Atlantis Casino Resort Spa Review

Video poker machine at bar was broken. Very disappointing!

Great casino resort with lots of variety in restaurants and bars. I stopped in last night for a drink while charging my car and had a great time. I couldn't believe the line at the buffet though! It's a huge place, and yet the line was at least 300 feet long. It must be amazing. I do like the sushi bar and I hear the rooms are quite nice as well.

THIS IS TO THE MANAGER: I want you to recognize the amazing asset that you have in your check in section, Johan!!! HE IS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST, he has great costumer service and is very attentive to guests. Working in costumer service is not easy at all! And he does an amazing job to work there, guests can be rude, yelled at you, etc.. and yet he doesn't let that affect him which is great. He is patient, kind, fast paced, multitasker worker and is ALWAY happy to help. He is just absolutely and simply amazing and I've had the pleasure of him checking me in everytime I've had come here (I'm here now in my room as I write this. He deserves a raise, recognition and more! Trust me, you are lucky to have him here because there may be people like me that come back to Atlantis because of him!!! I hope the best for him. Thank you Johann for everything you do!!!

What a great place ,clean big room hot tub next to bed , just spent thanks giving and my birthday there and my Host Steve Pruneau is the best! very kind outstanding man that knows his business,Steve took the best care of me and my wife could ask for thanks again Steve your top notch guy .

AWESOME! Amenities abound. Swimming, gambling, spa, restaurants....mmmm...The Sushi Bar.. entertainment galore!

Wonderful refurbished Hotel. Much better than the overpriced GSR. The gym is equipped with brand new machines, the pools are not so crowded and the buffet is one of the best in Reno. Just be careful with the sun chairs, they really heat up in the sun and can burn your skin. The rooms are spacious and early check-in is possible without extra fees. Parking availability is usually very good.

This is a very nice place. We had a great time and had a fantastic room. The people that work there are warm and welcoming and make it a joy to visit. Looking forward to going back.

Atlantis has done everything possible to protect its guests from infection. Face masks are strictly enforced. Rooms are particularly clean, as is the casino. As a Californian I felt secure.

The seafood buffet is the whole reason I come to reno.

Had a soothing gentlemen facial at the spa..gambled a little and had a fantastic dinner at the Oyster bar..Best clam chowder ever!

This is one of my favorite hotels to stay in when I'm in reno. The staff is always friendly and courteous.

Clean environment visually appealing easy to find everything good layout

Had a conference at the convention center. The Atlantis was great to have right next door for food.

We don t gamble, we enjoyed the restaurants, hot tub in the room. Friendly service.

I have got to say that this casino definately does not belong in Rethano Navada! It belongs in OUTER SPACE!!!!! I love it here! Even at 5:00 in the morning the decore is captivating. It trapped me the moment i walked in but thats not the best feature of the Atlantis Casino here in Reno. Not by a long shot.The poeple are what make this casino great. It a town jaded by drugs and gambling, Atlantis kees the spirit alive with fresh smiles and kind words. Even when they have to go out of thier way without a tip to help out and old drunk to his car. Its that personable touch that gives the ATLANTIS ON THE TOP!!! In Reno

Best hotel in Reno, great friendly staff, comfortable and clean rooms, we love it.

Only place I can find with good fresh oysters. Best in Reno hands down, not to add the view was resetting when the sun sets.

When We first arrived until We left We all had an excellent experience here. The staff, in all of the different areas, from the valet to the dealers, to the hotel staff were all excellent and friendly. Everyone in My group, there were eight of us, all said how much We enjoyed our stay and the We would recommend this place to friends and family.

Everything was great here. Manhattan deli has the best Reuben sandwich and potato knish. The only complaint was I had thought the people in room above me was knocking boots and it turns out it was the pipes banging when a neighbor used the shower!!! Ha ha

I played keno here, I didn't win. The cocktail waitresses were slow to bring drinks. Otherwise atmosphere is nice overall I would recommend this place.

Toucan Charlie's buffet is one of the best buffets in Reno!

THE SECURITY IS VERY DISRESPECTFUL & IF THERE WAZ A LOWER STAR LEVEL LIKE 0 THEN THATZ WATT THEY WUDD GET.

Excellent French dip sandwich the kid meals are bargain and the service is always impeccable.

The hospitality at Atlantis Casino separates it from the rest. Accomidating to the public and the atmosphere is always pleasent. Good place to relax and enjoy. The restaurants are a plus as well. Very nice all around. Thanks

Amazing service everywhere we went in the hotel. There was something for the whole family to enjoy.

Went to Toucan Charlie's buffet. It is beautiful in there. There is a lot of food options, but most the things I tried were so so. Friendly and attentive service. Also received free play for bringing in a guest. Gambled it after dinner and my guest and I both won!

Hotel is nice but dated. Room was updated. Very smoky in lobby and casino which isn't very nice. Love the Tesla superchargers at the location.

Typically visit for annual our Soroptimist Sierra Nevada Region Annual Conference each April. We've been coming here for a lot of years and it has been traditionally the last weekend in April. The other large group that historically has been here the same weekend has been the Far Western National Qualifier of the Northern California Volleyball Association...fierce competition for accommodations. Why a California group is in Nevada is a quandary, but I digress.

Despite 2 large groups in residence, granted focused on divergent agendas, the staff...from bell station, to check in, to concierge, to banquet wait staff...has always been professional, accommodating and friendly.

The rooms are well appointed and well maintained. The banquet and meeting rooms are great. The banquet food is tasty and served hot and fresh, which for someone too familiar with typical "rubber chicken" banquet fare is amazing. The spa services are pricey but mostly fabulous. I'm not a gambler, but there are sufficient other things to keep me happy.

I really have only one gripe...when I've sat in meetings and study sessions all day that have folded into banquet dinners and "entertainment" from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., I want a couple of hours in the hot tub to wind down.

I took a walk through, big place. They have a large variety of games.

The arcade has plenty of fun games at good prices. Also has a very wide selection of machines

This was an amazing experience. My husband and I did the Ultimate Couples Rasual Retreat. It was well worth the price. My husband and I were both amazed with the service we recieved. The Bali Rasul Ceremony was an experience like no other. The herbs in the chamber were amazing and by the time the steam became a bit much it was time to move on the the rinse off shower and bath. The messages we received were lovely. The aroma therapy was incredible. I love this experience so much.

Very nice and clean. There is a temperature check at the entrance, if you do not bring a mask they provide it and they are tempted to bring it. Friendly workers.

Good for the buffet and the upper sea food restaurants but the machines are tight and the comps are poor

Spent over $1000 in 1 sitting and I have security I.D. then they proceeded to kick me out cuz I got an attitude... Screw Atlantis they suck

The oyster bar was delicious!! The manager and the staff were so helpful when it came to making my 86 year old patient feel happy and important. We had a amazing server Fernando. He was so warm and polite knew the menu well and suggested a amazing started and was helpful to the end even when I spilt on my white top . Great food and service all the way till the end !!!

Excellent service, always right there when you need them but not in your face. The flavor combinations were wonderful. The chief sent out crackers with bri, orange marmalade and rosemary, the flavors really complemented each other. The steak was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. They made our anniversary more special by preparing a desert and wrote in chocolate Happy Anniversary!

I'm not personally into casinos but if you are this one is fairly good. Not in the heart of downtown which is a plus. More parking and less people. Very nice restaurants. A bit pricey but very tastey and large portions. Good food and drink options right across the parking lot.

Very nice place. We booked it via Hotwire. There is a walkway to the convention center. The buffet was good. Parking is very easy.

I give 1 star did not clean the room 1 day did not put clines no ijienico paper hard mattresses the carpet susia estubimos 4 days I do not recommend ?????

We were passing through on a road trip and the Atlantis had some cheap rooms vacant, so we booked one... nicest room on our whole trip. Prices are lower early in the week, so we got a 4-5 star suite with an awesome view and in-room jacuzzi for like 100 bucks. Desk, casino, room service and lounge staff were all super sweet and helpful. Will absolutely stay here again.

Went for a free Gelato I got at an Aces game. It was okay.

The lamest gaming experience EVER. And what's worse the slot hosts don't even know the games they have on the property....I was looking for a particular game and after a wild goose chase with the host they sent me off to find it on the other side of the casino...I went there and my game was not there either....lame

Went to the Salon at Atlantis to get a pedicure. The women who did the pedicure was friendly and calming. Feet were massaged and it was fun to get my toes painted. A little pricey but worth it as a splurge.
