STAYYYYYY AWAY!!!! THIS PLACE IS NO GOOD! So we went out to Reno from the Bay Area. We visited this Casino because it seemed more high in. The greeting lady came up to my family and I and asked if we would like Members cards. And now that I think about it she just probably wanted our id's! My cousin who wasn't in to gambling or even drinking was sitting down next my wife and some under cover security came up to him and asks for his ID!!!! He complied and then after that they called his info to do a background check on him!!!!! Like what the heck! Poor guy this was his first time to Reno and he never wants to go back.

Had a good time n miss my Liseyboo already.. Bigmommas girl but its back to school.

Nice rooms, great restaurants, great gym and spa, nice employees, convenient skybridge to the Reno- Sparks convention center.

Visited the casino on this trip but will be staying here 0n our next visit. Staff is very courteous and helpful. The food was outstanding, delicious and very fresh. Our waitress at the Manhattan deli was fantastic. We will be back.

There was a really fun arcade, the buffet is great, and there is tons of parking.

They have a wide variety of machines to play and a nice selection of places to eat

Absolutely could not stand the stench of smoke which caused all of us to have major headaches. (They do have a nonsmoking area, but it's in the back.) The place itself is beautiful and has great decor. Kellee, at the Manhattan Deli restaurant, was one of the best servers we've ever had! Food was great @ the MD and at the Purple Parrot (very late night arrival so ordered breakfast). First time at a casino, and we were "lost". Some of the floor staff and a "We're working here so get away (counter?) were perturbed by the questions. Wasn't impressed with the "LOOKERS" accompanying other guests.

LOVE THIS CASINO VERY NICE PEOPLE!!! HOPE TO STAY IN ONE OF THERE ROOMS SOMETIME!!!!

Just stopped by here for a minute to get a bit to eat. Was there on a Sunday and they had a fair size crowd in the casino. I did not stop to play any of the games. Huge parking lot and plenty of security.

Its was good, walked around, played a lil and even won , been comin since I was little, always nice to come to ether eat or stay a night or two

One of the nicest casino on out skirts of downtown Reno. Good place to be for football season. They have really good happy hour on football season.

Ate at the Buffet... awesome food as always! Friendly staff greets and treats ...you with a smile!

Love this place! Chad was our bellhop and he remembered us from two years ago! Beautiful hotel, food pricey but good. Great outdoor oil.

Atlantis is the one of the most spectacular casinos in Reno. It's so relaxing and elegant. So many choices of resteraunts gaming bars a huge night club and a family fun center for children. They have a seafood restaurant that you can look through the glass tunnel and see the lights of the town, it's beautiful at night. They also have a huge bingo parlor and sports book, All the things you're looking you're looking for under one roof!!!! You will not be disappointed when you arrive... Atlantis is breathtakingly gorgeous and you are always welcome there. They also have Valet parking and 2 enormous parking lots, no worries there. Go to the Atlantis to have fun and excititmen! Pkus it's a Family friendly environment. What more can you want in a casino?!

Great experience but may I suggest a mini fridge in the rooms for if we have leftovers from dinner.

Toucan Charlie's renovated buffet is killer. I was very pleased with the food. I did find it very rude when the wait staff started closing the buffet shortly after 9pm on a Saturday & we had to finish our meal while the busses wete vacuuming under our table.

Wonderful place food excellent you have lots of choices...napa bestro, happy hour 4to 6 pm 50% off your meal. The steak house is fancy for a special occasion parrot room for breakfast, Manhattan deli, pizza pasta, the buffet was not open because of this mask wearing. You will love the place my favorite...

Their food buffet were amazingly delicious and lots of multi varieties to choose from. Their casino a bit tight by loosing monies in a blink of an eye fast. Thank you.

Even though they have announcement s saying you need to have your mask covering your nose and mouth unless you are eating drinking or smoking the guard told me to put my mask in when I was smoking

A great facility with a fabulous crew. I was shocked. Would not stay anywhere else. Worth every penny.

Atlantis Casino in Reno NV is one of the nicer Casino's but its really diifficult navigating your way around. I completely understand that they dont want you to find your way because they want your $$$.
The casino floor is very crowded and tons of fake plants, rocks and just clutter everywhere. ramps are hidden and signs are way to high for anyone to read or see. Who ever did the design of the inside should remember the saying, "Less is More".

Everything with the room is great. Wish they had more updated games. All in all a nice trip.

One of the best buffets in town atmosphere is great

The staff was amazing! I was thrilled that when I enquired about a non-smoking room, they gladly provided me with one at no extra charge. The room was awesome. My only suggestion is that a microwave be included. The food at the various restaurants was delicious. Sadly, of the 4 nights we stayed the coffee shops were out of the Starbucks frappuccino base for all but one morning. Overall, an excellent place to stay!

This is the only Casino Resort that we go to. They spoil us every time we go. They have our favorite slot machines & the food is fabulous.

Large casino, rooms are very nice, live band nightly, a great buffet and several resturants. A mix of old and.young clientele.

Best part is that after staying all night losing all of your money, this little lady comes around the casino floor pushing a little cart with freshly made donuts every morning! And they are 100%FREE!!! not so much free of fat tho....

Best casino in Reno. Great, recently remodeled buffet. huge gaming floor with a lot of variety. And pretty good upstairs arcade area for the kids.

The freeplay setup there is bogus. The waitresses getting you your drinks though is faster than any of the other casinos even during the busy parts of the day. They make sure to go to the closest bar not the one all the way across the casino.

Very good buffet breakfast and lunch, or indulge in the unlimited suchi bar upstairs.

Can t miss the breakfast which supplies a nice variety of fruit.

Still the best buffet in town high quality food tastes amazing Wildey sheer variety has decreased a lot in the last couple of years the Toucan Charlie's buffet still has the best tasting food around

I didn't actually go to the casino, I went to the Manhattan Deli inside. The food is fantastic, the portions are rather too large - half a sandwich was a huge meal. The malted is great. The only problem was the smoke drifting in from the casino floor - not a huge amount, but enough to bother me and some other members of my party.

Great atmosphere and sushi restaurant over the highway.

Staff very helpful. Poker room very fun... 4 dollars an hour comp every hour you play.

One of my favorite casinos and hotels! We come in April every year! I love everything about this place. We always have a great time. Employees are sweet, efficient, and always seem to try their best. We're not even gold or black diamond, but they always treat us like we're special.

We go to the Annual Luau Show! We love it!!! AMAZING! So fun!

The rooms are great, food excellent, staff helpful, professional, rewards and comps are easily earned and redeemed. Fun and lively atmosphere, great kids arcade and a nice indoor pool area. I love it and highly recommend it.

Their lunch buffet is amazing! HUGE number of options, and all quite tasty.

You smell very smoky. Peopke smoke inside the casino.
