The young lady that heads the parts department is ...

The young lady that heads the parts department is phenomenal. She does everything she can to get you what you need, or tells you if she thinks you can get parts or oil cheaper somewhere else. She will even call you without asking if there is something you were interested in and she gets it in. The only reason for the four star is because I had a part recall for my A4 and the replacement part is all dinged up and they were ok leaving it like that without saying anything. I had to make another appointment to get it right. It was a part that everyone sees as well and lights up, and looked rough.

I would not recommend servicing your car at this dealership. I went here for years before I finally realized what a poor attention to detail they have. Some examples: they charged me for labor twice on a service job for what was the same labor, they failed to reconnect the engine to the coolant reservoir after a major service causing the engine to overheat. They try to upscale services but that s many dealerships so the star rating isn t for that but more for the poor job they did servicing my vehicle.

Service departments at dealerships aren't just for 'new' cars.

Audi does a great job. I know that in general, taking a car to a dealership for repair and maintenance can be expensive and unnecessary. This is not the case with Audi. It costs me a bit more to have the oil changed with them, but it's worth it. I can't imagine going anywhere else.

This location (and before it, the Bloomington location) keep my '91 TT on the road.

After looking for cars and coming up with nothing, I stumbled upon a 2007 Nissan Altima being sold here. Greg Pirinelli worked with me on pricing and made this vehicle an option for me. Overall I had a great experience, everyone here did great on helping me with all of the information I needed to complete this transaction in a timely manner. Horrible experience. Took 6 weeks to get my car scheduled for service. Was told multiple times that Audi has no mechanics or good help. Brought car in finally when scheduled on a Friday. Arranged for a rental car. Was told that no one would even be able to look st my car until the following Tuesday. Service guy had nerve to ask me if I wanted to take my car back home and come back the following week. After 6 weeks of waiting for an appointment. On Tuesday no one called me. I phoned in Tuesday at 5:45 pm. Was told by service advisor that he doesn t know when they ll look at my car. Thursday they called me after I contacted Allstate and complained to them who had authorized the rental car. Suddenly, the service advisor called and said my car is all fixed. The reverse angle camera was not functioning like prior to me being rear ended. I picked up the car and it was no different than before. This is a lease vehicle and I best not be responsible for turning it in with the camera still not right. We have always owned Audi s and purchased in Ft Myers FL. The Audi dealership there is beyond remarkable. This place is a joke. We will probably not be purchasing another Audi because the service department sucks.

Bruce was very responsive and all of my questions were addressed very promptly over the two days before I left the lot. It was a nice surprise when he called a few days later to make certain I didn t have any questions or issues after driving it for a few days. I am very impressed!

Tremendously great experience for the whole family. White glove service from start to finish. Todd Carte, our Audi specialist, was patient, friendly, did not pressure us, and knowledgeable throughout our engagement. Not to mention the show room is first class. Even the other sales team members and staff , most especially, Heather, helped us through the paperwork quickly so we could get on the road and have fun with our new ride! I called ahead and explained that I wouldn't have the full check for the car until the next day due to my bank being closed. I asked if there was anything I could do to make sure I would drive the car home that night if that's what I wanted. I drove 1.5 hours one way to see the car. The salesman said the money down and the preapproval letter would work after offering me to finance there and I told him no. When we sat down to start paperwork, he said "You don't have the check, do you?". I said no because we already discussed this on the phone and he said I couldn't pull the car off the lot without the check, but I could finance there if I wanted. He also stated that it wouldn't hurt my credit if they pull it again because the credit bureau lumps it all together for buying a new car (which is not true). Clearly frustrated, I asked for money off of the car. He couldn't do that because there were 4 other people lined up to see it. I like the car, but I didn't approve of the dishonesty from the salesman. I drove a total of 6 hours instead of the expected 3.

I had warranty work completed and was told my tires were 8/32 but service advisor measured 11/32 since they were almost brand new. Was told my spare was 6/32 but my car doesn't have a spare. Recommended $1,100 brake job when I was already on my way to pick it up yet another shop recently told me they were ok. Told me they had to drive my car for warranty check and I came back to my gas light being on. I would have expected they'd at least have left me where it was (or better considering I had to drive 40 mins for warranty work) just the same as I did for their loaner. For a luxury brand, I was surprised the level of service wasn't there that I've experienced from others.

1.Brought car in for 95 K service when the service due warning came on. I am not sure it was done. The service due! Warning is still on.
They still do not know what is happening.
2. Needed to change the motor for the boot. They installed new motor but disconnected the fuel cover release actuator.
3. Previously I took it in to change bulb. This in not correctly ok installed.
4. 2 years ago they installed a new throttle body at high cost but failed to realise that the connector was faulty. Had to get it fixed by local mechanic.
5. Not sure that they are properly trained to fix Audi's

The service department reached out to fix these issues.
They will pick up vehicle to remedy the oversight.

I had been looking for a specific car for a few months without much reward locally. I started to look online and I was able to locate the exact vehicle I wanted at Audi Indianapolis. I inquired about the car and Josh Sides responded timely. I explained that I was not local and I would be interested in possibly have the car shipped to me. That being said, I needed him to take extra pictures, answer lots of questions and act as my advocate in a way as I could not be there in person. Josh was extremely helpful, knowledgable and patient. In addition, Josh helped arrange shipping and made arrangements to have a small cosmetic change completed for me before shipping. Heather helped with all the paperwork and answered any tax/registration questions I had as well. Between the two of them and the dealership I could not have been more impressed. The car arrived and was even better than I expected. I have 3 Audi dealers within 25 minutes of my home and I still chose to have purchase my latest Audi through Audi Indianapolis! Hats off and all my thanks to you guys, you are all great!

The sales manager Ed was fantastic to work with and got us into the Jeep of our dreams. I despise the traditional car buying experience. Customer Service: Customer service appeared to be rude/stand off-ish at first. The interaction with the Service Advisor was not as engaging. This changed during the 2nd meeting when I came to pick up my car and the service was phenomenal. Also, there was lack of communication. I dropped my car off on Friday afternoon for work to be performed on Saturday. I did not receive any calls on Saturday saying that I will not get my car back on Saturday. As a result, I dropped by on Saturday just to ensure that I will not be put into position where I receive a call at 3:45 PM to pick up the car before 4:00 PM. This could have been fixed by a simple phone call.

Work Performed: I got my brake rotors and pads replaced and the work was great. The brakes feel great. Additionally, the complimentary external car wash is always great.

Overall: Although there were some communication deficiencies, the customer service was good and the work performed was very great. Although I am from Chicago and have access to at least 3 Audi Dealerships, I will definitely coming back to Audi Indianapolis. Overall I am a satisfied customer.

I have always had good experiences with service here overall. This Saturday must have had someone call in sick or over booked as I waited a fair amount of time for a basic oil change. I expected to wait but not as long. I had scheduled an appointment and arrived on time. I didn t leave for more than two hours after. The staff was apologetic and I know they did their best to get me through as quickly as they could. I don t expect a 15 minute lube experience but an hour or less would have been closer to expectations.

Purchasing a new car from Audi Indianapolis was a very pleasant buying experience. Steve Maltz knows his product inside and out and is a complete gentleman. I have purchased 3 cars from Steve and he always works to find the exact car I want, right down to my wife's color preference, and that isn't always easy. He also works to get us the best price available. I can easily recommend Audi Indianapolis to my friends and family.

Had an appointment and they were ready for me when doors opened promptly at 7:30. Quick and easy drop off and loaner car pick up. Vehicle service was done in half a day so was able to pick it up by early afternoon. Very clean and comfortable facility with friendly and courteous staff....whether they were assigned to me or not....

Took my A6 to them for the first time as I needed new front tires and a front tire sensor. Had the appointment at 7:30 am on Wednesday and they didn't finish it until Thursday after 5. I picked up the car and drove it two miles when the pressure light went off and the car jerked to the side of the road. They had not put the tire on correctly and it was torn by the new sensor which made the car ride on the rim immediately. Luckily I was only stranded in a parking lot and not on a highway. They had to come tow the car back and finish it the next day. Took it until 3:00 pm on Friday to finally make the final fix. Took 3 total days for them to change two tires and a sensor. Asked them what they would do to make this right and they "could offer nothing." Will not be back.

I have not been to all but some of other luxury car brands in Indianapolis but based on my experience this place has by far the best facility and friendliest staff. The facility has lots of modern and clean materials inside and walls and doors made out of clean glasses gave openness and transparency - you can even see staff working through glass doors. In general it gives a good vibe inside. Contrary to some other dealerships I have been, staff here were not pushy, so I was able to explore a lot about their products and services with much comfort. They were also very responsive and gave a call right back during their hours after I left some messages. Steve is awesome and I got a second car from him - if there is a returning customer in a car sales business you know that he is doing everything right. Overall my experiences were very pleasant with them so far and there is nothing more I can ask from them.

Worst Audi Dealer i have been to for service thus far. Owned and leased Audis since 2014. When my 100k car is getting serviced was given a Nissan Sentra loaner car. (I have never had a loaner that was not an Audi) Then they seemed surprised that they would need a master tech or higher up tech to trouble shoot it when i told them exactly what was going on. Ended up having my car for almost a week. Hesitant to go back.

Had issues while the car was getting warranty work done where they tried to tell us that a compressor was going bad. I spoke to another Audi dealer and my suspicions were confirmed that the part either worked it or didn't and couldn't even be tested to see if there was something wrong with it (the pressure that it was putting out). To top it off after we said something about the problem the person that was going to call to give a price never called.

Once you purchase an Audi, you'll never purchase anything else! Tom Wood provided me with prompt, superior service from the moment I arrived. Making my service appointment online, at a time that was convenient for me, was very easy. I experienced no wait time to be greeted and enjoyed a nice mocha while waiting for my car to be serviced, which took minimal time. The employees are friendly, the location is optimal and the amenities in the waiting area are top notch. Kudos for a great experience!

This is the first Audi I ve owned, purchased used but still under warranty. Started to notice a popping sound in passenger door speaker somehow speaker had water damage and ruined it, dealership replaced both driver and passenger door speakers free of charge. Service department made this a pain free and great experience I definitely plan on doing future business here.

We have an Audi Q7 diesel that is part of the emissions scandal. Audi of Indianapolis has been unable to fix the car for any length of time. We will get the car back and usually have to take it back the same day because the check engine light is on yet again. This is not just for repairs every time we fill it up with AdBlue at the dealership the check engine light comes on which the dealer says is normal and to just keep driving it because the light will eventually go out. Just today found out that after they serviced it the previous owner traded it in for the same issues. The latest go around we had wait 2 weeks for a service. The battery went dead due to the defective glow plug and of course the dealer wanted to sell us a new battery when we had just replaced it due to the same issue. So, we had to have the car towed for this one. They gave us the car back last Friday and Saturday on the way to trade it in next door at the Volvo dealer the check engine light came back on. This time they said it needed reprogrammed. We use to get a service loaner, but not anymore so we have been without a vehicle for a month now. So, we had to walk Saturday to another dealership to borrow a car to get a ride home no offer of a loaner or so much as a ride from Audi of course. Got the car back yesterday and the put around they put 300 miles on the car and burned a full tank of our fuel returning the vehicle to us empty. This morning the check engine light is on again and we are going through Audi corporate. It has been a very dishonest experience. We have already started legal action through the Attorney General, and now are going to sue for damages.

When I called to make my appt for my 35,000 mile oil change, the scheduler said they had a new express Lane I could use and wait for my car (instead of getting a loaner car like I normally do when I drop off before work and pick up after work) So I agreed to use this and said it would need to be on a Saturday since I would be waiting. When I got to my appt on Saturday I was told that my 35,000 appt takes about 3 hours and that they don t know why I was offered an express appt. They gave me a loaner and I was stuck driving around town for 3 hours (I live 40 min away) I asked them to look at my back seat as it is making a loud rattle all the time. This is the second time I have asked, as the first time they blew me off and said it was a pair of sunglasses in my seat making the noise. It was not that. We don t even take the car on trips because it is so annoying. When I came back 2.5 hours later to pick up car, they told me this time that is was probably just my license plate loose. They obviously didn t even drive it, because as soon as I pulled out, it was still rattling. They again blew me off. Now I guess I will have to come back a third time and speak to someone who knows what they are doing. Very frustrated. I pay too much for a car to make those noises and for no one to take me seriously

Driver arrived on time, dressed my car to limit exposure/contact. Service Advisor notified me when my car was finished. Sent a virtual link for payment and car was back in no time flat.

I took my car in for a recall on the gas flange. The Audi employee greeted me promptly as I entered into the dealership service area. The employee was pleasant, took my information, offered me refreshments and gave me options on where I could sit and wait for the inspection and /or repairs to be completed. He indicated the work should take 30-40 minutes , which was correct. The car was inspected, the repairs were not required . My car was washed and I was on my way. Pleasant experience.
Another experience at the dealership on 9/4/2018 was just as pleasant. I took my car in for its first oil change. I was greeted by employee, Michael. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Oil change took about an hour as he said. The car was washed and I was on my way.

Great staff in the service department that is so helpful every time we go in there. The salesmen were great as well. The place is always spotless and floors are buffed up to perfection. Bathrooms are cleaned. The coffee is super fantastic in the rare occasion that I have to hang out and wait for a spell. Thank you to everyone there for being so kind and gracious.

When I bought this car the sales person kept talking about bumper-to-bumper warranty. I waited to bring the car back until I had a couple things that I was worried about - one was it doesn t always start unless you pump the gas and the other was that it had come with the mudflap on the left front ripped in half when I brought it. As this time was for my first visit - I paid for the maintenance service when I bought the car - neither of those things were fixed. I was told that the mudflap was not part of the warranty (so bumper-to-bumper is not true) and tthat there was absolutely nothing wrong and it should start just fine. That said the guy that took care of me was wonderful and helpful - nothing to do with him. I m disappointed that the attention I received as a buyer is mostly no when I have issues to resolve.

This was my first visit to Audi Indianapolis, and I must say that it was easy and pleasant. Mike Solis was my advisor, and he was excellent. He had everything ready when I arrived. He had a loaner waiting for me, paperwork took 5 minutes, and I was on my way. The communication was excellent, the technician did an excellent job repairing and aligning my car. The check out process was just as professional and painless. I would definitely recommend Mike, and look forward to working with Audi of Indianapolis again.

I just recently returned to Audi after a 3-year stint with another manufacturer to buy a 2021 Q5. Patrick and the rest of the team were super helpful and responsive. I m never a big fan of buying vehicles, but I didn t feel pressured and they made the experience seamless. Patrick also stuck to his promises, always followed up promptly and reached out several times following my purchase to ensure I had all my questions answered (I assume we ll continue to be in touch due to Audi Connect being down). I highly recommend!!
