reccomend everyone to give them a try and its worth the price as well.

Great family resort. 2ea-infinity pools, 2ea-hot tubs, 2ea water slides, 1ea lazy river. 2 adult only, 1ea snorkel pool, and a kids water play park.....seriously a waterpark and hotel in one. World Class!

I didn't stay as a guest. We we're staying elsewhere and stopped by to get a sense for the resort, in case we want to stay there in the future. It exceeded my expectations and we are definitely hoping to stay there in the future. The grounds are beautiful, and although it's crowded, the landscaping and architecture segment the grounds very well so you always feel like youre in a private space. I would hate to be the neighbring resorts. The aulani stands out clearly as the most beautiful hotel in the area.

Disney has always been a place of magic; the parks experience never gets old. Having been in different Disney resorts however the experience has been less than magical. The Aulani resort is a beautiful place too but it's amenities need a lot of fairy dust. To find available sitting pool side is next to impossible, not to mention the beach. If you are able to find any chairs in the pool area the resort staff are passive-aggressively checking that you're in them otherwise they would take your stuff to make the chairs available for other guests (they should have more chairs!). The food and dining availability is limited; what they have is good, but the pricing is very expensive. I have not seen enough Disney characters either; if I want a picture with one of them I need to buy a meal first! The staff is polite but almost to a minimum capacity; they could be more accodating. Again more fairy dust for Aulani. Aloha and Mahalo, but Disney falls short.

I was there for 3 nights, 4 days. It was crouded but a great room experience. The rooms can come with a full bath, walk-in shower, spa bathtub, pop down bed, expand able couch, king bed, full kitchen, dishwasher, garbage disposel, full fridge, lots of cabnets, included silverwear and dishes/cups, and washer and drier. The water entertainment is vast, and there is usaully some Disney character walking around. There is so much more than what was mentioned here.

Beautiful, pleasant, if you like polynesia/Hawaii and Disney this is a great place to go. Food is expensive but usually plentiful. Multiple swimming pools, hot tubs, 2 water slides, an adult pool and hot tub.

I was actually visiting my sister who was staying the weekend for her daughter's birthday. The location was pretty convenient as i often go to Ko Olina Lagoons for beach days. The only thing that was a little much for me was the $37 parking fee. However, the fee does grant all day access with in and out privileges so maybe not so bad... the room is beautiful, spacious, and easy to navigate through. The kitchen is just the right size for a short weekend getaway. The bathroom has a standing shower with a glass door and connects to another room with a Jacuzzi tub. She had one bedroom and two other beds located in the parlor. Overall the experience i had would definitely entice me to comeback as a guest in the future.

Went during Covid. Trip was perfect. Staff was super nice, rooms were way pretty, they overlooked the ocean. We were 10 minutes from white plains beach which is a great surfing beach, and 10 mins from a zip line place. We could walk across the street to eat breakfast, lunch or dinner. The resort has their own private cove/beach. Honestly, this place was way better than Disney world itself. Loved it.

Amazing place to spend time with family. The staff is amazing, the amenities are great. And if your here in the winter time go two blocks to the right as you leave the hotel and the will be gate on the right in what looks like a parking lot... It's called the secret beach. There to can swim with sea turtles and see an monk seal.

Over all an amazing place to stay. Some say it's over priced, but... You get what you pay for, you want a high class experience, you pay high class prices. And it's worth every penny.

One of the most beautiful places I have seen. Everyone is extremely nice not just here at the resort but everywhere we have been. The pools, ocean lagoon, and staff are amazing. We will be coming back soon.

GKids area under construction so some of the pools in the play area was closed. Very dark at night and I don t think you should have to pay for all the kids activities. Hilton has a lot of free activities and Disney should as well.

Food was great, but the drinks were average. The hotel it self was well made! Souvenirs are soooo expensive! Just know that you're gonna spend a lot of money on anything you choose to buy from here.

Relaxing and beautiful. Fun for all ages. Food is pricey. Eat across street at ABC store or Hawaiian BBQ. Rainbow Reef snorkeling is a must do and a good value. Loved the firepit story telling.

The Spa was a true 5 star experience and completely worth the expense. Unfortunately the hotel, as pleasant as the public areas and parts of the room are, the room leaves a little to be desired. For example; the kitchen was equipped with plastic cutlery and paper plates, there are things that should be basic standard when spending this much on a hotel stay and this is a perfect example that was just odd for a Disney hotel.

It took a few hours to get used to a Disney property without a theme park but after that this resort has that iconic Disney charm and atmosphere. Their pool is fantastic and they have some of the Parks exclusive food in their gift shop!

Here now on Dvc points. Excellent service. Nice cast members. Food is great especially at the Ulu cafe which is a quick and casual stop for any meal or snack. They have everything from poke to pizza. Character experiences are pricey but what do you expect - this is Disney. Decor and resort grounds are gorgeous. Crowded especially with kids and families - it s Disney, what do you expect. Did our research and made all our reservations for dining, luau, experiences, Auntys beach club for the kids and spa on the first day that we were able to prior to arrival so everything has been seamless. It s known that anywhere Disney you go, they have a process for everything and if you follow that and make advanced planning/reservations your experience will be much smoother. Otherwise there will be long waits for everything.

The Disney touches that have made our stay magical - their impeccable standard for service. Arrived 3 hours late due to rental car mishap. One of the restaurant managers that we just happened to chat with heard about the terrible rental car situation with Avis - said dessert is on them, anything for the whole family. When we called about the AC seemingly not working well (which was wrong, it was working, just set to hold when no one is in the room ), literally as I hung up the phone the technician was already knocking on the door. Same thing with other requests - extra towels, soap, etc.. quickest knock on the door to answer our need compared to other major hotel vendors where we have stayed. Had a package delivered from amazon for our baby. Because we were all occupied with our three kids and couldn t go down to bell service to pick up this baby seat, they delivered to our room which is something they typically don t do. With the amount of packages delivered to guests it would be impossible for them to do this all day but made an exception in our case. Went to our room one day and the maid happened to open the door as we were about to slip our room key so I put it away ... she greeted us nicely and after thanking her for her service, she asked us to please swipe our room card key to ensure we were indeed assigned to that room. Appreciated that she was trained well on safety standards, given what happened at Mandalay Bay recently.

You get what you pay for and with Disney you get magic, happiness, and wonderful memories.

Aulani is a great place friendly staff and free amenities like shampoo in the rooms and stuff for everyone of the family to do. You can rent cabanas and participate in activities like movie night or outdoor services. It is priced well for the service they provide. The beach is nice and staff can bring your children a cake and a note that's signed from Mickey. Overall its a great service and worth the price even for a room with a dining room and a kitchen

BEAUTIFUL! The staff is amazing, they make every effort to make every request possible. The beach is gorgeous! Our room was big enough for the four of us and a great view of the ocean. Definitely will be back.

Very fun vacation spot, plenty of activities for the family, though to get to many of the other attractions on the island you'll need to brave the Oahu traffic and highway system as the resort is far from the best sights and must see places on the island.

The resort itself is a fine facility with very nice rooms, bathrooms, and shops (pricey). The overall atmosphere is fun and relaxed with plenty of seating; we had little trouble finding a place to lounge for the day.

The issues we did have though were the painfully slow internet access, children screaming and running around in the late hours of the night and early hours of the morning, and the lacking adult accommodations. On the last point, they seem to have lots to do for adults, and our research supported that, but in the end this is a Disney resort and the main focus will always be the children it seems.

This is our fifth stay at the Aulani over the last seven years. Each stay truly confirms that the Aulani is one of the premier resorts on Oahu!UPDATE 2/7/20 guess we can't get enough of the Aulani so we are here again.

Simply put, this is one of the best beach resorts you will ever visit, especially for families. The lagoon is protected from the waves and fun for swimming. Boogie board rentals are free. So is essentially daycare and activities for kids. The lazy river, slides, pools, and adults only hottub make this feel like a mini water park right on the beach. The beach itself has tons of free chairs, and you can order drinks there to have them brought right to you. My family is all adults and we love this place, but it would be even more amazing for families with children because there are so many ways to keep the kids entertained literally all day - and cast members to watch them if you want to go do something for a bit with just the adults.

We have been there 4 times and will come back when we can. My only complaint is that there is not enough staff helping with chairs around the pool where people selfishly take up a bunch of chairs and take off for hours and come back and expect them to be still their chairs. We actually were attacked one year because the employee did take their stuff off of the chair because it had been left for three hours. People are funny.

Great family vacation. The service is great as is expected from Disney. We had a deluxe studio with ocean view and loved sitting on the balcony at night listening to music at might from below.

We had a great time here and the venue was immaculate, the staff were amazing the whole thing was pretty fantastic. But, I don't understand why a venue designed for families doesn't provide double and two single bed rooms? Also while we loved being basically trapped on-site and just living there locked away from the outside world. The prices of meals there were exorbitant. There really wasn't an affordable low key option for food. It really destroyed our budget.

Only ate at the Character Breakfast Makahiki Buffet, this was our second time eating here. Good selection of foods. Price is steep. It got more a little more expensive over 4 years from the last time we came. I think it would be nice to have some kind of kamaaina discount. Although the prices are steep, it's still a fun experience especially for the kids. They love participating in the parade and dancing activities. Minnie and goofy came around for pictures too. And you take a picture with Mickey before dining.

I only had dinner there. I wish I was staying here. The place is beautiful inside and out. I'm a Disney fan and can't wait to go back to Disney World. Great food, great atmosphere and wonderful staff.
