I never really win here, their employees never fail to seek me out as soon as they see me walk in just so they can harrass me and ask me for my ID in the rudest manner possible since they don't think I'm old enough to be gambling which is both flattering and infuriating since I'm 29. So they most definitely need to take a class on customer service etiquette. Other than that the casino is big, there's a lot of machines, they have two large parking lots, one has a skywalk entrance so you don't have to walk accross South Virginia which is convenient and more safe for guests and visitors. Their rooms are really nice and have a good atmosphere to them. There's plenty of restaurants and the buffet is amazing.

Misleading information on their website. Confirmation from two separate employees that the information was conflicting. Nothing done but Tom the front desk manager is as rude as they come. Briana, director of operations doesn t return your calls. People just transfer you and disconnect you.

The website CLEARLY states that access to amenities for a luxury tower booking are COMPLIMENTARY. Then they try and charge you 30 bucks a night for those complimentary amenities. I have confirmation from Tom the front desk manager that while the offer on the website clearly states something, he will not be honoring it.

Last time I take my business to Atlantis. Elsewhere from now on!

DONT BOOK HERE!

When i first came to Reno i played there quite a bit. As time passed by i noticed it wasn't nearly as public friendly as before. Now instead of 2 floors of gaming it has cut back to ALMOST 1/2 of the first floor. Everything else is for corporate meetings and the like. Customer service has suffered as well.

The elevators to the rooms feel like they are on their last legs. Our bed liner was stained. The rooms are small and dark with no microwave. I'm not impressed at all. If it weren't for chalk fest we wouldn't have stayed here. The Manhattan Deli was awesome for dinner tonight though!

The Toucan Charlie's buffet was awesome, they did a really good job with the recent remodel. They kept the same ugly carpet but the rest of the place looks phenomenal and the food can't be beat, and I mean that literally. I have been to every buffet in town and this one was the absolute best.

The Atlantis Casino is my go to place for Sports betting. NFL season is back so my Sunday routine is watching the morning games on their big screens. Eating at the Manhattan Deli for lunch must try the pastrami sandwich . Continue to watch and bet on the afternoon games while eating some gelato from Cafe Alfresco . Before the Sunday Night Game I put in another bet and usually eat dinner at the delicious Toucan Charlie's buffet. I love this time of year.

At the time of reservation (front desk), the reservation clerk, said, he is giving us upgraded suite, because, the regular rooms were all filled. We were happy to get an upgraded room at no extra cost, but guess what?, We got the room NOT A SUITE, as told, at dead end hallway, next to heavey air-conditioning equipments, humming, making loud sounds. I suppose, Atlantis want us to keep an eye on thier a/c system to make sure, the system is running well by watching all night, instead of sleeping.

The absolute worst, we wish, there was a way to give Five NEGATIVE STARS. We will not stay here again ever and will not give our business to this company. We were so angry, that we decided to eat at Harrah's, and play there instead of dinning and playing at Atlantis, and moved to Harrah's to stay, here they were curtious, sincere and appreciated our business.

The layout of the floor is a bit confusing, but I'm sure that's by design to keep people engaged. There's a decent selection of slot machines. I didn't like that so many of their restaurants opened so late into the morning.

Most of my experience was good. However, housekeeping missed my room and it took 3 calls before I got response. When they showed up, alls they did was lay towels on the bed and not pick up the dirty one, empty garbage or anything else.

Ate at Toucan Charlie's, the quality of the Romain lettus was poor, very fibrous, selection of the salad bar lacking, IMHO.
Very crowded on a Monday evening about 17:15 hrs. I guess it was 1/2 off night. Thought the quality of the food was mediocre at best, & overall selection was poor as well. I wouldn't go back.

Older looking interior with a splash of modern design. Everyone is incredibly friendly and professional. Come for the food and guest services, but do your gambling somewhere else. The few table games are severely outdated (re: look old and crappy) and the table employees are unprofessional when it comes to handling money/chips/final bets.

Watched 4 NFL Playoff games over the weekend in their Sports Book!
Excellent large screens, very comfortable seating, menu deals and good food!
Casey took GREAT care of us, remembering our names, drink preferences and providing advice on food deals, even though handling a lot of territory.
When she got relieved by Kayla, there was good continuity of service, a steady smile and cheerful attitude from both of these professional, knowledgeable ladies.
On Sunday, Casey was again on station, she made us feel right at home, remembered specifics and was, again, a pleasant and attentive server, quick with a smile and going that extra bit to accomodate my needs.
All in all, a good time and very comfortable!
Go there!

I was an overnight guest here in town on business. The room was very spacious and neat. It was clean and we'll maintained. The bed was comfortable. The toiletries above average. The staff was friendly, but as normal with very large hotels, impersonal. My room was just starting to show some age, and having to wind my way through a casino to find it is tiresome. There isn't much in the way of restaurants within walking distance. You gotta drive. Overall it was above average for the price.
