The spa is absolutely gorgeous, though the pool and hot tub you share with all hotel guests, including children. But I must say that the service is beyond terrible. From booking the appointment on the phone, to arriving and getting checked in, getting a tour (if you are lucky enough to have someone actually show you around with out having to ask 12 times), getting your service done, and then checking out. Absolutely worse experience of my life. They cancelled me and 4 of my friends all in the same day because they over booked us. They were far from accommodating, even far from just being polite. We will never return.

My favorite casino. They have 2 smoke free areas and the sports book area is also smoke free. The buffet may be the best in Reno.

Not bad - dealers are somewhat friendly but the floor is poorly laid out and hard to navigate. Hotel room was great though

Had a lot of fun didn't gamble though they have a huge arcade.

Went for a professional meeting in the ballroom. The lighting was similar to a garage kind of lighting.

Enjoyed the surf and turf buffet. Large selection of crab and other seafood as well as 4 meat carving station. Fabulous.

It is clean and the air is fresh. The food at the buffet is very good and has a lot of selections.

First time staying here with our children. Everything is nice & clean. Had a great time. Very attentive staff. Definitely will be back.

Wonderful assortment of fairly loose slots. My favorite use to be IcyWilds but they have moved her. Keno is #1

I normally stay at another casino/hotel when in Reno but decided to switch it up this time. I am glad we did. Atlantis was great. Our room was smoke-free and we had a choice of either a low or high floor. The front desk employee (Jenna) was kind, quick and had a smile the entire time. We liked the casino and the buffet is pretty good too.

All you can eat sushi was yummy and we loved the sky terrace vibe, fun experience.

Me and my girlfriend went to the 27th floor. To just sit in the elevator and look over the city And I was completely terrified.

We ve stayed a few times before and given good reviews but our latest stay was different. We just did not feel safe. Although there are checks on entry, we still saw people without masks and experienced complete ignorance of elevator protocol. We used room service but the protective policy of leaving the food delivery outside the room door was completely negated by having to sign an in person receipt.
Seemed to us that the management was going through the motions rather than implementing the announced safety regime.

Arcade was really fun, gambling is gambling, ou beds are were pretty comfortable, pools are very nice ! Food... complete downer. We were here for 5 days and the cafe afresco was the only decent meal we had. Asked for medium steaks at steak house, came out still bleeding!. purple parrot, french dip was sooo dry, and service was horrible.
the bistro was OK, kind of bland prime rib. buffet was ok, the deli was the best meal we had,portions were big just service was horrible waited 25 minutes just for our check !

This is my favorite resort in Reno. They have lots of table games open and seem to always have $5 tables. Most of the dealers are very nice, although there was a crew that came in in the afternoon that was so rude every single player left the table. They comp very well for table game play and usually after a day of gambling, I have enough in comps for a very nice meal at their steakhouse. The rooms are pretty decent as well, they clearly have seen better days, but the bathrooms are still in pretty good shape and they do a good job cleaning.

Attended a blood donation event. Staff was kind in directing us to the area and then back to the parking lot.

Had a blast. Didn't stay over but played for several hours then hit the Buffett and enjoyed a very delicious meal

I arrived on a Friday night, without a reservation, and received a quality room at a reasonable price. However, the only issue I can speak of is possible charges applied to my credit card that I did not make. I am hoping that the Atlantis will release over $100 in holds back to my account soon. Fingers crossed.

Room was spacious & nice with some views. I liked the upgraded bathroom, entry door, new furniture & large windows. In this particular hotel I would like a higher floor to get a better perspective view of mountains. I also tried the buffet breakfast & it was good but my favorite buffet is the one on Cosmopolitan hotel in Vegas.

Forever to get drinks and cocktail waitresses were not anywhere to be seen

It's a typical casino. Thought it would different but it is a little nicer but same crowd and activities.

I found all the personnel I encountered at the ATLANTIS to be extremely polite, so very helpful, regardless if they were actually working withh me directly in a restaurant or just someone on the floor, or just coming in to work or were actually parking cars. Everyone was very helpful for me. I give your workers a top grade. Thank all of them for their kindness.

We went to their Buffet had anything you could dream of having for lunch

Enjoyable place to kill some time. Clean and observing COVID precautions. Sanitizer is everywhere.

As expected alot of stragglers gaming specifically the slot area not clean at all patience is key here

well I didn't really go into the casino but it turns out there's a great place to camp here. At the very far back of the parking lot across the street from the Atlantis is a dirt area that is fairly level and is where the big rigs park. It's also okay for RVs and travel trailers to park here and spend the night. I didn't think any of the Nevada casinos will let you do that but Atlantis does. next time I visit I'm going to have to show my appreciation and actually go inside the casino.

My wife got food poisoning from the oysters at the Oyster Bar restaurant. Like all casino hotels, you have to walk through the casino floor to get anywhere, and that area is horribly smoky.

This review I m leaving today is in regards to the spa and massage. It started off feeling right when my girlfriend and I walked in expecting a couples massage. We were greeted well and taken care of right away. But as for the massage itself, I had a horrible experience. The masseuse didn t even try to get me to relax, and was extreamly harsh. Went straight into using her elbow to push down, and it was not a deep tissue massage. Appearently I was her last appointment of the day. She tried to get through it as fast as she could, and didn t have any verbal feedback for me. The worst part about it, I was more sore and hurt worst when she was done, rather then feeling relaxed, I had felt at unease and more pain. Worst massage I ve ever had and will never be returning.

The New York Deli has a great selection of tasty food. The prices are reasonable.

Awesome resort and casino. Great restaurants and the buffet, especially Friday night can't be beat.

Everybody is very courteous and helpful also they keep it very clean and sanitize
