I just recently returned to Audi after a 3-year stint with another manufacturer to buy a 2021 Q5. Patrick and the rest of the team were super helpful and responsive. I m never a big fan of buying vehicles, but I didn t feel pressured and they made the experience seamless. Patrick also stuck to his promises, always followed up promptly and reached out several times following my purchase to ensure I had all my questions answered (I assume we ll continue to be in touch due to Audi Connect being down).
