I have to downgrade the review. Ordered a new key, they never did call when it came in. You would think when a part comes in they would let you know. They never explained what the process was which was waiting 45 minutes to take in the shop for programming. Found that their programming cost was 100 dollars and Audi of Lafayette was 60 dollars. Took 15 minutes. I give them 2 stars and won't be going back.

I can't be happier with the service and attention I received at Audi Indianapolis. I never felt pushed or rushed into buying a car. They had a coloring book and crayons for my son, which was a big plus as a parent trying to car shop. The purchase process was made easy despite some issues not related to Audi. Thank you Bruce and Heather!

He was patient, helpful and informative with us which we really appreciated. Audi has gained customers for life!

Service was wonderful. The service rep (who has twin boys)was so patient, helpful, and professional. He was very patient on the phone while he waited for a Cosco tire guy to read numbers off the tire that we needed fixed (Cosco was not going to be rushed to help him). When I got to Audi this man welcomed me, communicated well, and even got me water during my paperwork and for the road. He was great

Has really gone down in quality when I was last there a few years ago. Had an appointment a month out so a courtesy vehicle would be available. Had to shuttle me out in a storm to sixt for a rental instead of having it ready. Not good service for luxury brand

I was definitely happy with the service I received when I had work completed on my car. I do t think I ve ever been treated so nicely. Plus they gave me a loaner car so I didn t have to miss any work. Great Customer Service.

Just arriving to Indianapolis I hit a large pothol...

Just arriving to Indianapolis I hit a large pothole resulting in 2 flat tires. Audi roadside assistance took care of towing to the dealer and Chris went above his obligations to get the right tires replaced, car inspected for damaged and wheel alignment to specs. It took a few days to get the new tires in but they help me with a rental so I can continue with my work and family obligations. With good service like that I am confident recommending this dealer and Chris.

I recently purchased a used vehicle from the Audi Indianapolis dealership. The initial buying experience was very pleasant and easy I enjoyed working with my salesman. Since then though, it has been a nightmare. In under a month of owning the vehicle, a problem with the engine occurred. I took the vehicle back for repairs, under the impression they would fix it for free under warranty. They ended up charging me $330 including $200 of labor costs for something that should have been taken care, by them, before I purchased the vehicle to begin with.

But wait, that's not all... On top of this I had been waiting for a few weeks up to a month for the title and vehicle information to get processed, so I could go register the vehicle with the state. I had a temporary license plate for a month. I get a call THE DAY the temporary plate expires saying "they need more information before they can process the plates and title to me." After a month of waiting to register my new vehicle they screw me over by telling me they can't process the vehicle for some more time on the day the temporary plates expire. So I had to go 10+ days with expired license plates waiting for their lack of communication and screw ups to finally get taken care of.

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL.

I had a Benz 2 seater and then I purchased my Audi Q7 from here and have been loving this dealership ever since. The customer service is great from the moment you walk in the door until you leave. I can't ay enough good things. My sales agent was Joshua Sides and he is still quick to say hello when he sees me. The service department is top notch. Their loaner car program is terrific, but I always look forward to getting my car back in great shape and a nice wash. They take great care of me and my car. All the advisors are great, but over the years my 2 favorite advisors are Caleb Nobbe and Andrew Fier. They are very knowledgeable and always diagnose my issue the first time. Joe, the service manager, runs a great team, and they are what keep me coming back. See Josh when you need to buy a car, and see Caleb and Andrew for personalized service care. Thanks to you all and keep up the outstanding work

My claims agent suggested i get a few estimates from different places. Went here for an estimate and I tell you what not only was the man rude and conceded he was also a chauvinistic Pig. He proceeded to tell me what I needed to do and that what I was doing was ignorant and a waste of mine and his time. That I shouldn't go around getting estimates that I needed to just get one and be done with it. And stop wasting everyone's time. I can't believe that a rude man like that thinks that's the way to get customers. By bullying them into not getting estimates and just going with them. And after that he proceeded to finally give me the estimate. He went to walk out to do the walk around and I went to follow him and he turned and so No I don't need you to go out with me. So I sat there angry and embarrassed cause the secretary was staring at the whole situation. And you know after all that they were over $1200 more than the average estimate.

I couldn t recommend this dealer enough. I was browsing vehicles online and noticed that Audi Indianapolis had the exact car that I was almost ready to order as a build, and decided to email them to see if I could work a deal and drive up there. Boy, I was not disappointed. The negotiations were fair and honest, and there were no surprises waiting for me after a 4 hour drive from St. Louis.

I worked with Dennis (sales) and Neil (finance) and the process was friendly and smooth. They had the car we wanted already prepped and ready to go since they knew we were not local. Spotless, clean and a real looker.

We negotiated our trade in vehicle over email without the dealer even seeing it and they did not attempt to change our original terms which made us very pleased (we do take good care of our cars though so this was expected). My wife commented that this was the most pleasant purchasing experience she has had and we buy vehicles every couple years so its not a small sample size. I will definitely consider this dealership again even if it is a far drive. Another salesman not involved in our deal even gave me a carbon fiber license plate frame that he had at his desk from a previous customer that could no longer use it (thanks again Donnie!).

In short, I was blown away by this dealer and I would recommend it to anyone in the market for an Audi. Can t comment on the service dept since we aren t local, but I would expect they are very good as well. (They did not compensate me for writing this review - I did this on my own.)

This is the experience you hope for when you buy a new car, and often places fail to measure up. At Audi of Indianapolis, It was top notch and made for a great weekend road trip.

So for 5 years I been taking my audi a6 3.2 to this dealership.I TOOK THE AUDI THERE TO HAVE MY CONTROL ARMS REPLACED.AT FIRST IT WAS A NORMAL DROP OFF.SO AFTER A WEEK GOES BY AND AUDI STILL DOESN'T HAVE THE PARTS DAVID CALLS ME AND INFORMS ME THAT THERE ARE BOLTS SEASED iN THE DRIVE NUCKLE.SO IT'S BEEN A WEEK AND I'M JUST NOW GETTING INFORMED.SO HE EXPLAINS TO ME THAT THEY CAN'T GET THE BOLT TO TURN AND IF THEY DRILL IT OUT OR FORCE IT IT COULD BRAKE MY NUCKLE.AND I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR NUCKELS.WELL I SAID TO HALT WORK I DIDN'T WANT TO CHANCE THEM RUINNING THE PERFECTLY GOOD NUCKLES.SO NEXT DAY I GO TO GET MY CAR.I USED A FREE INSPECTION CARD I GOT WTH MY 35.00 FREE CARD FOR AUDI GIFTSHOP.WELL THEY STILL CHARGED ME AND WHEN I LEFT I NOTICED MY ENGINE LIGHT WAS ON.WHICH WAS NOT ON A WEEK EARLIER WHEN I DROPPED IT OFF.I DRIVE MY CAR OVER TO EXOTICS FOR A INSPECTION DEW TO AUDI NOT ANSWERING WHEN I CALLED FROM A MILE DOWN THE ROAD.ON IMMEDIATE INSPECTION EXOTICS NOTICES MY BOLTS HAD BEEN BROKE OFF IN MY CONTROL ARM AND NUCKLE.SO AT THIS POINT I'M AT A LOSS.I CALLED AUDI BACK FINALLY GOT A ANSWER CALEB TRIED TO GET ME BACK IN THERE BUT HE EXPLAINED TO ME THAT IT WAS A MISSCOMUNNICATION ABOUT THE BOLT THAT DAVID SAID IT WAS BROKE...AT NO TIME WAS I INFORMED THE BOLT WAS BROKE.IT WAS NOT BROKE WHEN I TOOK MY CAR THERE.I SENT PICS TO THE SERVICE WRITER.HE INFORMED ME THAT AUDI IS NOT RESPONSIBLE IF THEY BRAKE YOUR BOLTS OFF.AND IT MY PROBLEM..HARD FOR ME TO SWALLOW WHEN IT WASN'T BROKE BEFORE THEY PUT THERE AIR POWER TOOLS ON IT.AND NOW THEY WANT ME TO PAY FOR THE PARTS THEY MIGHT RUIN.MY NAME IS JAMES WEST.THANKS TOM WOOD AUDI..I'M SURE YOU WILL STILL GET TO ALIGN MY CAR BUT THIS ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES I'VE HAD AT THIS LOCATION .

Everything was very convenient and handled professionally. I was in for my 40k service, despite only 34k miles on the car.

The only concern I had was that this dealership found my front tires to be excessively worn, and suggested a replacement of the two front tires. Well, on these AWD vehicles, you really can t replace two tires; all have to be replaced, and this dealership charged a significant premium a $60 mounting fee per tire! No thanks, I ll get those elsewhere.

I would give them a million stars if it were an option. I purchased a 2012 Audi Q7 from a dealership in Kokomo and was advised that there was a problem with a censor but it would be covered under warranty I just needed to take it over to Mike Raiser. They had my car for almost a month and then proceeded to tell me that it was not a warranty issue and it would be a min of 3500.00 to replace the Adblue system and it would be at least 3 weeks before they could get the parts. I then took it to Tom Wood Audi in Indy and they had it fixed under warranty in under an hour! I have never seen a service department so professional and extremely organized, honest, and clean. They did advise me of some things that they suggested that I get done but absolutely zero pressure. Hands down the best experience I have EVER HAD!!!!! I will never make the mistake of going anywhere else.

Service was great! I had to pick my husband up & I was planning on waiting for the car, they gave me a loaner, the Q5 that I drive, it was ready for me in 3 min! When I returned the loaner my car had been washed plus there was no charge$ DOESN'T GET MUCH BETTER THAN THAT VI IS THE SERVICE representative.

Customer service department was wonderful. We bought a used 2009 Audi A4 that very quickly developed engine problems. The service department scheduled us right in for inspection and ended up taking care of all repairs needed to our vehicle. The only problem we ran into was our paperwork for the purchase of the car. Our temporary plates expired before we were sent info and paperwork to get our plates registered. When we asked for a new temp plate, due to their delay, they refused to help us. So, we had to drive on expired temp dealership plates for almost 18 days before receiving an email we could use to get the vehicle registered.

I have been using Audi Indianapolis for close to five years now. The service has always been hot and cold but this past time truly was the worst. The service technician was the only individual that I interacted with that was genuinely friendly. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.

My car was a trade in Hyundai for an Audi; therefore, yes I bought the Hyundai off their lot. They should've thanked me for taking it off their precious lot. When you buy a car there you get three free oil changes. Today I got my last free one. Every time I take my Hyundai in there I get a billion hateful stares, comments, and questions about it not being an Audi. I can say I probably will never buy a car off their lot again...even if it's an Audi.

This was our first experience with Audi and it was a good one. I did not know what to expect from a dealership that I had never been to before, our salesman Donnie was very knowledgeable with the different models we were looking at and was able to answer all of our questions. This was by far the best experience we have ever had purchasing a new car, there were no hidden cost, no bullying tactics of " buy or extended warranty or else!" From our salesman Donnie Jones to Heather in finance, my wife and I thank you and we look forward to being Audi owners for life. A+++

I have never spent so much money on service and rec d so little satisfaction. The check engine light is now on, a new puddle of radiator fluid has now formed and now the brakes barely work. I m taking it in to my local mechanic to see what else he can find. Unhappy and unsatisfied!

I went to this dealership interested in leasing a car for the first time. Rick Stratton helped though the entire process, and he was one of the best with whom I've ever worked. He explained the options available to me with the budget i had, and searched to find a car that would fit exactly what I needed. Everyone really made you feel like you were being taken care of: they explained everything thoroughly, and what was said matched information about what to expect when dealing with a lease.

Overall I highly recommend this dealership.

Previously made an appointment. I was approximately 30 minutes early and upon pulling up a gentleman named Bryce Wood was at my door before I even exited the car. He was extremely polite/professional and answered my questions fully and then escorted me to the waiting area, which provided a very pleasant milieu. Mr. Wood was very attentive and once the service was completed, which was done in timely manner, he shared further services/options that were available. An overall very peasant experience. Individualized service/care is rare; however, Mr. Wood in representation of Audi raised the bar!

I went online about 6 months ago to schedule a test drive, Donnie was the person that contacted and help me out, we went ahead and had a good time driving an used Q5. 5 month later when I am ready to buy a car, he found a used one for me as specifically as I expected ( w/ navigation, bang and olufsen speakers, gray color). It is a beautiful car w/o the appreciation values. As a Certified pre-owned car, the after-sales service will be more critical, but the salesperson and finance manager, Donnie and Neil, they are both very friendly and fun to work with, both have the great sense of humors and knowledge about the services they provided. As a first car buyer, I had lots of questions but they all being very knowledgeable, provided the options for me. It was a great experience with them!

I wanted one of the new Audi Q7s and no one seems to have any in stock. Audi Indianapolis was able to find one and get it here in record time. Our salesman, Joe LeBlanc, was very knowledgeable about the car's features and very patiently went through all of the many, many features and gadgets in my new car, and then suggested that I come back in a couple weeks when I have gotten used to the basic ones so that he could show me some of the others. I love my new Audi!

As I thought would happen, I explained in detail the problem. They read the codes(which I have done many times) then gave me an estimate to replace all items listed in the readout. Charge 160.00 and didn't offer a real fix for the problem. I wasted 160.00 and could not get a return email about my offer to let them do what they suggested if they would guarantee it would fix the problem. I already knew what they read off the computer. I wanted real diagnostics to find out why my car is running rich. None of the things that they suggested specifically targeted that problem. They were symptoms of the real problem. I am a good mechanic but don't know enough about this specific car so I took it to the dealer to get disappointed.

Of all the different dealerships I ve been to this is one of the worst one with Really poor customer service the guys there are more concerned about charging you instead of offering a good customer service, I took my car for service the guy didn t even tell me what my car needs or went through the paperwork work with me, they need to be a little more professional.
