Customer Service: Customer service appeared to be rude/stand off-ish at first. The interaction with the Service Advisor was not as engaging. This changed during the 2nd meeting when I came to pick up my car and the service was phenomenal. Also, there was lack of communication. I dropped my car off on Friday afternoon for work to be performed on Saturday. I did not receive any calls on Saturday saying that I will not get my car back on Saturday. As a result, I dropped by on Saturday just to ensure that I will not be put into position where I receive a call at 3:45 PM to pick up the car before 4:00 PM. This could have been fixed by a simple phone call.

Work Performed: I got my brake rotors and pads replaced and the work was great. The brakes feel great. Additionally, the complimentary external car wash is always great.

Overall: Although there were some communication deficiencies, the customer service was good and the work performed was very great. Although I am from Chicago and have access to at least 3 Audi Dealerships, I will definitely coming back to Audi Indianapolis. Overall I am a satisfied customer.
