Horrible experience. Took 6 weeks to get my car scheduled for service. Was told multiple times that Audi has no mechanics or good help. Brought car in finally when scheduled on a Friday. Arranged for a rental car. Was told that no one would even be able to look st my car until the following Tuesday. Service guy had nerve to ask me if I wanted to take my car back home and come back the following week. After 6 weeks of waiting for an appointment. On Tuesday no one called me. I phoned in Tuesday at 5:45 pm. Was told by service advisor that he doesn t know when they ll look at my car. Thursday they called me after I contacted Allstate and complained to them who had authorized the rental car. Suddenly, the service advisor called and said my car is all fixed. The reverse angle camera was not functioning like prior to me being rear ended. I picked up the car and it was no different than before. This is a lease vehicle and I best not be responsible for turning it in with the camera still not right. We have always owned Audi s and purchased in Ft Myers FL. The Audi dealership there is beyond remarkable. This place is a joke. We will probably not be purchasing another Audi because the service department sucks.
