The check out time is at 12pm but the room service start trying to open the door around 9am, even when you have the do not disturb sign at the door. The food is very good and the restaurant staff are always looking for a way to be helpful.

Beautiful hotel and casino. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and elegant.

Fun center in Atlantis was great for the kids and then we went to the buffet and it was great

Gaming is ok. Too smokey. Rooms are clean and comfortable, but there were a lot of noises, including a busy hallway, an alarm that was set for 5 am, and housecleaning that wanted to clear at 7:30 am on a Saturday.

The steakhouse is really good.

The place is mostly amazing except for the lack of options in the arcade. Also the rooms are pretty cramped. The restaurants are really good, too.

We went for the seafood buffet. Most definitely the best in town.

It was a great atmosphere. The only thing i didnt like was being asked several times if i want a players card.

Only stayed here for a night but didn t really find anything special about it. Smelled Smokey and the room furnishings were kind of old and out dated. Plus, getting to my room was a whole ordeal.

Always a great stay. Staff goes out of their way to ensure things run smoothly. Especially love the rooms higher in the building. Tough dilemma though, you can either choose a mountain view or a twinkly lights at night downtown view. I chose the downtown view.

Had a Christmas party there. Staff was great, food was good, room very nice. Used valet parking & they were efficient and friendly. Overall, very nice evening.

Went for the buffet. Crab was excellent. Plenty of choices overall, carver stations provides a very nice selection of meats. Plenty of endulgences for sweet tooths. Restaurant was clean and furniture was in good shape.

i had dinner at the deli there. the servicewas slow and but the food was ok.

Never booking here again. Made a reservation a month ahead for a jacuzzi suite. Coming from out of town they had canceled our suite for a regular room without notifying us. Ruined my husband's birthday weekend. Management said they were a busy hotel. It doesnt matter if we had a reservation. At least it would have been nice to be notified before we showed up.

If you a looking for a casino to stay in, this is your place. Ask to stay on the 3rd floor. It's nice and quiet.

Stayed one night so we could catch early flight. Hotel room needed some major updates and deep clean. Would probably not stay here again.

Pretty good hotel. The pool and arcade is great for kids 5 and up. The pool is 3ft to 6ft so you don't have to worry about kids not being tall enough.

Great casino and wonderful perks. Be sure to sign up for a players card.

Real nice place buffet is really good little expensive and the poker room is awesome and the comp you $4 a hour to play poker

Visited the Atlantis for Interbike. Didn't actually stay in the rooms. Just passed through to get to the convention. Looked nice inside.

Horrible experience. After moving across country, friends/family gave us gift certificates. However, when we got there early to use the gym to de-stress it was apparent that they did not monitor the gym (kids were running around unattended & one ended up falling down/screaming & throwing water on me). Also the noise level in the spa was not relaxing/staff also clearly didnt suggest that folks keep their voices down. Several other women were complaining that they "should of gone to the GSR/nicer spa." Furthermore, the shower I used had a drainage problem/was badly leaking water into the locker room which staff stated that "they were aware of, for months" after I reported the problem. I & my tired spouse were also overcharged which made us late for dinner (they had to figure out how to back-out all of our charges even though I gave them highlighted details beforehand). Bad service/stressful loud environment/lack of detail at cashiers = we are never going back there again.

I'm no fan of convention centers but this one works well for a small conference venue.

I like playing Keno while I dine. I especially enjoy playing the seven games ticket. Mark your ticket, order your food, be served by very competent and friendly servers, watch the Keno games pop up and see if you won, finally you're through eating and get to enjoy a hot drink with a delicious dessert.

Enjoyed a new game because I couldn't find my favorite. Sometimes a change can turn out to be fun.

Wonderful place to that weekend getaway !! Club paradise and Purple Parrot making the visit worth my time !

Went to Tucan Charles Buffet. The food and atmosphere were great. The only thing I would mention as a negative was the very slow cashiers to get in. Only 3 people ahead of me and took almost 10 minutes to pay.

Room fine, good restaurants, here on a convention. Just had elevator issues. Takes forever. Nice indoor pool.

Bistro Napa was an awesome place to eat inside Atlantis Casino.

This place will rip you off as much as the peppermilll and GSR and Western Village, I actually had more fun at Bonaza. Oh also watch you stuff cause people will steal stuff from ya. And they won't do anything about it. I got 30 bucks jacked from me. The security won't do anything, they even tried to steal 100 bucks from me because they didn't believe the 100 I put into the machine break it. It was mine, hella messed up. They are complete rip offs trust me. The only real winners are old people and platinum player or diamond player, so good luck, if you want to be ripped off this is the place same with GSR, and PepperMill.
